How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at CookStore?

very difficult. They never answered the phone or voice message.

Horrible customer service, they are very difficult to get a hold of.
Their ticketing service is extremely slow, and if they ever respond, its not helpful at all.

I don't think they have any customer service, that's how unresponsive they are.

So easy by e-mail or post on their website. Chloe M responds wtihin 24 hours if not sooner.

If you are clear with your email message you will not have any issues. Customer service was efficient and effective.

Very easy - had no problems reaching service and getting assistance.

Chat service was great during working hours. Phone service works great too unless they're very busy. In that case chat works perfect.

They reply quickly on the chat , never reply in email

Very easy. Their Chat is open 9 to 5PM and even after-hours during their big sales.
