Do NOT purchase anything from here! I purchased a "new" Samsung washer and dryer from Conn's. In the first 5 days the damn dryer stopped working and one of the electronic boards went out. I called Conn's and said I need a new dryer - it has only been 5 days and it does not work. I was sent all around to different numbers to talk to people and they passed the buck every time. I could not get those people at Conn's to do ANYTHING! They are so lazy and irresponsible. This was the location on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City. After calling and calling and demanding they do something - I ended up talking to Samsung who sent someone out and determined it was the electronic board that was not working. Conn's Home Plus was telling me they could do nothing because I did not purchase an extended warranty? I said, it should have a year already and you were supposed to have given me a NEW appliance. What4 is so bad is my previous neighbor said to me "do not purchase from these people - it is in their name." She also purchased a washer and dryer only to have it break a couple of weeks after purchase. She has had technicians out to her home to work on them (Samsung) four times that I know of because the product keeps breaking. I should have listened to her - but over a year had passed since she warned me and I just forgot. So here is YOUR warning! DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from Conn's. They have poor customer service, do not take responsibility for their products and they could care less if it fails 20 minutes after they put it in your home - that is YOUR problem not theirs. I expect a large class action lawsuit at some point naming Conn's and their way less than honest practices and behavior. I can only imagine how many people they have ripped off.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is the worst. I have recorded conversations with managers and reps from Conns laughing at me when I try to get them to correct mistakes made on my account that were validated. A manager named Kathy employee number ******* told me I would be the last person I'd speak with at Conns regarding the accounting errors they made when I asked to speak with her boss because she didn't want me to file the complaint against her obviously. The first complaint was on request ******* where I got a $100 credit for the bad experience but seems like after you get a credit, Conns can mistreat you all they want to moving forward with no additional credit for their mistake.
So I asked for them to come pick up their equipment and they said no you can return it yourself under a repossession which goes against my credit. So now they are forcing me to do business with them when I said I didn't want to anymore because they keep mistreating me on the phone.
I asked for a call back from the upper management team that reviewed the account and still waiting for that call. They say they strive for quality customer service but that's a lie. They don't care about their customers at all and they will try to rip you off by adding additional fees to your contract. Don't fall for the Conns trap they are the worst people to do business with and I hope they get sued for this and go out of business now.
I'll never do business with Conn again and I'm going to post bad reviews to as many places as I can. If they don't want to give me the credit or come pick up this equipment then I'm going to let everyone know so they don't fall for the same trap I did. I have all these calls recorded so I'll be posting the calls as well so the people can hear how they treat customers. They need to be exposed or they will keep doing it.

Conns couldn't sell me house full of furniture for a dollar. Anything you buy on terms you will pay double the price
I went to conns to lease a computer for school (HP), which I absolutely love by the way. Fast forward to 2019 when I was in transition to another job and could not make the onetime payment for the two months I was pending my job offer when CONNS continued to call me and harass me when I already advised them of the situation. Somehow, they contacted my grandma and provided her with information (false by the way) saying I did not pay the television off that I bought from them and I am extremely behind. I called and explained that they are provided financial information to an authorized party (completely illegal by the way) and nothing was done about it except an "I am sorry" and the calls to her stopped. In September of 2020 I received a letter about payment options to close my opened account and to give them a call back; mind you I was also receiving emails as well. I called Conns to do a payment set up to get my account closed when the gentleman asked for not only my account number & routing number but my debit card information in case the payment was not processed and I received an email from the company/collections department with the agreement and all. On 09/27/2020 I called Conns because my first 100.00 dollar payment was not pulled from the account/credit card and the female representative told me the payment was processed and provided a verbal confirmation. Today, October 4,2020 I called again because the payment was still not showing on my bank statement which was concerning. When I spoke to the male representative he said, "they had an "error" message about too many false attempts ( I am not sure what that means) that they no longer could process it and needed all my banking account information again." Question, why was I told it was processed and provided a confirmation number? Why was I not contacted if it was in "collections" and needed to pay the agreed amount via email or phone like they had been doing for months?
