I reviewed many sites in order to purchase a Delonghi Eletta super automatic offee machine (these are not cheap). The price on CookStore was almost too good to believe, at less that half the price of some other online retailers. I ordered the machine feeling somewhat skeptical but just over a week later I received the machine. The machine was well packaged and arrived flawless. We have been using the coffee machine for two weeks now and this is by far the best purchase we have made online. I would highly recommend CookStore to everyone.
Day after order was placed I was advised that one item was no longer available by a customer service representative who facilitated my replacement item, very polite and professional. Order arrived within days. I am pleased with my purchase.

See a couple months ago for my original ONE STAR review of this SCAM company, but now everyone take note of how magically on Dec 14, all these 5 star reviews appear! Everything else before Dec 14 was one star. Things that make you go HMMMMMMMM... SCAM SCAM SCAM all day. They rip people off and then give themselves a bunch of fake 5 star reviews to boost their ratings. The fact that they put them all on the same day is actually pretty funny and telling of the brain capacity behind this SCAM operation. ZERO STARS would be a more accurate rating for Cookstore.ca. SCAM SCAM SCAM LIES LIES LIES FAKE FAKE FAKE
We purchased a Final Touch 6 bottle liquor dispenser from them on Aug 31st, and the item hasn't even shipped yet. We've written several emails and the representative who keeps replying (Anna B) keeps telling us that we will be receiving it the following week. Seems like that's their go to response even though they have no clue when you'll be receiving it. All they do is ask us if we would like to cancel our order, instead of asking how they can remedy the situation. We try and support Canadian companies, which is why we purchased the item through them, but next time I'll stick with Amazon. Clearly we aren't the only customers who've had an experience like this since I've read multiple reviews and this comment seems to be everywhere (except on their website but I wouldn't trust those reviews. Not worth the headache!

I have been using them for a while now. I think I used like 5 times, and all times all good. I buy All-Clad products with them and it is always good. And no, I'm not a robot!
First order, waited weeks then I want to cancel, they say items just arriving in their bay, wait more, attempt cancel again, they ship with tracking number but item never leaves warehouse, wait more. Eagerly checking to see movement. Item arrives 2 months after.
Second order, placed Aug 15. After opening a ticket, inquiring, remaining patient. They finally cancel the order Oct 1.

Take a look at the reviews here - tons of 1 star reviews over a span of months. This must have caused a dip in CookStore's business. All of a sudden, on 9/26/19, the staff must have written 9 reviews, all 5 stars, in order to artificially boost their rating on this site.
I am still waiting for my items to get delivered, and placed the order nearly 2 weeks ago. I'm not holding my breath...
This place has SCAM written all over it. Proceed with extreme caution!
The timing of our Jura S8 was just as advertised. Picked it up today and already enjoying coffee from it.
This was my first time ordering from CookStore. I ordered Henkel knives and OXO storage containers. They had the best pricing that I could find and that particular week they had a promotion on Henkel making them even cheaper!
I received a confirmation email right away. Then a few days later an email from Customer support letting me know that one item was discontinued asking if I wanted a refund for that item or if I would like to replace it with something else. I chose to have the item refunded and quickly received my refund. My order arrived shortly there after.
I'll be shopping with them again!
