Well first we were going to get a bed. But when Thay delivered it it was all wrong and Thay would not take it back it's the frame don't fit Thay told us well sorry but you have to keep it so we are forced to pay for something that's ugly and mattress don't fit so either pay or we will be forced to Repo and our credit would be bad horrible people
On the date of my purchase I was told that my delivery date was 8/13/22, not only by the salesperson, but the mgr as well. I was told you will receive a call that morning to confirm a window. Come the morning of 8/13, I had not heard anything so I decided to call. Mr. Thomas your delivery is not scheduled until the 20th! They never should have told you the 13th because they're only in your area every two weeks! It would have been nice if someone would have relayed this to me prior to giving my old furniture away. Now I'm without furniture for a week! This is not customer service. My last purchase from Conns.
This company is terrible towards their workers. They fired a team member that was NOT trained due to lack of knowledge about the job. They told them they were unprofessional for not knowing what to do, this was not their fault but the fault of the management team. Do better.
We bought a dishwasher 1,000.00. Interest free for 12 months. They took our payments every month no worries. Then they called me and said we were behind on our payments even though they have our card on file. But they stopped taking the pymts and charged us for the Entire interest fees. So i called, rudest customer service reps i have ever dealt with. They didnt get the pymts, but they knew my debit card on file.and then charged me over 1,000.00 in interest which is more than what the dishwasher costs. The sad part is, i wrote a great review a year ago, and the replied back thanking me for the nice feedback. But scrolling through the bad reviews, they have not made any replies...please please go anywhere but there.
Each month my balance gets higher and higher and no one could explain to me why and all I get is passed around from person to person and they want to record you but they don't want to recorded them please stay away from them please they are the worst
Conns are con artists. They told me they would ensure I didn't pass my no interest period by calling and mailing letters. They did not do this. They then made it where I couldn't comment on any Facebook posts to inform others to not shop. I paid off my washer and dryer but because they didn't fulfill their promise to me they made on the phone I now owe 1400 more for interest: don't shop there.
I got behind and couldn't pay my bill on time. I called some months later to payout and paid them out as promised and they were supposed to remove negative items from my credit but they lied and didn't
Terrible product and service. Bought a Bedframe, that after assembling (by Conns), is unstable and making these high noises with just the smallest turn in bed - and all they have to say is, that it is up to manufactor standards and noises is not covered by terms and conditions. Spend over 7 Hours on the customer service, and everytime one of the customer service people get tired of speaking with me - they put me on hold, and transfer me to another department. Have been promised to get a call from a manager several times, but no call.
Do not buy anything from them.
Avoid Conn's I purchased a bedroom set that took four times to deliver the right pieces for this platform bed very very inconvenience so I wanted to return this set which their wouldn't. I am very unhappy with this service.
Be careful shopping there, they have good personality at the time of he sell but as soon as you buy your furniture they don't care what so ever, bought a sofa sets which after 3 deliveries sofa was dameged had to return it & they also dameged our home entry door at the time of a delivery, still waiting for the managers to take the furnitures back & give my money with repairs of our door.
No more trust or respect, lost my trust on their costumer care and promises, so sad so disappointed, so angry, so frustrated. They are very disrespectful to their costumer, will never ever buy or shop there any more.

I was told I had a warehouse job and would start in 1 week.this whole process took two weeks and I trusted this company and turned away other great job offers only to be told a few days from starting that the position I was hired to do was deleted from the company and so I was out of a job? Go figure!they waited all week up until the last day to tell me this? No job!.WELL I SEE THEY LIVE UP TO THERE NAME BECAUSE I GOT CONNED.SO I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND I SURE WOULDN'T BY ANY OF THERE CRAPPY FURNITURE.GOOD THING IM RETIRED AND HAVE MONEY NO THANKS TO GETTING CONNED AT CONNS!
Conn's uses American First Finance ( customer service is based in India...I know, shocked). A $1,618.97 foam mattress ends up costing me over $6,000! WTF? This is not only devastating but ridiculous. Ppl are getting screwed out of their hard earned money!
