Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

I also purchased Sandals and never received them. I reached out to them via email and never received an email back. That was in June of 2021. It is now February of 2023. I still have not received my Sandals or a refund let alone a response. This company is definitely in the business of scamming people. I do not recommend you give them your business at all.

You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment.
Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website.
Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did.
