I ordered new rims for my C5 and paid an extra $50 to have the hubcaps have the C5 American Flag emblem on them. When my rims arrived the hubcaps were blank and they sent me "stickers" to install unto the hubcaps myself. They said they do this because they don't want the hubcabs to be damaged in shipping. So buyer beware, you're spending $50 to put a sticker on a normal blank hubcab. I asked them to refund the money and they wouldn't.

Their custom made parts are not worthy of putting an your car, all parts will come damaged-which they blame on shipping when it is clearly their fault and lack of quality and know how in working with carbon fiber, they took 3 tries to make sill plate covers until they finally gave up and did refund my money on them. Their overlays dont work or dont fit, thats what lost me as a customer was a set of air bag warning label covers, which took assembly before installation, stingrays had to be applied before the covers were installed, well they were way to big once i went to install them, after spending over an hour making sure the stingrays were perfectly aligned. I contact customer service and am told to take pics, i did, then send them back for a refund, sent back on my dime, they knew the stingrays were installed as that was a major part of our discussion, so they get them back, then deny the refund because the stingrays were installed, which they knew, but for like 5 bucks they could send them back, so i'm out over 50 bucks for maybe 10 bucks worth of plastic and 2 black stickers, they are out a customer. I warn everyone i can away from them, yet i keep hearing horror stories on all the Corvette forums-which they lost being a sponsored vendor due to their lousy business practices

I ordered multiple parts for my 1978 Corvette about 90% of the inside from them. My last parts to order are the seats and covers about 1k more then some misc. Parts.
These guys sent me a 199.00 part that did not fit or work as described on there website
I asked for a return 4 days after i received it and they denied the return. I told them they needed to take responsibility and return this as it is fraud!

Look at my pictures, the fiberglass mold was never tested to see if it would work.

They did not do anything so I went to the BBB left a bad review, got a notice from BBB that Corvette Mods said I was not a customer. These guys are shady do not buy from them. I will be finalizing all my other parts somewhere else.

Hate writing bad reviews but I'm going to after this experience, waited almost 3 weeks and I finally received my package, then I open it and one of the headights I purchased was broken, and the box is not damaged, so it looks like it's on there packaging department, so I requested a return and customer service said a few business days and on top of that they have to receive my package and then they are going to ship the new one out, which will be another 3weeks, i could of ordered a dang elephant that would get here quicker than these people operate

Not really sure how they stay in business. Messed up the address on my priority order in June and I never received. Called to cancel in July, as I had purchased elsewhere. Instead of just refunding, they fixed the address and Priority shipped it to me. It is now September and I am still fighting with them for a refund. Total incompetence and poor customer service through and through. Never will do business with this company again and if you were smart, you would not either. Not worth the headache! Use Corvette America... or Ecklers!
