GOT IT WRONG I CAUGHT IT THE DAY I ORDERED IT AND THEY JUST $#*!ING BLEW ME OFF AND SHIPPED IT ANY WAY. I DID FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE TEXAS STATE ATTORNEY'S CONSUMER COMPLAINT DEPT IF EVERYONE HERE WOULD DO THAT THAN THEY COULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I placed an order online with CorvetteMods for an idle air control valve for my 1987 Corvette. It is not a custom part and readily available from many sources. Shipping seemed high $7.99 for such a small part but the price $34.98 seemed reasonable. Nothing on their site tells you whether the part is in stock or how long it will take to ship it. There is no tracking available to check when it is shipped. 7 days after I placed the order, I called to find out that the part had not been in stock and they had ordered it from a supplier and they believed it had been shipped to them but not received. Customer service estimated another 7-10 days. When I asked to cancel the order, I was told I could not cancel because it had been shipped by their supplier. Very poor service and customer relations.

Bought a rear bumper. Asked if it would fit my year and make, was assured, and remark is on their web site. Ordered it, took over 3 weeks to arrive, 30 day return policy, wasn't worried about not fitting since asked 3xs if it would fit. Paid 500$ finally ready to install bumper, 50 days after ordering, Doesn't fit, not even close, a total joke and rip off, call, email and fill our return request. Total run around. I was denied and told to bad, past return date for item. WHAT A COMPETE RIP OFF PLACE AND JOKE. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM!

I bought a carbon fiber Targa Cover for my C7 with matching paint sides to my car. The paint was cracked and had a very poor dull finish. After waiting one week for a return label. They stringed me along for almost one month telling me my refund was being processed. Out of nowhere I get the same DAMAGED part I returned to them in my door step with the same damage. Box was nevered open and still had the same 3tape I used and a furniture pad I wrapped the cover in when I returned it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHE

Ive bought dozens of items online over the years with great results, but this has been and is a absolutely horrible experience. I Am out $300 for products they claim shipped, but were not in the package that I am now having to order from a different supplier even though Corvette Mods has been paid for them.

I Made 2 separate orders 2 days apart. Second order shipped and delivered no issues. From first order received one package with one of the six items ordered. There were two tracking numbers, but they turned out to be identical numbers. After being told different stories by customer service over 2 weeks, Customer service now says entire order was in one package, so if I got the $30 item, I got the entire $300 order. So basically they are saying Im too stupid to open a package or a liar. Two weeks ago they told me order was in multiple packages. A week ago it changed to certain parts needed to be custom made so order would ship that day or next day. A sad combination of dishonesty, arrogance, and ineptitude. Do yourself a favor and choose another supplier.

Ordered some weatherstripping. Cheaper of the 2 kinds but still pricey for a 10" piece of rubber@ $109 ea. Or at least I thought I was getting rubber these things were so flimsy I could not believe my eyes and fingers. They probably don't make them so it is not all their fault but advertise that they are cheap knock offs. Make sure to do research on all products and read reviews before you buy something that you will regret. And by the way the return process took for ever and you have to pay for shipping both ways, even if you got free shipping at purchase.

I have bought from this company for almost a year now. I have spent almost two thousand dollars here. I was loyal to them but not anymore. I had one issue and needed to return an item because they described it incorrectly on their site. I understand return policies and theirs states that even if you got free shipping on your order, your credit on your return will be less the amount of what it would have cost to ship it originally. First my order was 391.00, the item was 101.00, free shipping is anything over 199.00. So I would have still got free shipping had I not bought this item on my order. Second it only cost me 11.63 to return it to them, they said it would have cost 25.00 to ship it. That is a bunch of nonsense! Third, it was their fault! Please be aware of returns and that they do not care about loyalty. I am No longer a customer and I have let all of the Corvette Clubs know this, who I am associated with.

As a new vett e owner i followed a link from a forum and accidentally order some items which turned out to be for a targ a which I needed a targa. No just wanted to return the wrong part and get the correct one which was more expensive. I called and was told that I had to go to another website and create an account. I shipped unopened parts back and ups tracking show it was received 7 days ago and the end website still says it is waiting on returns. I am calling the credit card company tomorrow to contest the change. I had shipment sent to work and can prove all parts were unopened deviCes and shipped back and no one will help me. I just received church the end web site. Horrible horrible customer service STAY AWAY
