We had a dishwasher work for a few months. Still in warranty. So 4 separate techs over a 4 week period over a month now, we have had no dishwasher. They send a new tech everytime that cant find the issue then pass it on to the next to start from scratch all over again. On top of that this past time the tech was supposed to be here at 3pm, then 5pm, now waiting till 7pm with no dishwasher for over a month, phone support just says "there is a process". I work in customer service and am amazed at how horrible Conns is with theirs. You can pay for the extended plan but just know you may be waiting a very long time to see results.
Chest came damaged on 5/16/23, was to be replaced and redelivered the next day,(5/17/22)
Didn't hear from store or delivery company.
Made contact with delivery people, they had no order for replacement and redelivery.
Called the store and had the misfortune to speak with Cassandra. I explained that I was expecting a replacement delivery that did not happen.
Admittedly I was frustrated with the situation, so when I pressed Cassandra for information about the replacement, she rudly shouted at me, and I quote, " I'm looking for the F#%$ing order!"
I was completely shocked by her response and asked to speak to a supervisor. She informed me she is a supervisor and then preceeded to tell me that when I stop screaming at her and calm down to call her back! With that she hung up on me!
As of today, 5/19/22 I still have not received the replacement piece, they have thier money, though! After many phone calls, since 5/17/22 they say they will deliver tomorrow 5/20/22
I've bought a Washer And Dryer And conns sent a service to my house three times about the dryer and couldn't fix the problem... So the keptsetting appoints up. And the poor service guy kept coming up with same problem. Now my warranty about to expire. No help! I'll never buy anything else from them. I also bought a Samsung Stove. No problem with it yet..
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Sears, Lowes, ANYWHERE else to buy your appliances. At least if one of your appliances break, those companies will actually help you instead of running you in circles. I am SO MAD at myself for buying appliances from here.

Had to come back to the store three times for various things I asked the manager for some sort of compensation and he said "nah" what poor service.He apparently doesn't value customer experience.
I wish I could give less than one star! I made the mistake of purchasing a dishwasher and requesting installation and take away of my old washer from this piece of crap of a company. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE. They dropped off a dishwasher. THEN I find out that I had to wait for another company to install it. They give me the number of the other company WHO HAS NO IDEA WHO I AM, WHAT I'VE ORDERED, AND NO INSTRUCTIONS TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICES TO ME. So here am I stuck with a dishwasher that is just sitting in my home.
I've called customer service and gotten transferred to everybody but the next door neighbor and NO ONE is providing any help. In fact, when the customer service reps come to a dead end with no answers, they put me on hold, and the next person who picks up is just as clueless as the one before.
You can bet I will NOT EVER SET FOOT IN A CONN'S PLUS STORE AGAIN. And if you're reading this you would be smart not to as well.
I'm very disappointed with CONN'S home plus! I've bought several items in the pass with no problem. I recently purchased a washer & when they came to deliver it the delivery guy tells me he can't connect it because my drainage for the hose is inside the wall. REALLY WHERE ELSE IS IT SUPPOSED TO BE! IVE PURCHASED 2 WASHERS IN THE PAST FROM SEARS INSTALLED WITH NO PROBLEM! EITHER THE DELIVERY GUY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT ARE HE DIDN'T NO WHAT TO DO! CONN'S Y'ALL DROP THE BALL THIS TIME & IM VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. IM GLAD THAT THERE'S MORE THAN ONE APPLIANCE DEALER IN HOUSTON.
This is a company who only looks out for themselves. They DO NOT care about the customers and are openly hostile to them. I don't recommend them at all. They sold me a broken refrigerator and have been without a working fridge since early March. They know this and have given me the run around for 4 months now. They told me the fridge was fixed 3 different times only for my food to go bad within a week. They know they messed up and say that they can't do anything anyways. They just now offered me an exchange after 4 months but say that I can't downgrade and they don't have the same fridge in stock so I'd have to get a higher priced refrigerator with me paying the difference. Their own technicians told me LG and Samsung were the worst brands and their own customer service agent told me to get an attorney to protect myself because what Conns was doing was shady. I would never recommend this store to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Please stay away from them. I will be posting reviews everywhere I can so that this can prevent someone else from going through this.
Conns will take your Name, adress, address, number and email then your credit card number and once it has acquired as much info I can tlfrom you to sell. It will not process your order. I TRIED to purchase a laptop from Conn's and once it got all my info and processed my transaction I was upset to receive an email saying my product was out of stock. There was no prior mention that the laptop was out of stock. To make matters worse I've received emails the last 2 days saying they think I'd like to buy some items and one of the items on the email list is the Laptop im trying to buy but they are out of stock but are still advertising as I stock to get as much personal info to sell. Very disappointed and a very unprofessional business. Don't trust and canceling my cards immediately! Will post again if there's fraud.
