O M G! I absolutely luv it. I saw it online dreaming to have the complete set, but unfortunately. I couldn't get that, expensive. But the dreamy bed omygod if you have been here. You'll get it, my comment. At least get the bed. I got the Queen size. It's super comfy. I highly recommend don't settle get your dream bed. Ps great customer service

This place is the absolute worst. It took forever for them to call and get the floor items moved for sale, because those were the last 2 stools available. They had to call for my military discount or a floor item discount. I said don't bother, because I had spent way too m7ch time in this place just trying to make a purchase. The sales lady dis not k ow how to process my synchrony card, so I said forget it - I will use my bank card. It was still a long time with using my bank card. NEVER AGAIN

Bought a refrigerator, stove and dish washer black stainless steel a year ago whole thing is peeling. It's from Samsung I'll add pics and conns not Samsung will do a thing. Apparently samsung sells fake black stainless Steel conns and Samsung are aware and continue to let people waste about 5-6000 thousand on garbage appliances! Please stay away from Samsung they're garbage anyways and shame on conms for literally coning people out of their hard earned money!

Purchase a new refrigerator 11/2023, damaged, did not accepted, WHSE stated it was on back order then there was one that delivered 11/19/23. One day after to the month, 12/20/23 refrigerator lost it's temperature. Customer service was the worst. Customer Relations was even worse, they transferred me to customer service. I spoke with someone daily and everyone past the buck, one of the customer service told me to go buy an ice box. The repair person "Robert" was the only one that gave excellent customer service. Did the company's surveys and still haven't received a call.

Tip for consumers:
I have purchased many times from Conn's and this was first time the customer service was uncalled for, I have been in customer service for many years and I go out of my way for the customer.

Products used:
The refrigerator was 31 days from the date of the delivery; therefore, the store would not do anything. The store manager gave me the number to customer relations, when I called the guy was unprofessional then transferred me to customer service instead of a manager as asked.

Conn's website provided incomplete information, this caused me to pay interest on one of 3 accounts. They refer you to the website PAY BILL and it showed me a date of 12-14 BUT the promotion expired on 9-14. When i went into pay what was my final bill of 100 bucks it showed 453 and no amount due. No where does it show promotional dates expire dates. Also, you are not able to access my accounts anymore to view this information only PAY BILL which again shows no mention to the contract dates.

I RETURNED A BOSE SPEAKER SOUND BAR ON 3/25/2024. NO CREDIT HAS BEEN APPLIED YET. THEY CHARGED ME $ 71.00 TO RETURN IT. CAN YOU IMAGINE. I FULLY UNDERSTAND WHEN I WALKED INTO THE STORE THAT THERE NO CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I HAVE THE CREDIT IN MY HAND AND WILL NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY BALANCE UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED.

Tip for consumers:
Conn's makes extremely difficult to return items, $71.00 to return a unused soundbar. To this day my credit has not been posted

Have had my LG fridge for almost 2 years. Compressor went out. Defective parts arrived twice. Not properly packed, lines bent and oils leaking. Was to be sent to the escalation department. Never happened. No empathy for being out a fridge for 4 weeks and unable to have food for my children. No one ever knew what was happening and just kept getting the run around. Had no idea what to do and the third party hired to fix my fridge was not helpful. Can't get anyone on the phone, everything is done online and was just left in the dark. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was 3 days late on my 2nd payment. They threatened to put me in collections & asked me when, where, & what time I was going to pay. I told the representative that I just overlooked the payment because the account was new. She still was being nasty about it so It just hung up on her & paid my account online. Very rude customer service. I will never buy or recommend them to anyone.

Don't buy anything from them. We bought a bedroom set and it's a Kid size. Not real wood. They wont accept return or exchange.

Really bad customer service experience.