Loved my product but disappointed in the communication & the false information from Conns. I was told not to use conns because they CONN people but I guess being young and dumb I did not listen. Try to avoid at all costs
Horrible horrible experience ordered a TV for Christmas showed I was getting delivery on Christmas obviously I didn't think I actually was going to get a delivery on Christmas however I figured they would give me a call to update the situation never received a call Christmas came never received a delivery have spent the last 2 days calling I have been transferred to this person that person this person I have been refused to give to a supervisor and finally on the last call they let me know that the TV was out of stock and they didn't know when it was getting back in so obviously I asked them why would you sell me something you don't have and why would you guys not contact me about it so obviously I canceled that order and I went to the store near me which if I would have known there was one near me then I would have went there originally the store was amazing however because you guys did what you did on the internet and sold me something you didn't have I ended up having to spend $400 extra dollars so you guys got a nice little profit margin you guys got going on there with doing things that way and you should be ashamed of that
For the 2 time they lied to me in conns in tampa fl, they promised me delivery on Sunday and now it is not possible, yesterday when I went to complain to them because they had lied to me with the delivery of 12/01/2023, which never arrived, after thousands of excuses and apologies they offer me a 10% off of my purchase, a fairly cheap deal for this situation but I accepted it as long as I received my furniture next Sunday, now there is no space for my delivery after the store manager promised me that It was going to be done on Sunday, right now I don't have furniture to sit on in my house since I gave away the old furniture to open space for those who supposedly should have arrived, I have put my complaint in the BBB, in their pages to that the people who read my review do not buy in this store, in addition to the deceit with the delivery when making the purchase contract, they practice deceptive tactics, such as selling you insurance for 500 dollars without having consulted with the client and other more details
My dealings with the manager was horrible. The salesperson was nice. The manager lacked customer service

I made this mistake twice now. First was with a laptop, said it was going to be shipped in a few days, it never did. I called they said I could go pick it up at the local warehouse, I get there and they have no clue what I am talking about as all online orders for laptops and computers it gets shipped from out of state from the manufacturer. So I called again and they finally figured it out and I got my laptop another week later. Second time it said you could get 3 years no interest on a TV that was $2299, well thats not the case as it has to be a total purchase price of $2999 to get the 3 years which is straight up false advertising on the website. I still bought the TV and did 2 years no interest, and I got a delivery date for 2 days later. That day comes, no call or anything to set up a delivery window. So I call them and they said my order is not processed because I didnt respond to an email providing more documents. I got 5 emails from Conns regarding this order, not a single one of those 5 said anything about needing more documents. They send they would send the email again and I would get it in a few minutes. Two hours later, no email. So I called AGAIN and told them to cancel it and I went into the store, set it up there, did not have to provide any documents or anything aside from my ID and got my TV the next day. If your going to do business with Conns, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, just go to the store. If there is not Conns store near you, do business with someone else, trust me. Unless you like being frustrated and not getting your items when you expect and also enjoy calling several times and sitting on hold then yea go for it.
I went to Conn's and when you go inside the store a salesperson approach me with a tablet in his hand I walked around the store I purchased a TV stand I asked the salesman with this TV stand fit the TV that I have and I pointed at the TV he said yes I purchased the TV stand for $650 got it home it didn't fit first I had to go the warehouse and pick it up and the box brand new didn't have a problem but when I got it home like I said it didn't fit called the store that morning cuz it was evening when I bought it to let him know I want to return the item they were not accept the item I'll call the corporation and they told me it was a final sale it wasn't a floor model are my receipt didn't say final sales they said all appliances and furniture that is new it's final sales they did not let me know but the salesman told me it would fit my TV now I'm stuck with a TV stand worth $650 that I cannot use and the corporation is going along with it I would never tell no one to shop that cons ever again answer I didn't even offer me store credit
I bought a washer and dryer from Conn's Home Plus and they had a deal going on where you could pay no interest for 12 months on purchases. I didn't plan on financing them but thought, why not!
In August, I went online to pay my bill and they took my payment TWICE. It was deducted twice from my bank and credited twice to my account at Conn's. I called them to tell them that I didn't authorize that payment and that I wanted them to put the other payment back. They assured me that it was an issue with their system and that they would be cancelling the first extra payment. THEY DIDN'T! It cleared my account. Both of them.
I called AGAIN a week or so later and they told me that they were going to issue a refund. I wait another week or so and still no refund. Then, I called in AGAIN and they told me that they were issuing my refund and that it would take six weeks for it to process and get sent to me.
SO…after holding my money for three weeks without my permission, the only way that they can send me a refund is by check and it is going to take six weeks?!?!?! Are we living in 1990?!?!?! WFT?!?!
I called their billing department and spoke with a manager named Zach. I doubt that is really his name but that's the name he gave me. He may have been one of the RUDEST customer service people that I have ever dealt with. Not only did he do NOTHING to help me, he, and another lady at Conn's proceeded to BLAME ME for the extra payment saying that I authorized it. THAT'S ABSURD! Why would someone make two payments that were timed stamped in the same second and the call and complain about it.
I don't advise that anyone EVER do business with this company. They are rude, incompetent and don't seem to care much about customer experience. If you need appliances or anything else for your home, you can do a lot better than having to deal with these CLOWNS!

I get a call From a Sales rep Last name Agee, a Female. She told me I was approved and I went from there. Long story, long Weekend, Monday the day they (conn's) supposed to be delivering ….
No call.
