If I could give it no stars I would! I purchased three pairs of shoes, 2 months I have still I never received them. I purchased through PAYPAL and finally was able to get my refund for non delivered shoes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FARCE
I ordered my son some shoes through this company Comfy Shoes weeks ago. I sent them E Mails with no response, I got on there Facebook page sent a message,and nothing. I would not buy anything from this company the phone number they provided doesn't work either. I guess all I can do is try to find a phone number to the corporate office because I want my money back or the tennis shoes 7-10 day for delivery is a joke.

DO NOT BUY any of them! Ordered 2 pairs from ComfyFootgear. 1.Women's Orthotic Sandals for Bunions. The sandals offer no support and the adjustment strip on top is fake. 2.The other pair "Supportive sandals for women with bunion" are unwearable. Terrible quality shoes made of plastic. Both offering no support at all. Could not return them. Was offered $16 and for $4.95 shipping could order another pair and I tried that. Another mistake as these are of terrible quality as well, offer no support and are plastic, inside and out.
These shoes are not made for people who may want some foot support; total flat sole and no support. Website shows nice photographs but in reality these shoes are terrible. No representation in the US, just shipped from China.
These shoes were aweful. Poor quality. Cheap. And easily tear. Do not purchase from this company. I would give these shoes a negative but I had to give a 1
Sandals arrived and they're too tight. Three times I emailed the address listed on their website and also called them three times and left voice messages. Not once did I get a response. A return authorization is required to send the sandals back. Thank goodness I bought through PayPal. I got my money refunded to my account almost immediately. I would still like to send the sandals back, but I guess I have to keep them now
I ordered my shoes over two months ago and I still haven't gotten them. Never again and I'll discourage others.
I bought a pair of Sandals from Comfy Sandals and never received my shoes. I emailed them several times and never got an answer back. Please do not purchase any thing from them. I believe they are a scam company.
It took 6 weeks to get my sandals. I was afraid that summer would be over by the time they were here. I loved how comfortable they were though, but the soles wore out right away,& I couldn't wear them the following year!
I have several pairs of comfy sandals and I love them. I needed a new pair of sandals since I wore out a pair. I ordered a size 12 and received a size 6. The quality was no longer there too. I tried calling and that was worthless. I emailed 3 times with no response. I called my credit card company and now they are handling it. Comfy sandals has 30 days to respond to the bank, if they don't them I automatically receive my money back
Ordered these cute sandals back in July. Today is September 1 and I've never received the sandals even though I was charged for them a month ago. I wrote to them asking where my sandals were and got no response. I wrote to them asking for a refund and got no response. The tracking information showed they were coming from China but of course they will never arrive. Do not order anything from this company! Buyers beware!
I bought 2 pairs of their sandals and the sandals did not fit right. I wanted a refund, so I followed their instructions on how to get approval for the return. I emailed 3 times, and called and left a voice message and never heard back from the company. I tried to start a dispute via pay pal (my original form of payment)
Comfy sandals would not agree to send me a shipping label (per their refund instructions on their website, they would send a label with approval)
I looked into shipping the sandals back but the return address is in Canada, NOT in the US, so the shipping charges were going to cost 40.00 which obviously I will not pay.
They do not adhere to their own return policy ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Wish I could give no star. Ordered two pairs of sandals in April. It is August and have not been able to even get a response from seller. They simply steal your money.

Ordered and paid for pair of shoes June 10,2022. By July 11th I didn't have them. Since I paid through PayPal I put in a grievance. They contacted the company, which I was amazed, because I couldn't reach them. Anyway... company said they were going to resend shoes. That was on July 20th. It is July 28th and received shipping information from Aftership saying something was wrong with package and being sent back to sender in Shanghi CN. China? Now I know that I won't get the shoes. I email PayPal back with update and ask them for my refund. We'll see what happens.
I bought two pairs during pandemic wore one pair of them to death, still wearing the second pair. Bought tow more to have waiting for that pair to wear out. They send the wrong size and I contacted them within 2 days ( June 5th) I have sent multiple emails, called the number listed ( it hangs up) and still no response. The product is great the customer service really stinks and all the while I get ad after ad asking me to buy Comfy Sandals.
Their site sucks. Wife accidentally ordered 2 pairs. Wanted to return 1 pair. Dont buy from them. Cannot get ahold of anyone. Been trying all #s. No luck. Lady on recording sound british. Email forget it. Called all #s left messages. This has been two weeks plus. All i want is a return label and credit for 1 pair. Thats all im asking. Is that too difficult.
I ordered 3 pairs as already have a pair which are great. However wrong size sent in all 3 pairs. I have been trying to contact by email to arrange exchange or refund but no reply. Tried phoning number on site. It doesn't exist. At the end of my tether now. Would no longer recommend while they are still ignoring me. Very very poor customer service. I would love them to get in touch as the sandals are great just 2 sizes too small!

The sandals look nice, but they're crappy and made in China. They are NOT supportive or comfortable at all. In fact, I wore them today and almost twisted my ankle from the lack of support. I won't be wearing them again, because they belong in the garbage can. Don't waste your money,
Right after I ordered the Sandles, I wanted to change the color and tried to call them up, but their phone number was not a working number. I then sent them a text message and never got a response back from them. When I discovered that they had an F rating with the BBB, I realized that it was a scam.
I tried to put a stop-payment on my order, but since I used my debit card, I wasn't able to. They arrived within a couple of weeks in a thin, cheap plastic bag. There was no packing slip with it, so I didn't know how to return them. There was only a return address (no company name) on the plastic bag.
I looked up the address online and traced it to a run-down warehouse in New Jersey. I decided not to send them back for fear that they would deny receiving them, then I would be out of my money as well as the shoes.
Long story short, I disputed it with my bank, and they couldn't get the company to refund my money - so my bank was nice enough to give me a refund.
Do not buy these horrible sandals, or you will regret it. I also believe that all of their 5-star reviews online are FAKE!
Answer: Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

Answer: I also purchased Sandals and never received them. I reached out to them via email and never received an email back. That was in June of 2021. It is now February of 2023. I still have not received my Sandals or a refund let alone a response. This company is definitely in the business of scamming people. I do not recommend you give them your business at all. Kari
Answer: You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment. Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did. Good Luck!
