I ordered on 19 novembre 2019, an All Clad Fry pan and a Cuisinart baking sheet. Also got a gift (All Clad spatula). I received my ordered as expected for free shipping on 2nd dec. All Items were as expected and in strong large carton box.
Late is an understatement. The customer care staff, Anna B. And Chloe M., have done nothing but give me the run around. They charged my card over April. 23rd 2020. The failed to update their inventory list and subsequently took my money for an item they did not have. After a compromise on MY behalf I settled for a model that was of lesser caliber. Now I'm sitting here waiting for 2+weeks after their mistake and it turns out there is another delay. ZERO ACTION to inform me. I emailed ther customer care center and asked for and explanation and for them to right this horrible experience and I was simply given a sorry and asked if I wanted to cancel my order after waiting 3 weeks.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Overall my experience is a very bad one no ansser on my order of overv500.00 dollars no idea hwen will arrive or if I could gett my money back not happy about toll I fill in have been scam by a Canadian company am very angry about thus situation.

Order placed on March 8th 2022, It was shipped after 15 days on March 23rd.
It is unacceptable to place an order and wait 15 days only to see it shipped (than the order arrived at my house on March 30th)
So I won't order from them anymore.
Despite extra complications caused by COVID-19, Cook Store was very attentive answering my emails and providing updates. When the items arrived they were thoughtfully packaged with minimal waste. Would definitely recommend!
I ordered from them in November 2022. I never heard from them - never answered emails or phone calls. I contacted Consumer Protection Ontario and RCMP antifraud unit. I was advised not to do business with them and they are most likely fraudulent.
Like others have said, this company is a pure scam. I ordered products in Aug 2022 and have yet to get my items. I have followed up once a month to get an update, and since November they have ignored my emails. I'm requesting a chargeback on my CC since this is clearly some form of fraud. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.
I placed an order for a Hamilton Beach Can opener and a Hamilton Beach skillet on Sept 5th-they took the money right away. Today is Oct 2, and I have just received a Proctor Silex Skillet. The skillet they sent as a replacement would cost $10.00 less than the Hamilton Beach one I ordered, & no money was offered back. I am still waiting for the can open. They told me the delay for the can opener was because they did not have the skillet in stock-so now I am wondering when I will get it, and what make of can opener I will receive. I did ask for a tracking number, which they have not provided, & when I try calling they state do to covid, you need to send an email to them.
I work in FM at a health care facility. We purchased a food warmer (steam table) that was supposed to include the insert pans. The table was shipped/received but no pans. We can't use the steam table without the pans. We have since been trying for weeks now to get a status on the back order. We have called, emailed, ticketed and get no positive response regarding status. Their call in message claims they are committed to responding within approximately 4 hours. Their customer service staff obviously did not listen to the message.
We are a health care facility that provides food service to our patients, clients and staff. Our staff are currently exposed (not by choice) to the COVID virus on a daily basis to care for our clients. All we want are some pans to offer hot entrees to eat. No too much to ask for where your life is on the line.

I placed an order December 8th. Waited almost 3 weeks before I contacted them and they said they were waiting on some items. All the items said In stock in their website. They offered a$10 rebate but I had to contact them 2x to actually receive it. I received most of my order into the middle of January but was told they were still waiting for an item. I told them if they had it in another colour they could just send that one and they said ok. 2 weeks later i contacted them yet again and they said the item was cancelled due to a shipping error. Ummm I wasn't notified. Worst of all they said they had no other bench scrapers to send. I wonder how long it will take to get my refund this time. I will never order from them again and would never recommend anyone order from them, which is too bad because they do have decent prices
Do NOT place an order with this site, it's a scam. Got a confirmation # but never any notice of shipping. Tried calling and sending emails, never EVER got an answer or replay. Beware!
Ordered online - The order was charged to my crédit card but still has not shipped. Tried to cancel order and get refund through online tickets. They keep offering other similar items etc etc. It seems impossible to get order cancellation and refund. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!
Placed an order 5 weeks ago for Christmas presents.No news despite several emails. Someone is going to be quite upset at me next week. Have used twice in the past with delivery about 4 wks

I bought a kitchenaid bowl for my mixer, Nov 26. It was in stock. After some days of hearing nothing, I enquired. I was told my order is delayed. I said cancel it. They didn't cancel it. I emailed again. They said Kitcheaid had issues and its delayed. I cancelled the order 2nd time. They did not respond. I emailed a 3rd time to cancel my order, I have ordered from the manufacturer, they have no issues, and I will have this in 2 days. Today, they respond/email and say its been sent to shipping and I can't cancel it... but there is no tracking info. They didn't cancel it even after 3 requests to cancel. I don't need 2 bowls. And their phone number is useless. It only directs you to send an email. NEVER BUY FROM COOKSTORE.CA.
It has been over a month and my item still didn't ship. This is a $400 order. Extremely sketchy customer service that keeps promising the item will arrive next week then says it's delayed constantly.

I made an order 6 weeks ago. I've emailed customer service at least 6 x's. NOT ONE RESPONSE. The phone number to call constantly says MAILBOX FULL I will be contacting my bank to open a claim to get my money back. Stay away from this morally bankrupt fraudulent business!

Answer: I am one of those who hates supporting the world wide behemoth online store so randomly bought from this Canadian company. The item I bought was not available in any local retail stores which is still my preference for shopping.(Victorinox - Blue 8" Fibrox Pro Straight Blade Chef Knife). I placed the order, had the confirmation email shortly, item shipped as expected and I had it in a few days. I'd use them again.
