I bought washer and dryer for 2500 I will end up paying 5000 I been paying my last 500 for 3 months I guess none of my money is going to the principal just to the interest this place is a ripoff I will never buy here go to Nebraska

Do not buy anything from them! Three weeks ago we purchased in almost $2000 TV from them. It was delivered the next day. Upon delivery, we asked the gentleman if we could please open the box before they left to make sure the TV was OK. They refused and said it already been opened and checked at the warehouse. Unfortunately, we took their word for it. When we unboxed it and went to hang out the next day, we noticed the remote was missing. We called them right away to let them know. Here we are three weeks later still no remote! How hard is it to get me a new remote that goes with my TV after your delivery people either stole it or lost it? They finally agreed to redeliver it and set up a three hour delivery window yesterday. I had somebody go to the house because I couldn't be there. They waited during the three hour window, and the delivery people never showed up. Big surprise! When I called them to find out what happened they said the delivery had been canceled but they had no idea why. I kick myself for not going to Best Buy. Like I usually do! Please do yourself a favor do not buy anything from this place! They are con artists. Their name says it all!

Washing
September 20, 2022

They have been giving me a run around about my washing machine my washing machine went down on the 23rd of August I have not yet a response about replacing the washing machine or to fix the washing machine a text said it was impossible to fix the washing machine so every day they tell me I have to wait 48 hours for a response from a Tech it's been difficult For me when I was paying my bill they did not have to call me to see when I was going to pay my bill I was paying extra before time on time they had no problem with me But now I am having problems with them to fix or repair or order another washing machine for me I only had the washing machine for one year and 3 months and it went down on me this me this is ridiculous

Conns sells appliances electronics and furniture and other items. I have dealt with them for over 12 years no problems, cause I never needed repairs. My refrigerator broke down, it was one year old. I had bought extended warranty on it, I has paid it off already. When I called in the last week of Mar 2018 I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, I was told I had to speak to someone else. I then got to explain what happened and I was told it would be about 2 weeks before a tech. Could check it out. 2 week later a tech arrived checked it out and said parts had to be ordered. 3 weeks later different tech. Arrived with part, after about 20 minutes he said he did not have the tools he needed, it would be about 2 weeks for someone to return, 2 weeks later tech shows up, after about 30 minutes he said it could not be repaired that it woud be about 2 weeks for a decision to be made if i would get a new one.At the end I got a new one and I WILL not go back! It took 2 months to straighten this out,

I had a horrible and most terrible experience in my life with this company. Don't be decieved when you go to the store and the agents are trying to sell you something. They'll be smiling and once you leave the store, they will add fees which are not part of the initial agreement. They will add fees without communicating that to you. DON'T BE DECIEVED TO SIGN ANY CONTRACT YOU HAVE NOT READ! STOP! DONT SIGN, PLEASE. YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO. YOURE WARN ABOUT THIS EVIL OF A COMPANY. They'll harass and ruin your life, I WARN YOU!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE GOOGLE REVIEW IS NOT ACCURATE. Please check the reviews on TrustPilot and YELP. 1 star reviews on there.

I purchased a window unit ac and decided to go a different route. Conns wouldn't accept the return UN-USED AND IN THE BOX! Also was told by the store that they cant accept any online purchases. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL POLICIES!

CONN'S HOME PLUS
I decided to open an account with Conn's Home Plus to establish a payment account on my credit report. After spending an afternoon researching reviews on every washer/dryer, I placed an online order for a new TV, and matching washer/dryer set. NO PROBLEM delivery date 9/11/21. You cannot track delivery until 48hrs before. 9/9/21 rolls around and there is no tracking info found. I email customer service. We need documents. Well, I already uploaded that but here you go again. NO PROBLEM the cs rep says she is forwarding to the sales team. 24hrs before delivery date still no tracking. So, I email them again wanting to know when I can expect the truck so I can be home. I get a phonecall today 9/11/21. "Good afternoon Miss Little I see you opened an account and got approved for x amount of dollars. The dryer you ordered is no longer available and I am calling to assist you with picking another one out." You can cancel my order. "Mam, we have other dryers" Yep, and I ordered a matching set. "We have other sets." Yep and I carefully researched everyone you carry to purchase the best one. Cancel my order. 10 mins later ring ring "Good afternoon Miss Little. This is the manager at Conn's Home Plus at Greenbrier. I see that you are approved for x amount of dollars." After explaining the situation I informed him that they have lost my business and will be purchasing the items from Best Buy! I will not spend one cent at a business that cannot get it together.

Conns is exactly what their name says! Conn artists! We purchased back in 2019! I called them on my husbands account in march 2020 and made a payment for 3 months in advance because I was having a baby later that month and would not have any income coming in the person who took the payment said that was fine and would put in in the account notes. Starting in April they starting harassing us by calling both my husband and myself multiple times per day saying that we were behind and if we didn't pay our accounts would be delinquent. We finally got tired of it told them we were done attempted to take the products back to the store where we bought it from and they refused to take it back. Fast forward to present day I just found out that they are trying to take my husband to court over this! Keep in mind Oklahoma statute of limitations is 3 years from last payment which was march of 2020 they filed in June of 2020 (over 3 years) but not the 3 month advance payment is accurate for them so they could file a law suit but it wasn't a 3 month advance payment when they called multiple times per day harassing us! Now I can't get anyone to call us back from conns or "TSI" who conns says the debt is not with. So here I am leaving this review everywhere until I get a call back. Whatever you do if you took the time to read this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DDOM THEM THEY AHOULS BE CLOSED DOWN FOR DOING THIS TO PEOPLE!

