Terrible experience!

I ordered a pair of size 8 sandals on March 25th. April 11th I received a notice that they were shipped but my credit card was charged $29.99 on March 25th. Today is May 20th and I still have not received the sandals. Order #*******. According to the USPS tracking number, *********************, the shipping label was prepared on April 12th and has been sitting in Buffalo NY since then since then waiting for the item to arrive. That is 57 days since I placed the order and 38 days in Buffalo NY. I have sent multple emails to their email address asking for help getting them and finally asked for a refund with no response. Do not trust this website, Comphy Sandals.com
