I ordered a fridge from them and when they came to deliver it the delivery men damaged my washer and dryer bringing the fridge in the house. I called Conn's to have this rectified and they said it's my problem because I "signed a liability waiver". I knew I didn't sign anything, come to find out, the delivery men just forged my signature on the liability waiver because they forgot to get me to sign it in the beginning and they couldn't have me sign it after they damaged my property. Conns refused to do anything about the situation. I'm glad they're going bankrupt and shutting their doors, they don't deserve to be open.
Very high pressure to sign the contract from the sales manager even after I realized that it was altered from agreed price. He kept saying that after I signed it we could change the numbers. After I refused he became very upset that I wouldn't so I left the store. No sale...
I RETURNED A BOSE SPEAKER SOUND BAR ON 3/25/2024. NO CREDIT HAS BEEN APPLIED YET. THEY CHARGED ME $ 71.00 TO RETURN IT. CAN YOU IMAGINE. I FULLY UNDERSTAND WHEN I WALKED INTO THE STORE THAT THERE NO CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I HAVE THE CREDIT IN MY HAND AND WILL NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY BALANCE UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED.
I bought a recliner frombthe Colonial Heights Conn's store in January and was in the Hospital for a few weeks from a 3rd degree burn and could not use the recliner,I have a recliner that does not work for weeks now, I have called the store and the warranty company, they could not come until April, The legs will not go up or down, I was so looking forward to re operation with my legs up, When I called to speack to a manager, I spoke with Anna I believe she said there was nothing they could do but boy they want there payment on time for there defective product, Come on Conns better customer service at McDonald's than with you, This kinda a joke right?

I got a laptop and it was a very poor laptop for what they wanted for it,,1.100.00 and I was not happy with it because of the quality of it and to return it after only 15 days they wanted me to pay 50 percent of the cost of the laptop and then try to go 20 percent of the cost to send it back that is bull crap bye law you have 30 days customer satisfaction to return items and no cost to you and taken off your bill but conns is trying to rip people off and trying to rob you out of more money to make you keep the items I will not do no more business with them after I get this laptop paid off,so don't buy anything from them or they will try to make you pay 50 percent of the item or 20 percent of the item if you want to return it because you are not happy with a product that is not worth what you are paying for it,they don't care to make the customer happy they only care for the money,they are gold digger's in my book and scammers,I will not do business with them and I would be very careful if I was you not to get things from them,this is my opinion and my experience with this company so far
Bought a refrigerator, stove and dish washer black stainless steel a year ago whole thing is peeling. It's from Samsung I'll add pics and conns not Samsung will do a thing. Apparently samsung sells fake black stainless Steel conns and Samsung are aware and continue to let people waste about 5-6000 thousand on garbage appliances! Please stay away from Samsung they're garbage anyways and shame on conms for literally coning people out of their hard earned money!
Conns is exactly what their name says! Conn artists! We purchased back in 2019! I called them on my husbands account in march 2020 and made a payment for 3 months in advance because I was having a baby later that month and would not have any income coming in the person who took the payment said that was fine and would put in in the account notes. Starting in April they starting harassing us by calling both my husband and myself multiple times per day saying that we were behind and if we didn't pay our accounts would be delinquent. We finally got tired of it told them we were done attempted to take the products back to the store where we bought it from and they refused to take it back. Fast forward to present day I just found out that they are trying to take my husband to court over this! Keep in mind Oklahoma statute of limitations is 3 years from last payment which was march of 2020 they filed in June of 2020 (over 3 years) but not the 3 month advance payment is accurate for them so they could file a law suit but it wasn't a 3 month advance payment when they called multiple times per day harassing us! Now I can't get anyone to call us back from conns or "TSI" who conns says the debt is not with. So here I am leaving this review everywhere until I get a call back. Whatever you do if you took the time to read this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DDOM THEM THEY AHOULS BE CLOSED DOWN FOR DOING THIS TO PEOPLE!