I decided to gives Conns a shot last week and purchased some major appliances as my washer went out after 19 years.$7800 worth to be exact. The purchasing process went fine my saleswoman was super nice so we set up delivery for 1/26/24 earliest time available and was told that someone would be calling me and texting prior to delivery. Now I am at work today.many meetings and around 215 pm I check my messages.I have a text to confirm my delivery.3 of them.so I go ahead and confirm and the date of 1/26 has now changed to 1/29 as soon as i hit confirm.I am now trying to figure out what has happened and find out that the text confirmation has to be confirmed before 1PM or else they forfeit your delivery according to my wife who called them when I told her...I am pissed now.it is only 230 in the afternoon and I have NEVER had some secret confirmation deadline that I had to confirm by or else.Yet here I am.so I go to my email.there is an email confirmation sent at 1130 am that says you must confirm your delivery by 545 pm local time for my 1/26 delivery.so I confirm it thinking this sounds more reasonable.I then call the number to confirm my confirmation and I am told no.we moved you to Monday.now both me and my wife have scheduled to be off tommorow and we don't have a washer or dryer or refrigerator in advance of the delivery tomorrow. They tell me it's policy to cancel if they don't hear from me by 1 PM mind you.I cannot belive what I am hearing and tell them I want this resolved.I am not being unreasonable. They tell me they will call me back.an hour passes no call.so I call them back.she tells me the same thing and I am just getting more passed by the moment. This is how customers are treated.like second class citizens I guess.she calls me back about 20 mins later with Conns Store on the line.The manager begins to tell me that yes they changed the delivery date.and that I should have answered the phone on time.once again not knowing about this 1 pm deadline. I tell her I know how to fix this.I will come get my own appliances and I want my delivery fee back as I need these items haven't had them for a week.washer dryer and refrigerator.Instead of trying to fix the issue she continues to cut me off and talk to me as if I am a 5 year old and tells me it's Monday or nothing or that I can come pick something up off the floor if I want something now.so now I am stuck paying a delivery fee for items that will be delivered 4 days later, and the people could care less about us. I am sure this will be the last time for me and I plan to write their corporate headquarters about this incident. I am 54 yrs old and have never disrespected people like these people have done to me or my wife.I have to solve problems all day long at my job as a professional.These people obviously have never had to solve a problem as professional management.Just blame the customer CASE CLOSED. Pathetic!

I financed a refrigerator with AFF thru Conn's. The delivery was day was missed. I did not receive a call regarding the appliance not being my delivered on the date promised. I had arranged donation of my existing fridge which was not working. I lost hundreds of dollars of food. My contract has not been cancelled, my deposit will take 2 weeks after store initiates cancellation, but when will that be. Be aware that these contracts will have added warranties and insurance which are very pricey and you will pay interest on, homeowners insurance will cover theft etc. I am completely disappointed with my experience and lack of follow up. I was going to finance the $1599 fridge and purchase the $1100 matching range, but decided this whole experience and 3 times to store, countless phone calls on my break and lunch was not what I need! Buyers financing or expecting timely delivery beware!

Tip for consumers:
Beware of contract add ons! Not needed. Appliances come with 1 yr manufacturer warranty, their warranties will accrue interest!

I got a laptop and it was a very poor laptop for what they wanted for it,,1.100.00 and I was not happy with it because of the quality of it and to return it after only 15 days they wanted me to pay 50 percent of the cost of the laptop and then try to go 20 percent of the cost to send it back that is bull crap bye law you have 30 days customer satisfaction to return items and no cost to you and taken off your bill but conns is trying to rip people off and trying to rob you out of more money to make you keep the items I will not do no more business with them after I get this laptop paid off,so don't buy anything from them or they will try to make you pay 50 percent of the item or 20 percent of the item if you want to return it because you are not happy with a product that is not worth what you are paying for it,they don't care to make the customer happy they only care for the money,they are gold digger's in my book and scammers,I will not do business with them and I would be very careful if I was you not to get things from them,this is my opinion and my experience with this company so far

Conns is trying to make you pay more money on something that is poor quality on a laptop that is not worth it and lies to u about things each time you call in to someone and it's trying to get more money out of you and more lies ,they are money hungry and liers and scammers in my eyes.

The store is very poorly managed. Associates make up titles. Manager never in store.These associates are not honest. Remember when you do wrong it follows you.I will not recommend anyone go to the Austin Peay store. Very bad reviews. Merchandise damaged when received and do not honor store policy.

I purchased a sofa and love seat.had not had two months was sounding lit wood going to splinter every time you sat down and the cushions had sank down to have the size.The company sent someone out to inspect.He said it was definitely what we said and he set up the claim.But the company would not ever exchange for a new one not even replace cushions.It was about 2 months later the company went out of business.They are a rip off with poor quality furniture they blamed our issues with the way the manufacturer had built the furniture.if you don't want to loose thousands of dollars don't shop at any of conns stores the name is correct they are Conns

I bought a recliner frombthe Colonial Heights Conn's store in January and was in the Hospital for a few weeks from a 3rd degree burn and could not use the recliner,I have a recliner that does not work for weeks now, I have called the store and the warranty company, they could not come until April, The legs will not go up or down, I was so looking forward to re operation with my legs up, When I called to speack to a manager, I spoke with Anna I believe she said there was nothing they could do but boy they want there payment on time for there defective product, Come on Conns better customer service at McDonald's than with you, This kinda a joke right?

