Purchased over $8000.00 worth of items from Conns on 04/04/2023. They delivered the range and overtop microwave 9th. Stove was installed but another tech had to comeback to install the microwave. Seeing that the stove work ok on the 9th. I assumed the microwave was working. Seeing that how hard is it to install a microwave. That night I wanted hot tea and to my surprise the microwave did not work. I called over 25 times explaining hey your tech said the motherboard of a brand new microwave was faulty. Well bring another one. CONN said I'm not eligible for a new one they will send a twxh to fix it. WHO FIXES A OUT OF THE BOX NEW ITEM. THAT NEED TO BE SENT BACK TO THE SAMSUNG COMPANY ON CONN'S BEHALF BECAUSE CONNS PURCHASED A BAD PRODUCT AND PAWNED IT OFF ON THW CONSUMER. I'M SO HOT RIGHT NOW. I'M GOING.TO BE DRAFTING LETTERS TO THE.BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I made this mistake twice now. First was with a laptop, said it was going to be shipped in a few days, it never did. I called they said I could go pick it up at the local warehouse, I get there and they have no clue what I am talking about as all online orders for laptops and computers it gets shipped from out of state from the manufacturer. So I called again and they finally figured it out and I got my laptop another week later. Second time it said you could get 3 years no interest on a TV that was $2299, well thats not the case as it has to be a total purchase price of $2999 to get the 3 years which is straight up false advertising on the website. I still bought the TV and did 2 years no interest, and I got a delivery date for 2 days later. That day comes, no call or anything to set up a delivery window. So I call them and they said my order is not processed because I didnt respond to an email providing more documents. I got 5 emails from Conns regarding this order, not a single one of those 5 said anything about needing more documents. They send they would send the email again and I would get it in a few minutes. Two hours later, no email. So I called AGAIN and told them to cancel it and I went into the store, set it up there, did not have to provide any documents or anything aside from my ID and got my TV the next day. If your going to do business with Conns, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, just go to the store. If there is not Conns store near you, do business with someone else, trust me. Unless you like being frustrated and not getting your items when you expect and also enjoy calling several times and sitting on hold then yea go for it.

I made a big purchase of Appliance for a new construction home. The delivery driver drug the appliances across the wooden floor and scratched and we had to replace. The manger told us several times they would make it right! No Response or call back!

Sold me a fridge and warranty on a product they cant work on. Led situation on for OVER A YEAR before finally ordering something else and still didnt get resolved. Tyler TX store manager was rude and hung up when trying to get this resolved then talked about me OUT LOUD when i had them muted because was on another call with the warehouse. WILL NEVER EVER BUY another product from Conns and will discourage everyone to not go

Scheduling a delivery is ridiculous! They Schedule my time for morning delivery after I said no one will be here to inspect. Rude woman kept over talking me and kept repeating "it's automated for your address, just reschedule or call your store and cancel your order" EXCUSE ME! I WORK 1ST SHIFT AND SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY FOR APPLIANCES AND YOU WANT TO TELL ME I CANT CHANGE A TIME TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO INSPECT MY PRODUCTS! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICES OR DEAL WITH THEIR RUDE $#*! REPS!

Bought at this store and paid off on time to save interest and end up finding out months later they did me wrong charging me thousand 500 more because supposed payment was not drafted when I had autopay only one payment out of all they did not get supposed the last one and almost a year passed and just got notified that I have to pay or account goes up when I even got the recibe of paid off in full don't go to conns this is not trustable so disappointed on they!

The store sells items that doesn't work. When you call you can't get through. After 1 week of calling I went to the store. The person behind the counter told me "We turn off the phones so they won't ring" Once he turned on the 3 phones they instantly started ringing. Every person that called where having issues with items that they had bought at the store.

When I told the clerk and also later the manager about my issues they laughed and said its very risky to buy things here.

The washing machine I bought was broken at delivery. They sent another one that was also broken. Now they are refusing to take it back. I had a really good opinion about Conn's before this experience. Never again I will tell all my friends never to use them ever again. I will continue to call their customer service number until they take back this machine.

Conn's refund my money like I have requested!

I buy a washer with this company and add warranty, after a year this washer wasn't working properly, with out even checking or seeing pictures they say wasn't cover under the warranty and they keep passing me from department to department and no one try to explain me why. Worse costumer service I ever experience and their warranty is a fraud.

I had a horrible and most terrible experience in my life with this company. Don't be decieved when you go to the store and the agents are trying to sell you something. They'll be smiling and once you leave the store, they will add fees which are not part of the initial agreement. They will add fees without communicating that to you. DON'T BE DECIEVED TO SIGN ANY CONTRACT YOU HAVE NOT READ! STOP! DONT SIGN, PLEASE. YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO. YOURE WARN ABOUT THIS EVIL OF A COMPANY. They'll harass and ruin your life, I WARN YOU!