The contract "reads"...READ THAT CONTRACT because it will cost you 5 times what the actual price is! If you need credit, SAVE your money and do without, hit a salvation store, look on FB marketplace... ANYWHERE but Conn's! I WILL NEVER purchase ( w/ cash either) OR recommended Conn's to ANYONE!
P.S. This mattress has yet to cradle or get me pregnant!
I got a laptop and it was a very poor laptop for what they wanted for it,,1.100.00 and I was not happy with it because of the quality of it and to return it after only 15 days they wanted me to pay 50 percent of the cost of the laptop and then try to go 20 percent of the cost to send it back that is bull crap bye law you have 30 days customer satisfaction to return items and no cost to you and taken off your bill but conns is trying to rip people off and trying to rob you out of more money to make you keep the items I will not do no more business with them after I get this laptop paid off,so don't buy anything from them or they will try to make you pay 50 percent of the item or 20 percent of the item if you want to return it because you are not happy with a product that is not worth what you are paying for it,they don't care to make the customer happy they only care for the money,they are gold digger's in my book and scammers,I will not do business with them and I would be very careful if I was you not to get things from them,this is my opinion and my experience with this company so far
I will NEVER purchase anything from Conns ever again… purchased a Samsung refrigerator & the freezer broke in about 5 months… they have no technical support earliest they can come to fix it was in 5 days. All of my food went bad, we had to buy a deep freezer cash.
1 month after purchasing our daughters twin bed the CHEAP material fell apart! They wanted tons of pictures before thinking about fixing it. Also purchased a computer chair that also fell apart within a month. NEVER AGAIN… Their furniture is cheap & customer service is no help!
They can take your $ and you don't know until you check your account.
I had a friend send me $, they found out and put a hold on my account, because he owed them! Not me!
He was paying me $ he owed me.
So conns took $ from me that was not his and told me it will take a couple of days to get it back.
This is the biggest most crooked company there is. I called them 8/3 and wanted to pay them off, so I talked to a gentleman he gave me a balance so I proceeded to pay them off. Then a few days later I called and found out that they not only gave me the wrong balance, they put the money in the wrong account, it took days to get it in the right account. Once it was in the right account, I called and paid them another $2046. 00 and they told me it was paid in full. Now, my account shows I owe another $2036. 00. So we are fighting them again, contacting an attorney and we are going to fight tooth and nail to expose they criminals who prey on people and there bank accounts. They have not heard the last of me and by the time this is over they will wish they had not tried to take advantage of me. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will never be rid of them, no matter what you do or how much you pay them. BEWARE!
I bought appliances from them 2/25/2022. Had the warranty and insurance on them. I canceled the insurance and 6/11/2022. Less then thier 30 day cancelation policy. Its now 9/6/2022 and they still haven't canceled it. I've sent Emails and made calls in August and trying to pay it off but the pay off is still with the over $1600 in insurance and warranty. Was on the phone with them today 9/6/2022 for 45 minutes and wanted to speak to a manager and after 15 minutes on hold I was told they will call me. Like they were saposto do the week before and last week. So I'm still sitting here waiting. The warranty department is the worst. All you can do is call customer service and they have to put in a ticket. There is no other way to speak to anyone to get this taken care off. Its been 6 months trying to get that canceled. They are the worst ever. I kept all emails to show when i started the cancelation and return documents.
This is literally the worst company ever! They waste your time so don't waste your time with them! They gave me multiple runarounds with when they would come install Friday then Saturday then finally on Sunday they showed up... With the wrong parts! And they blamed me! And I told them I made the purchase I. Store! I didn't even order the parts! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I buy a washer with this company and add warranty, after a year this washer wasn't working properly, with out even checking or seeing pictures they say wasn't cover under the warranty and they keep passing me from department to department and no one try to explain me why. Worse costumer service I ever experience and their warranty is a fraud.
I called conns to let them know i was five days late which i am sure they know but letting them know what day i would pay and they were not understanding but just rude and keep telling me the were going to keep calling texting and email tell i paid but i said why if i am letting know when ill pay then they hung up on me.
