Conns sucks even if you buy the warranty they will do nothing to help you

I bought a washer and dryer from Conns in Tulsa Ok on July 31,2023 I also bought the extended warranty mind you it has not even been a year and my washer and dryer is completely paid for. In June of 24 my dryer stopped getting hot and drying my clothes I called the store and they said the soonest they could get a repair man out to my house was July 19. I said that is unacceptable that would put me without a dryer for over a month. They finally said someone would be there on July 5th Service man came could not find out what was wrong with it so he said he was ordering 3 parts didn't know which part it was but was going to order all 3 and would be back on the 12th. 2 of those parts was delivered 2 days later so on the 11th i get a call saying the 3rd part still has not come in and now it will be the 19th before he will be back. So one the 18th I get a call that the part is on back order and they have no idea when it will be in so I still do not have a dryer. I have called every number i can find. These are the rudest people i have ever delt with no one will even try to help me mind you if i owed a payment they would not wait a month for that. I still have a factory warranty until the 31 of July and the extended warranty is good until 2027. I ask can the repair man come and install the 2 parts that are in and see if that will fix it if not he can come back with the other part. Oh no that cant happen we have to wait on the 3rd part
This has been a nightmare I paid over 4000 for this set and it is useless until they can get around to fixing it. I promise you i will never step foot back in that store and will tell everyone i know to never by form Conns they are rude and very unprofessional and do not give a $#*! about their customers all the say is i understand the hell you do i have 5 people in my house and a non working brand new 2000 dryer. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I have to add a star rating before i can post this but honestly they don't even deserve a 1 star

Delivery Nightmare and horrible resolution.

I decided to gives Conns a shot last week and purchased some major appliances as my washer went out after 19 years.$7800 worth to be exact. The purchasing process went fine my saleswoman was super nice so we set up delivery for 1/26/24 earliest time available and was told that someone would be calling me and texting prior to delivery. Now I am at work today.many meetings and around 215 pm I check my messages.I have a text to confirm my delivery.3 of them.so I go ahead and confirm and the date of 1/26 has now changed to 1/29 as soon as i hit confirm.I am now trying to figure out what has happened and find out that the text confirmation has to be confirmed before 1PM or else they forfeit your delivery according to my wife who called them when I told her...I am pissed now.it is only 230 in the afternoon and I have NEVER had some secret confirmation deadline that I had to confirm by or else.Yet here I am.so I go to my email.there is an email confirmation sent at 1130 am that says you must confirm your delivery by 545 pm local time for my 1/26 delivery.so I confirm it thinking this sounds more reasonable.I then call the number to confirm my confirmation and I am told no.we moved you to Monday.now both me and my wife have scheduled to be off tommorow and we don't have a washer or dryer or refrigerator in advance of the delivery tomorrow. They tell me it's policy to cancel if they don't hear from me by 1 PM mind you.I cannot belive what I am hearing and tell them I want this resolved.I am not being unreasonable. They tell me they will call me back.an hour passes no call.so I call them back.she tells me the same thing and I am just getting more passed by the moment. This is how customers are treated.like second class citizens I guess.she calls me back about 20 mins later with Conns Store on the line.The manager begins to tell me that yes they changed the delivery date.and that I should have answered the phone on time.once again not knowing about this 1 pm deadline. I tell her I know how to fix this.I will come get my own appliances and I want my delivery fee back as I need these items haven't had them for a week.washer dryer and refrigerator.Instead of trying to fix the issue she continues to cut me off and talk to me as if I am a 5 year old and tells me it's Monday or nothing or that I can come pick something up off the floor if I want something now.so now I am stuck paying a delivery fee for items that will be delivered 4 days later, and the people could care less about us. I am sure this will be the last time for me and I plan to write their corporate headquarters about this incident. I am 54 yrs old and have never disrespected people like these people have done to me or my wife.I have to solve problems all day long at my job as a professional.These people obviously have never had to solve a problem as professional management.Just blame the customer CASE CLOSED. Pathetic!

February 2021

I purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer Set along with the pedestals and had extended warranty on both items.
The Washer started making a loud noise. It would beat and bang when the clothes would wash.
December 02,2021, I had repair come out. They had to replace washer because of a issue it had with the balance. The repair man said it was okay to use the old washer until the new washer was brought out. (this caused black hard stuff to crumble from the inside all over the floor, and it scratched the flooring)
Now, this washer has a Known defect and they are aware of this. The second washer is still under the same numbers and date of this known defect. Not acceptable.

The New Washer was brought out in December 14 2021. When the delivery guys was there. They scratched to floor getting the old one out as the washer had trash under it from the washer parts breaking while using it.

The new washer came on December 14,2021. The guys never balanced it. The door on the Unit was so loose. I called the company and they sent the Delivery Manger out to look at the door, not a repair man. In the email, it stated that a DELIVERY was on its way. I assumed they were bringing a new one. As it was Christmas time, I had moved all my items out of the way for the DELIVERY. But NO delivery was with him, As it was the Delivery Manager alone. He stated he would have to send a Repair man out to look at the item. And stated that Conn's would call me. A MONTH later, I still had NOT had a call from them to schedule a repair. I assumed they were being delayed as it was Christmas and New Years.
I waited for the call and never got it.

On January 15,2021
I tried to leave a review on the Conn's site and it stated it was unable to publish my review due to Containing Personal information. It was not a good review.

Again, I called the Conn's number.

