I ordered 1/26/21 and as of 3/29/21 still have not received. I've emailed their customer service a couple times and keep being told they can't refund because they are "processing". TIme to file a formal complaint with Paypal and will never trust their ads again! Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option
Tracking site lost my order after it supposedly docked at Buffalo NY. Have had no response from either comfy sandals or from the tracking site. No telephone number is provided only emails which I doubt are even read. Will unscribe now.
I had emailed several times but no response. Lime in the sample below shipping notification sent to usps but item never received. I called twice but today I left the message. No one attends both the phone or email.
Ordered my sandals on May12,2018 as my own Mothers Day gift. Never got them, emailed them, no response. Tracked the number says no address exists. Ive lived here 29 yrs. Awful company. I will now do my do diligence before ordering with new businesses shown on FB & Instagram
Ordered sandals mid-May 2020. Received a confirming email within hours confirming my order. Ny credit card was charged. After several email updates (plus numerous promo offers saying they want me back as a customer), I received an email two weeks ago saying my order would be delivered shortly. So I was initially hopeful. But, they're still not here. I tried calling the company, and it went straight to voicemail, so I've been unable to communicate with anyone. It sounds like many had similar complaints, and I wish I had read these other reviews before placing the order in the first place. If I ever get the product, and they prove to be wonderful and worth the wait, I will amend this review, but until then this review stands, and I would not recommend doing business with this company.
I ordered them the end of Nov. Received them today Jan. 14. I think the only reason I received them is because I filed a dispute with PayPal! I really like them and they are comfy so far but the straps across the top are so big I can't keep them on my feet. I hate to have to pay to send them back. I may see if a shoe store can sew them up a bit.
Ordered and paid for pair of shoes June 10,2022. By July 11th I didn't have them. Since I paid through PayPal I put in a grievance. They contacted the company, which I was amazed, because I couldn't reach them. Anyway... company said they were going to resend shoes. That was on July 20th. It is July 28th and received shipping information from Aftership saying something was wrong with package and being sent back to sender in Shanghi CN. China? Now I know that I won't get the shoes. I email PayPal back with update and ask them for my refund. We'll see what happens.
Ordered my sandals 3 weeks ago. I received an email saying they had shipped two days after I placed my order. They still haven't arrived. In this day when packages arrive within days, what could be the hold up. And please don't use the excuse of Covid! That is just a cop out! I have reached out to the company with no response. I have put in a refund request with PayPal and hope to recover my money. What a scam!
Ordered in early March for a trip in May. By the end of May, no sandals. Oh, they did take my money right away and they sent a tracking number that never showed as receiving item. At the end of May, I tried phoning them and emailing them many times. Phone number was phony and went to a totally different business. Emails all bounced back. I went through PayPal to contact the business and the numbers they had were also phony. I contacted PayPal to file a dispute. Thank God I went through them. They refunded me. In early June, a package shows up from some name I didn't recognize. Inside was a box with Chinese writing all over. Inside that box were the sandals. 3 months to get them. Called PayPal to go ahead and charge me, but they couldn't and the company has no contact number that's legit. Shoes fit, are pretty, but I think this is a scam. They claim to be based in the United States. They are not. Don't even try ordering from them. I sure won't again.
Ordered 2 pairs of sandals in mid-June. Have called and emailed many times to have my order canceled and my money refunded and have had no response. I am totally frustrated by this. This company deserves a 0 rating and even that is too high. To add insult to injury, they keep sending email ads to buy more shoes!
I would give a star rating of 0 if I could. I'm starting to wonder if this company actually exists. I also fell victim to this by not reading the reviews in advance. I only read the reviews on their website - fell for it. I placed my order, they charged my credit card right away. After 2 weeks I have not heard anything about the order received, shipment date or anything else. I have left numerous voice messages, emails - to no avail. I contacted my credit card company. The phone number the card company has for them is not in service. What a joke. Fortunately my card company worked with me on this and refunded my money. They will handle the issue with Comfy Sandals. How does this company get away with this? What a scam
Order April 28,2021, and here it is June, and have not received anything, not even my shipping information. I have sent many emails in regards to my order being wrong to get it corrected the same day as my order and still have not received a response back from anyone. I highly suggest that no one orders from this site, there's no customer service and there is no telling when you will receive your items if you get them at all!
I placed my order on May 10,2021 and it is now June 18,2021 and still no shoes! As others have stated, I have written emails to them twice and called their customer service number, which goes right to voicemail. This company is a fraud! I will be reporting them to the state of Texas attorney general's office and the FTC to see how they can get this fraudulent company from doing business any longer. In the meantime, I will report this to my credit card company to get the charges reversed for a product that I haven't received and for which they have taken my money. If everyone who has been wronged by this company reports them to the FTC, their fraudulent website my be taken down.
I wish i could do less then one star, total fraud and scam i guess they they dont have merchandise but web pictures only, after a month of wait i have requested my credit card to retrieve my funds

Well, to say the least, I should have done my homework.
1) They shipped the wrong color of sandal. I ordered a Boho, flat "sand" color and they sent green.
2) The other pair are cheap and are excrutiatingly painful to wear.
We will see how they reply to my email about sending me the right color.
As others have stated, I should have read the reviews first. Ordered two pairs of sandals received email with a tracking # on the 6th of May and that was it. Never received my order and tried contacting them via email, phone and instagram. Never received any other communication from them. I contacted my financial institution and eventually received my money back, however now Comfy Sandals is saying they fulfilled their obligation by shipping the order and they want to get their money back. They however, don't show any indication that the order was received. Do yourselves a favor and don't order from them.
This will be short. Every complaint on this site refers to my problem too. So, all these people and myself did not put our heads together to put down this company all the same way. Word for Word, so how are they still getting by with this. There's to many having the same complaints. And I'm one of the many. I want to thank everyone. I agree with each one. Sorry, I thought that this would be short. But, this grap needs attention, today.

I ordered the popular comfy sandals and the shipment took 6 weeks not 2 and regrettably they are half an inch too big and they are too wide! I traced the package and it indicated LOST. The package I finally received indicated a 2 day priority mail! I wish to return them. I have left multiple messages and have not heard from anyone regarding the company policy regarding RETURN. Very disgusted, it is not worth the time and aggravation I have experienced!
I so wish I was reviewing my new sandals but I never received them! How can this company be allowed to remain in business? Lesson learned never buy from this company again almost $90.00 later I'm going shopping for new sandals
Terrible customer service. I ordered sandals around the middle of May, still don't have them. I have emailed them twice to ask for an update, no reply either time. At this point I don't know if I will ever get them.
Answer: Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

Answer: You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment. Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did. Good Luck!