I ordered a 900 dollar speaker and never got it and FedEx lost it so I did a claim and it's been a month and no one has got back to me about it so I called today and they telling me my order number don't show in there system this is terrible service I'm really upset bout this and I got billed too already for something I didn't get

Conn's is the biggest scam of all be careful it seems like a good idea at the time but it's actually a trap these people do not take ownership of anything they justify everything because they scam everything they don't even deserve not even one star they manipulate the sale and mislead you and every time you speak to anybody that represents them they give you scripted feedback they are never sincere and never take ownership of the BS they do to people instead of saying hey we're going to look into this because we don't do that kind of thing we won't tolerate that kind of behavior or mishandling of our customers because that's not what we're about instead they just continue to justify everything with scripted feedback

Awful product and service

Terrible product and service. Bought a Bedframe, that after assembling (by Conns), is unstable and making these high noises with just the smallest turn in bed - and all they have to say is, that it is up to manufactor standards and noises is not covered by terms and conditions. Spend over 7 Hours on the customer service, and everytime one of the customer service people get tired of speaking with me - they put me on hold, and transfer me to another department. Have been promised to get a call from a manager several times, but no call.

Do not buy anything from them.

My name is William from El Paso. I have for Years dealt with the Conn's Store on Gateway west in El Paso Tx. They have always been friendly, helpful, & done pretty good. On February 2nd, 2019, I bought a new washer, dryer, & a nice LG side by side refrigerator. I also purchased the Extended warranty on all the items. Their service department has always given me good service, I have always given their service personnel good CSI scores. Well, this morning when I got up, I noticed water all over the kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator. I thought what the heck is going on. So, I opened the fridge & everything felt lukewarm, opened the other door and everything in the freezer had thawed out and was leaking everywhere. I check the setting & everything was set properly, I got the owner's manual out went through the troubleshooting guide, everything looked fine. So, I called the Conn's service department to arrange a service call & they inform me the extended warranty expired already. I asked how that could be, that you always send a letter before it expires so I can renew it if I want too & the customer service lady on the phone could not answer the question. All she could say was its going to cost a $99.00 service fee. I asked how can a refrigerator that is barely 4 years old that I am still paying on every month go bad & be out of my extended warranty already. She still could not answer the question, just kept repeating the $99.00 service fee. Oh & finally suggested I call the store where the items where purchased. So I called the Conn's store on the gateway west in El Paso, waited for nearly 22 minutes to speak to a manager. Finally spoke to a Mr. Trujillo He informed me that all he could to was to send a email to service to see if they could do anything for me. Or I could call back later and speak to the sales manager.
Long Story short was on the phone for over a hour and a half. With their customer service department with no resolution, after being a customer for years & buying a TV, Laptop, Gas Range, Washer & Dryer, two 14.000 BTU AC units, & this LG Refrigerator, All they do is blow people off. They have no interest in keeping customer satisfaction. Or retaining customers. They seem to forget El Paso is not that big & word of mouth gets around quickly. People are not going to shop somewhere that people doesn't give a damm about after you purchase something. Will keep everyone updated if anything changes.

They put a hard inquiry on to your credit report! And the biggest joke is that they ask you to prove how much income you make! None of their business! I said NO Thank you, I don't want your credit! I do not recommend them!

I will NEVER purchase anything from Conns ever again… purchased a Samsung refrigerator & the freezer broke in about 5 months… they have no technical support earliest they can come to fix it was in 5 days. All of my food went bad, we had to buy a deep freezer cash.
1 month after purchasing our daughters twin bed the CHEAP material fell apart! They wanted tons of pictures before thinking about fixing it. Also purchased a computer chair that also fell apart within a month. NEVER AGAIN… Their furniture is cheap & customer service is no help!

Would give zero stars if I could. This company is a complete scam. They told me a date that my interest only period was up and account to be paid in full was however when I went to make that final payment I found out that it was actually two months prior. They added on an additional $1300 in interest when my full balance still due was only $600. I've called more times then I can count to get paper statements sent to me. Every time I call they are extremely rude and it's been over a year and I still have yet to receive anything. They told me all they provide is payment coupons and I never have received those either. In my eyes they were not only rude but extremely dishonest about account terms and the result was me now have to pay double what my original payoff amount was. I wish I would have never shopped with their finance department they are crooks to say the least!

Each month my balance gets higher and higher and no one could explain to me why and all I get is passed around from person to person and they want to record you but they don't want to recorded them please stay away from them please they are the worst
