I continue to try to resolve a problem. They shipped me another customer's order and said they would send me a replacement. They told me to let them know if I had not received it 5 days ago. I have called them numerous time and sent numerous emails with not response. When I did get Ginger in customer service, I was disconnected 3 out of 3 times. They have a history of treating customers like this.

* They were removed as a vendor listing on CorvetteForum.com several years ago. Check out the feedback you will read on this site.

* There is a pattern in their reviews. It is interesting that there are multiple bad reviews in a row, spaced out over maybe a month's time. Then all of a sudden, there are 4 or 5 new outstanding reviews all on the same day to help these reviews slide to the front of the line. Each of these positive reviews since the last of a series of negatives, were done in 1 day, all by first time reviewers that just joined this month. Coincidental? I think not. I do believe they are padding there problems with positive reviews they create themselves. It is just too obvious.

Do not do business with Corvette Mods. You will regret it.

Order five items on 30 Sept 2018, receive one item pretty quickly, 2nd item came 5 weeks later ended up sending it back because I couldn't use it. The other 3 items never did see, they kept saying they are on back order. After two and a half months I said enough is enough, so I called to cancel the order and a guy told me the cancellation was put in 18 Dec 2018. 9 Jan 2019 roll around still no refund, so I ended up calling my credit card company and filling a dispute and a few days later my card was refunded. Trust and believe the people who are leaving one star reviews are not exaggerating, everything they saying are 100% on the money

Do not purchase!

Hard to return items. Very poor service.
They have asked me to reevaluate the situation and review. Not on your life. I have documented each phone call and conversation. I did get my returned handled, but very very difficult. Do Not Waste Your Time. Many other good corvette sites (and worth ordering).

This online company has the worst customer service ever! If you buy from Corvette mods remember: "customer beware buy at your own risk." If you have a problem with your order they absolutely positively will not help you! Their attitude is they simply do not care about the customer buying experience.

I placed a Christmas order on December 5 and received one of the items. I called to find out where the other order was on December 13th, after I received the one item. I was told it was back-ordered and it wouldn't not arrive until January 20th. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL THIS TO ME. I said that was unacceptable because it was a Christmas present. He said he would cancel the order but it would take 7-10 business days to get my refund. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted to talk to owner or manager. It appears that the company is "Employee owned". He said someone would call me on December 13th. NO ONE CALLED ME. I called again on Dec. 14th and explained the whole thing again and was told the same thing. There was NO CONCERN FOR ME, THE CUSTOMER, OR THE POSITION THEY HAD PUT ME IN. I was told they couldn't return my money until they got it from the manufacturer. These people DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DEFINITELY ARE NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED. They could have returned my money as quickly as they took it. But, no, they apparently didn't have the money to return $200 to keep a customer satisfied. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE VERY NICE WHEN YOU ORDER SOMETHING BUT IF YOU TRY AND RETURN SOMETHING THEY ACT LIKE FOOLS AND GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR ITEM! IN MY BOOK THAT IS CALLED STEALING!

I have called several times to get a refund on an item that was never shipped. I ordered an item in October, and received an email a week after i ordered my item that it was discontinued. I called to request a refund and i was told they would refund my money. After a week of no refund I called again and was told it would take 2 weeks to receive the refund. Two weeks have come and gone and still no refund. I looked up my order online, and it still says processing the order, no mention of a cancellation of order and refund issued. I have been patient, but after 30 days plus and to see my refund hasnt been processed yet is making me furious. I will not purchase from this company again

Not yet resolved. Ordered a part on Oct 4, they sent the wrong part (older style smaller shaft pump pulley, would work up to about 1974, but my car is a 1978 their online catalog listed through 1982 and they sent me the old style) It literally took me until October 29 to get an RMA number (they refused to believe that they had the wrong part drop shipped to me, even though weeks earlier I sent them pictures of the wrong part, including the packing list from their "manufacturer" showing application was for the earlier year part (pic attached). With RMA in hand, I then sent back the part AT MY EXPENSE and have not heard from them since. UPS confirms the receipt TWO WEEKS AGO. Customer service won't respond to my e-mails any more, and they don't answer their phones. The second picture shows my part (bent pulley on left) and the part that was sent with too small shaft hole. So it's 42 days after this debacle started and I'm out the $40 for their advertised part and original shipping charge plus another $12 return shipping, with no communication or possible end in sight.

Wires all they do is lie

They sold me parts that did not fit my car salesman knew I had a supercharged engine send the part back three months ago called six times never got my refund. I also bought a painted read super charge cover paint job sucks

They told me the manufacturer advised them to cancel the order because they would be unable to fulfill the order. That was 3 weeks ago, and 8 calls ago. As of right now, they have cancelled the order (finally), but yet to refund my money. On 3 different occasions, I asked to speak to a manager, and was told they were busy, but they would have them call me back. I never received a single communication from anyone at that company. At this point, I may have to get an attorney involved to get my refund. Do not deal with this company unless you are willing to throw your money away.

Oh yeah, when you call, after being on hold for approximately 90 seconds, a recording says they are experiencing higher than normal call volume, then instead of leaving you on hold, it disconnects you. This means you must call multiple times before getting to speak to anyone.