So I text her because she was so pressed for the sale she actually text me pictures of my Items; (Red flag)
Okay then, while I was there I explained to her "I need it Monday My Inly off Day. Right in my face the Girl who does the scheduling (back at Saturday when I went) told me," yes Monday, I can get it there. (I should've know she was lying cause she was on FaceTime talking to your mom about she need a man to feed her) so I call her text her, she say, "Imma call you once I get to the store;(Agee). So I'm like cool, waiting……

I call up to the store, she saying something about the delivery, basically what I wasn't trying to hear 'cause," y'all told me bold face "Yes Monday," I can get it there"., we had words than she say you can floor model, that I say ok I'm on my way now, why the police waiting on my mad $#*!! Yes the police, im like whatever! Cause at this point they lied and Why lied? Just for a commission…. So yeah Conns most most definitely live up to Conning ppl, took my money To Lowe's
My name is William from El Paso. I have for Years dealt with the Conn's Store on Gateway west in El Paso Tx. They have always been friendly, helpful, & done pretty good. On February 2nd, 2019, I bought a new washer, dryer, & a nice LG side by side refrigerator. I also purchased the Extended warranty on all the items. Their service department has always given me good service, I have always given their service personnel good CSI scores. Well, this morning when I got up, I noticed water all over the kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator. I thought what the heck is going on. So, I opened the fridge & everything felt lukewarm, opened the other door and everything in the freezer had thawed out and was leaking everywhere. I check the setting & everything was set properly, I got the owner's manual out went through the troubleshooting guide, everything looked fine. So, I called the Conn's service department to arrange a service call & they inform me the extended warranty expired already. I asked how that could be, that you always send a letter before it expires so I can renew it if I want too & the customer service lady on the phone could not answer the question. All she could say was its going to cost a $99.00 service fee. I asked how can a refrigerator that is barely 4 years old that I am still paying on every month go bad & be out of my extended warranty already. She still could not answer the question, just kept repeating the $99.00 service fee. Oh & finally suggested I call the store where the items where purchased. So I called the Conn's store on the gateway west in El Paso, waited for nearly 22 minutes to speak to a manager. Finally spoke to a Mr. Trujillo He informed me that all he could to was to send a email to service to see if they could do anything for me. Or I could call back later and speak to the sales manager.
Long Story short was on the phone for over a hour and a half. With their customer service department with no resolution, after being a customer for years & buying a TV, Laptop, Gas Range, Washer & Dryer, two 14.000 BTU AC units, & this LG Refrigerator, All they do is blow people off. They have no interest in keeping customer satisfaction. Or retaining customers. They seem to forget El Paso is not that big & word of mouth gets around quickly. People are not going to shop somewhere that people doesn't give a damm about after you purchase something. Will keep everyone updated if anything changes.
My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer set from Conns. Biggest mistake we have ever made. It started off when we applied for credit. We were approved and picked out the set we wanted. We were told we would get the items delivered on a certain day. We waited all day for the call that comes the day before and never got it. I called them and they said there was an error and we were not going to receive the set the next day as we were told and as the emails and text messages stated. We had to rearrange our schedule for delivery 2 weeks later. 2 weeks after delivery a salesman called and said we had applied for credit and he wanted to help us pick out our items. We explained we already placed the order and had taken delivery. We made payments on time with no issue and then several months later my husband had a catastrophic life changing accident that almost killed him, no fault of his own. He is still unable to return to work 4 months later and is in pain daily. 1 month before the next payment was due I called and explained what was going on and that I needed to make some arrangements. I was told we had insurance on the purchase that would take care of it. I was transferred 5 times and spent 2 hours on the phone to later be told we did not have the coverage and there was nothing that could be done. I explained I would make the payments as I could. The payment came due and 1 day after the due date (still in the grace period) I started receiving multiple calls a day, text messages and emails. I explained to multiple people what was going on and that all of this should have been noted. They said it didn't matter that the payment was due. I explained that I would be making the payment. The calls continued for 4 days. I then answered an email and put everything into the email AGAIN. I was told by the person in the email they could help me. There were 50+ emails back and forth over 3 days. After every email I had to explain the circumstances again in depth. I was told to go take out a loan, borrow money from friends or family, etc. But I was told that there was nothing they could do. They would not defer the payment nor would they give me time to pay. I made the payment 2 weeks after the initial due date and 4 days after the grace period. The following month the day after the payment was due (during the grace period) the calls, text, and emails started again. Now I receive at least 10 phone calls a day and 9 of them they hang up on me after I answer the call even though I am within the grace period. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Compré un colchón y me lo dieron roto, costo casi 1600 dls y van 90 días y no me resuelven nada. Ya acudí varías veces y nada me resuelven, traté de cancelar la compra pero no me dejaron y además de que dañaría mi credito. Cuidado si vas a comprar algo aquí…. Piénsalo 10 veces o mas si es necesario. Además de todo ya tuve que hacer los pagos correspondientes y si no los hacía iban a empezar a cobrar recargos. La peor experiencia de mi vida con esta mueblería.