I was told I had a warehouse job and would start in 1 week.this whole process took two weeks and I trusted this company and turned away other great job offers only to be told a few days from starting that the position I was hired to do was deleted from the company and so I was out of a job? Go figure!they waited all week up until the last day to tell me this? No job!.WELL I SEE THEY LIVE UP TO THERE NAME BECAUSE I GOT CONNED.SO I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND I SURE WOULDN'T BY ANY OF THERE CRAPPY FURNITURE.GOOD THING IM RETIRED AND HAVE MONEY NO THANKS TO GETTING CONNED AT CONNS!

The invoice was changed causing me to receive the wrong mattress. The store manager tried to make it right but corporate said no mattress exchanges period, no matter who's fault. Customer service is a joke, no help at all. I'm stuck with a mattress I cannot use and Conn;s could care less. Also my personal information was shared with at least two credit agencies without my authorization. My advice is do not shop at Conn's.

We had promises made, heard excuse after excuse. Had delays, wrong items delivered, delivery issues, etc.
It really boggles the mind! Retail needs sales yet the Lufkin store motto seems to be give no customer service, lie, do not respond, just move on to the next person. I do not know if it is just this location or it's the plan of upper management in all the stores. If you buy from Conn's do it online!

Pass on Lufkin unless you love frustration! Debbie... waiting on your call!

Compré un colchón y me lo dieron roto, costo casi 1600 dls y van 90 días y no me resuelven nada. Ya acudí varías veces y nada me resuelven, traté de cancelar la compra pero no me dejaron y además de que dañaría mi credito. Cuidado si vas a comprar algo aquí…. Piénsalo 10 veces o mas si es necesario. Además de todo ya tuve que hacer los pagos correspondientes y si no los hacía iban a empezar a cobrar recargos. La peor experiencia de mi vida con esta mueblería.

I want you to know that if you are approved for The Conns "Home Plus Financing" you get approved, given the CASH OPTION, you will need to make sure that you do two things

1. Make the monthly payment by (before the due date every single month. I would NEVER accept this account unless I set up auto-pay, which I did. Failure to pay or even missing a payment by one day will result in a retroactive charge of interest (4000 on a 5500 account)

2. Call Conns at the beginning and tell them to NEVER CONTACT YOU, you are a grown adult and you do not need reminder calls. Having a payment of 270.00 and having my bank pay 150.00 every two weeks resolved this issue.

3 Now, when you look at your credit report it will show a balance that ASSUMING THAT YOU WILL NOT PAY ON TIME, so in my case, I used 5500 but the balance on my report is almost 9000.

4. This company is assuming that you will fail to pay. In the beginning, they will DEMAND that you purchase INSURANCE. This is where you pull out a copy of your Home Owner's or Renter's Police and REFUSE to buy their policy.

If you follow my instructions, you will be ok. If you deviate in the slightest, you will be charged THOUSANDS EXTRA.

CONN's Puts the CON in appliances! 24 Calls in just one day and I have not ever (nor will I ever) done business with this Flagrant violator of the Fair Debt collection act CON artists. They were found iable once https://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/article/Memphis-woman-awarded-459K-in-Conn-s-lawsuit-*******.php and yet they continue these practices employing call centers in India to call prononcing their name in such a way that it sounds OBSCENE.

Iv bought from conns sevreal times but the last couple of purches have been horrible. I was wondering if they sell factory seconds. Bought a nice fridge. Ice dispenser was a bad design from the start. Haven't had it a year and the ice dispenser was stuck in the on position. Had to go into the wiring and unplug or it would have burned up What a waste to have an ice dispenser. Called and as always my warranty had just expired. Samsung crap sold through conns is worthless. Might let them have this one back

I had called to say i was going to be late on a payment,the person on the other end sounded like they really didn't care about me calling in much less even took a note to my last name is linneman,must people ask how do you spell my last name bet you if i called again an asked if there was a status change on my account nothing will be there