Conn's is the biggest lier and cheater. If you dont pay in 1 year, they charge 30% the whole year you didnt pay off, Next they charge you interest every week. The system is prepared you can pay the minimum only, don't let you pay off in 1 year. Conn's is a trap that you sign in contract.
Scheduling a delivery is ridiculous! They Schedule my time for morning delivery after I said no one will be here to inspect. Rude woman kept over talking me and kept repeating "it's automated for your address, just reschedule or call your store and cancel your order" EXCUSE ME! I WORK 1ST SHIFT AND SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY FOR APPLIANCES AND YOU WANT TO TELL ME I CANT CHANGE A TIME TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO INSPECT MY PRODUCTS! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICES OR DEAL WITH THEIR RUDE $#*! REPS!
I ordered a 900 dollar speaker and never got it and FedEx lost it so I did a claim and it's been a month and no one has got back to me about it so I called today and they telling me my order number don't show in there system this is terrible service I'm really upset bout this and I got billed too already for something I didn't get
Never buy from Conns, purchased TV, it is crap, tried to return they refused. 10 yrs later they sue for over $2000. 00 for an $800.00 T. V these people are crooks Don't shop at Conns
Horrible service! I have a Maytag dryer that I purchased and have had nothing but trouble with. The first year it broke down 4 times and Maytag came out and did the repairs, no charge but it kept blowing sensors and mother boards. The next year was the same issue but Maytag would not touch it due to the 12 month manufacture warranty, I had to use Conn's Extended Warranty, they have been out numerous times and it is still not working. I have purchased another dryer from someone else due to the lack of communication from Conn's. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
CONN's Puts the CON in appliances! 24 Calls in just one day and I have not ever (nor will I ever) done business with this Flagrant violator of the Fair Debt collection act CON artists. Bought at this store and paid off on time to save interest and end up finding out months later they did me wrong charging me thousand 500 more because supposed payment was not drafted when I had autopay only one payment out of all they did not get supposed the last one and almost a year passed and just got notified that I have to pay or account goes up when I even got the recibe of paid off in full don't go to conns this is not trustable so disappointed on they!
I went to Conn's in12 Richmond, VA. Sales people were pretty nice; however, they do not tell you they use American First Finance. You will wind up paying $8,000+ for a $2,000 bedroom set. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CONN'S. I only gave it 1 star because it won't let me give it ZERO stars.
I bought a recliner frombthe Colonial Heights Conn's store in January and was in the Hospital for a few weeks from a 3rd degree burn and could not use the recliner,I have a recliner that does not work for weeks now, I have called the store and the warranty company, they could not come until April, The legs will not go up or down, I was so looking forward to re operation with my legs up, When I called to speack to a manager, I spoke with Anna I believe she said there was nothing they could do but boy they want there payment on time for there defective product, Come on Conns better customer service at McDonald's than with you, This kinda a joke right?
To all customers, people, who has an account with Conn's furniture be very careful and aware. Be sure to read anything before signing, because they are crooks. I wanted to do a payoff and they told me that between now & February my pay off will be 80.00 but i would be charged $104 interest if i didn't pay the remaining balance of 80.00 i would have to pay 104.00 in interest, rip off conn artist.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, go to Babcock because I have bought furniture from them in the past and whatever your pay off is,your balance is what you pay, no added fees, please again don't buy anything from conn-artist Conns furniture store in Charlotte NC or wherever their location is.
The communication between the installation department and Conns 9567 S Main St Houston, TX ******* needs to be improved upon. The salesman told me when the installation would take place and that I'd get a courtesy call. When the tech called he told me he did not have a helper. I agreed to reschedule so I took off of work the next day to be available for the installation of the product after confirming with the installation tech and the customer service personnel. Yet, they did not record my request to reschedule to 7/26/22. In fact, it was recorded that it was already installed (7/25/22) when it was actually still in a box. I was left waiting at home still unable to use the product and the installation tech never answered my call. I was inconvenienced and I am highly dissatisfied with their poor communication practices. Perhaps if they were able to install on the day of delivery the situation would have worked out much better. I have had the product for only two days, I live 3 min away from this location and now that I want to return the product after losing hours at work I am being told I need to pay the restock fee to return although I was inconvenienced + the delivery fee although the product is unopened.