This place is the absolute worst. It took forever for them to call and get the floor items moved for sale, because those were the last 2 stools available. They had to call for my military discount or a floor item discount. I said don't bother, because I had spent way too m7ch time in this place just trying to make a purchase. The sales lady dis not k ow how to process my synchrony card, so I said forget it - I will use my bank card. It was still a long time with using my bank card. NEVER AGAIN
O M G! I absolutely luv it. I saw it online dreaming to have the complete set, but unfortunately. I couldn't get that, expensive. But the dreamy bed omygod if you have been here. You'll get it, my comment. At least get the bed. I got the Queen size. It's super comfy. I highly recommend don't settle get your dream bed. Ps great customer service
I was told I had a warehouse job and would start in 1 week.this whole process took two weeks and I trusted this company and turned away other great job offers only to be told a few days from starting that the position I was hired to do was deleted from the company and so I was out of a job? Go figure!they waited all week up until the last day to tell me this? Purchase a new refrigerator 11/2023, damaged, did not accepted, WHSE stated it was on back order then there was one that delivered 11/19/23. One day after to the month, 12/20/23 refrigerator lost it's temperature. Customer service was the worst. Customer Relations was even worse, they transferred me to customer service. I spoke with someone daily and everyone past the buck, one of the customer service told me to go buy an ice box. The repair person "Robert" was the only one that gave excellent customer service. Did the company's surveys and still haven't received a call.
I purchased a sofa and love seat.had not had two months was sounding lit wood going to splinter every time you sat down and the cushions had sank down to have the size.The company sent someone out to inspect.He said it was definitely what we said and he set up the claim.But the company would not ever exchange for a new one not even replace cushions.It was about 2 months later the company went out of business.They are a rip off with poor quality furniture they blamed our issues with the way the manufacturer had built the furniture.if you don't want to loose thousands of dollars don't shop at any of conns stores the name is correct they are Conns
We ordered a TV online. Very expensive TV at that. When it arrived everything looked good. Once we turned the TV on we noticed the screen was cracked and would not stay on. We call customer service for help. What a nightmare. They told me they could not help me because this was an online order and they would need to transfer me to shipping. Shipping answered and told me I would have to wait 24-48 hrs before they would give me a decision of what they are going to do about the damaged TV they delivered me. I told them this not acceptable. They said there is nothing more they can do. They transferred me to another person. I have now explained my situation at least 4 different times and been on the phone now for at least 45 minutes. The final and last person I spoke to, said I can return the TV however there would be a 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee for a TV they delivered me damaged!? This was the final straw. I called my local Conns and asked them what I should do. They told me to return the TV, and buy a new one from the local store. This is what I did. The same day Conns delivered me a new TV and came to pick up the damaged one after I had already bought a new TV from the local store. Nobody called me to let me know. Before they brought out our new TV I received a text message from an unknown caller. The text read I understand your saying we delivered a damaged TV. I responded back "That is correct". They responded back with a picture of a TV stating they tested my TV before leaving the warehouse and everything was fine. I responded back "The TV must have gotten damaged during delivery. When the pick up guy came to pick up the damaged TV we noticed it was the same guy who delivered the damaged TV. When I stepped outside my wife noticed the guy taking pictures of our bedroom and house. I came back in and asked the guy what he was doing. I got very upset and told the guy to take the damaged TV and get out of my house. The delivery guy acted as if he could not speak English. This was also very disturbing to know that Conns hires delivery drivers that don't even speak English. How do you even get a legal driver license or citizenship if you cant speak English.
Don't buy anything from them. We bought a bedroom set and it's a Kid size. Not real wood. They wont accept return or exchange.

I went to my local Conn's store in Raleigh NC to price a French door refrigerator. After speaking t o a sales representative I decided to buy a open box clearance refrigerator. I was Quoted a price of $1100.00. I accepted and did a credit application for the purchase, for which I was approved. The store manager then came to tell me that I could not buy it for that price, it would be $1599.99 instead. I told him I had my credit report processed for $1100.00 purchase not $1599.99. He then told me the price was a mistake. Store manager had no regards for my credit report being pulled. So I have to now go to another store and due another inquiry on my credit report. Be careful at Conn's.
Have had my LG fridge for almost 2 years. Compressor went out. Defective parts arrived twice. Not properly packed, lines bent and oils leaking. Was to be sent to the escalation department. Never happened. No empathy for being out a fridge for 4 weeks and unable to have food for my children. No one ever knew what was happening and just kept getting the run around. Had no idea what to do and the third party hired to fix my fridge was not helpful. Can't get anyone on the phone, everything is done online and was just left in the dark. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I financed a refrigerator with AFF thru Conn's. The delivery was day was missed. I did not receive a call regarding the appliance not being my delivered on the date promised. I had arranged donation of my existing fridge which was not working. I lost hundreds of dollars of food. My contract has not been cancelled, my deposit will take 2 weeks after store initiates cancellation, but when will that be. Be aware that these contracts will have added warranties and insurance which are very pricey and you will pay interest on, homeowners insurance will cover theft etc. I am completely disappointed with my experience and lack of follow up. I was going to finance the $1599 fridge and purchase the $1100 matching range, but decided this whole experience and 3 times to store, countless phone calls on my break and lunch was not what I need! Buyers financing or expecting timely delivery beware!