On February 22,2022.
A repair man came out, (Dean), stated the DOOR is suppose to be that loose. The bolts will not tighten up and the latch is wiggling.
Now, my previous washer, the door never wiggled or moved. There is NO WAY this door is supposed to be loose like this, as it will leak being a FRONT LOADER.
He said he leveled the washer, which was not level to begin with from delivery. He stated, he ran a cycle, but there was NO weight in the washer at the time. When a load of clothes is in the washer, it makes the loudest noise.
I was unhappy with his response.
I received a email asking for a survey on the repair. I replied with a Negative Review. I never got any call from anyone on this review. As the email said, someone would contact me.

I called Conn's again for another service repair to come out as I was not happy with the previous repair man.
Every time I wash any type of load, The Washing Machine Shakes my Whole house. It Causes my Cabinet in the Kitchen which is in another room to vibrate my dishes. Just waiting on them to break and fall over from this is unacceptable as well.
And the Washer makes a load noise, The Door shakes and vibrates and The Washing Machine Vibrated out of my Closet into the hall. This is very unacceptable.

I had Jamie come out at this time. He stated it was the cause of the balancing thing as well that happened to the first washer. He was very polite and helpful. Stated He would try to get this resolved for us.

I had a repair appointment call on 3/15/2022. It was Dean, I canceled the appointment, as I did not want this man to come out as I was not happy with his first response.

I received some parts in the mail. Had no clue as to what they were. Never was told anything on this.
I had Jamie come out again on 3/16/2022, I refused to let him put the replacement parts in the unit.
There was NO replacement part of any mention of the Door being Loose.
The reason for my 1st call was because the door being loose.

I had Paid for a BRAND NEW washer and dryer. I DID NOT pay for replacement parts washer.
This 2nd Washer has the same problem that the first washer had.
I am Not satisfied with the results.

I have tried to call corporate but I keep getting the same people. OH, you have to schedule a repair.
I want them to come get this Washer and Dryer Set, return my money that I have paid. As, this is Junk.

Having to call for a repair is ridiculous in itself. You go thru 3 different people, they all ask you the same questions and then they ask you what the reason for calling. So you have to repeat yourself over and over.

Having to call for repair on the same item more than 5 times is ridiculous. And The ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED.

I purchased a Freezer from Conn's and have had no problem.
But the Washer is having the same issues over and over.

My payment is due on 3/17/2022, and I do not think I will be making a Payment on this until the Issue is resolved.

This will be my last purchase from Conn's.

Tip for consumers:

Do not buy from them.
They know my washer manufacturing date was recalled and they sent another one outwit the same date. Now has the same problem plus the door won't shut all tight.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

Conn's sold me a defective freezer and after patiently dealing with this situation for over 2 month, I had no other choice but put in s dispute with my bank yo get my money back.
On NOV 23 I purchased a freezer and I also paid to have it delived.
Freezer was delivered DEC 5TH. I connected the freezer, waited 24 hours for it to freeze. (Freezer did NOT WORK)
On DEC 7th I called customer service and explained the situation, they stated a technician will be sent over to examine the freezer.
On DEC 9, The technician SHARON CLARKE came by my home. She examined the freezer and confirmed the freezer needs to be replaced. She stated Customer service will call me or text me within 48 hours. No one ever contacted me.
On DEC 14, I called customer service again to see when my freezer would be replaced. Agent stated the freezer replacement was approved and I needed to wait another 48 hours. Someone will call or text me. No one ever contacted me.
On DEC 20, I called customer service again, wanting to know how much longer I would have to wait to have my freezer replaced. Agent stated the freezer was approved to be exchanged and she also stated I would have to take the freezer to Conn's and have them exchange it. I explained to her that I paid for delivery and that someone needed to come to my home and replace it. She then said I would have to call Conn's and have them pick up the freezer and bring me a new one since I paid them the delivery fee.
On DEC 20, I called the orange city Conn' at *******960, I spoke with Monica... explained my situation, she said she will have her manager Sharon call me back. (no one ever called me back)
On DEC 23, I called Conn's again. (2 times) finally spoke with Sharon, after I explained my situation. She said she would have to investigate and that she will call me back ( never got a call back)
On DEC 29, I Called Conn's again, Sharon tells me there is nothing she can do for me and I will have to call customer service again. At this point I was VERY UPSET, requested to speak with someone above her. She said her manager David will call me. (never got a call from David).
On DEC 31, I Call AGAIN, this time I spoke with David, he said he would investigate the situation and call me back. David calls me back the same day, tells me he can have the freezer picked up BUT I will have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks to receive a new one because they did not have my freezer in stock.
After dealing with this situation for over a month and having nothing resolved I said no, I will not wait another 3-4 week and at this point I wanted a REFUND. He said if I wanted a refund I would have to call customer service.
DEC 31, I called customer service, explained my situation. Agent stated she will make a ticket requesting a refund.
JAN 3, I called customer service again, spoke with Tristen and Iliana, Iliana there was no ticket stating I was requested a refund on the 31 but that she will take care of it for me. She said it will take about 7-10 business day for the refund.
JAN 14, I called customer service again, i spoke with Kamile, she stated I was denied because I exceeded 30 days to request a refund. What a joke.
I finally put in a Dispute with the bank and got my money back

Their Name says it all! Conn Artists! When you buy 2 reclining Sofas and a reclining chair, they'll break, destroy your wood floors, then they'll tell you it's your fault you used them more than once per day... #connartists #buyanywhereelsebutatconns