Just bought a brand new TV 75in and it was damaged. Tried to exchange it and they accept the exchange or refund. Had receipt and it was within 24hrs of purchase. Do not get anything from Conns.

Don't buy anything from these people they say one thing and trick you into buying their warranty which they call it insurance but it's not insurance it's an extended warranty and then when something happens to your TV like accidental damage which they say you are covered under don't believe him because you're not I got a Samsung TV from them I called Samsung to only find out that they do not carry panel coverage which covers the panel part of the TV if something happens like accidental break or whatever these people will lie their $#*! off to get you to purchase anything from your store don't do it trust me there's other places that's way better than them their name says it all cons looking a better Business bureau they have all kinds of complaint about them not upholding their warranty they've been sued for not upholding their bird this other financial institutions like snap and I believe progressive is trying to drop them because they don't hold up to their guarantee so don't do it if these creditors that they get don't want to mess with them we should mess with them in fact we need to draw up a class action lawsuit against these people for the s*** that they're pulling because it's illegal you're going to give someone say it's brand new out of the box but there's tape on the other end of the box that shows it's already been preopened my TV had a manufactured defect they don't even want to exchange it be the last time I ever buy anything from them crooks remember the name cons it says it all

Bought a LG refrigerator with extended warranty lasted a little over a year. Has a license technician check it out he said it was the compressor told this to conns who sent out supposedly a LGH expert who took the cover off and said whom ever had touch the frig had broken it and refuse to work on it, He told Conns a BS excuse and Conns conveniently agreed with him and refuse to fix it, DONT BUY LG they have several lawsuits against them, Dont buy from conns they do not honor warranty's.

The worst customer service!

I purchased a fridge which was to be delivered on Monday. The delivery driver shows with a broken fridge and said he wanted to confirm I knew about it! I would never buy a broken fridge and Noone ever told me it was damaged! I refused to take it and they said they would bring a new undamaged
One the next day. Totally unacceptable! I called the store only to be told that's not our problem that's on the warehouse! When I contacted the warehouse katlyn informed me that they dnt have managers during the day the manager works overnight and nothing could be done about it. I needed to call the store where I purchased it. And gave me a number to call CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I contacted the store to let them know what the warehouse said and expressed that the CUSTOMER! Should not have to play phone tag and play the games of that's not my fault and I needed someone to care enough to adress this issue and deliver the product. Again I was reminded by Ezekiel " I told you, you would not get the fridge next day. This is not our fault. You need to call the warehouse" I've worked here 10 years they lied to you" I asked for his boss and was told he couldn't give me any contact information and if he passed it to his boos it may take a week or more for him to return my call! I refuse to believe the administration in this company allows this type of treatment to there customers! I will never do buisness with them again! And will tell everyone I know for years never to do buisness with there people! This is Insane!. Zero accountability!

Purchased over $8000.00 worth of items from Conns on 04/04/2023. They delivered the range and overtop microwave 9th. Stove was installed but another tech had to comeback to install the microwave. Seeing that the stove work ok on the 9th. I assumed the microwave was working. Seeing that how hard is it to install a microwave. That night I wanted hot tea and to my surprise the microwave did not work. I called over 25 times explaining hey your tech said the motherboard of a brand new microwave was faulty. Well bring another one. CONN said I'm not eligible for a new one they will send a twxh to fix it. WHO FIXES A OUT OF THE BOX NEW ITEM. THAT NEED TO BE SENT BACK TO THE SAMSUNG COMPANY ON CONN'S BEHALF BECAUSE CONNS PURCHASED A BAD PRODUCT AND PAWNED IT OFF ON THW CONSUMER. I'M SO HOT RIGHT NOW. I'M GOING.TO BE DRAFTING LETTERS TO THE.BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

The vast majority of reviews for this store is one star. The response is all the same but nothing is ever done to improve the actual business dealings with the customer. We had similar poor customer relationship with the store for two reasons first the sales people give intimidating looks and make you wait (have no customers) when obtaining a lower price match. Second, after three weeks for waiting to receive our refrigerator we were told that since we got a new change in price it required a new work order which meant another day on delivery. We then were told they the refrigerators were not in stock and had to therefore wait for them to come. Home Depot promised an earlier delivery date. So we told them we would just cancel the order. All of a sudden we were give the one in the show room but could not have had it three weeks ago. We decided we had waited enough and had them deliver it one days past the original date. Overall, we were not pleased with any of these transaction procedures. Sales people who were not busy with customers glared (especially one lady) every time we entered the store. Standard responses are given each time, but based on the present reviews nothing has changed. Does corporate headquarters satisfied with what seems to be going on in all its stores? The store we were at was in Greensville, SC but from what we read this seems to be the status quo for most of these store. Currently, we have signed up for a four warranty for our appliance, now we have further evaluate if we should have one since it is costing us an additional $499.99. Who's to say this warranty will be similar to the Conn's Home Plus dealership? If so, we have to cancel immediately and get a refund.
