The service is good, everything arrived without any delay. The clothes are of high quality. It survived last year road trip through the mountains. I think it is still good for another one trip :)) But I do need some new shirts and I have noticed a few fancy items already:)

Columbia clothing, specifically snow shoes, are horrible in quality and the company does not stand by their quality support.
They do not support their clientele in any way.
Do not buy Columbia brand products because you don't know what are you getting in to. Save your money and a headache. Look for other good quality products.
They do not replace or offer any options to keep their customers. They don't really care, simple as that.

I ordered a shirt with a certain design and a similar shirt with a different design came in my email confirmation. I called customer service and was told that they could not Cancel the order even though I had just placed it. They said I had to wait for it to be delivered and then I had to go find a UPS store and return it. Very annoying when They sent me the wrong product. Reading some of these reviews it looks like they do this bait and switch a lot and I will never order from them again.
In just one box, I sent back two items of separate orders each item with appropriate paperwork.
One of the items is listed as having been received the other has no such listing. Phone is hours of wait time and chat is extensive wait time too. BAD customer service.
Ordered 10 hats as gifts to bring to Mexico, and the ones the sent are nothing like the ones I ordered. Now it's impossible to get through to customer service. You can only call and wait on hold for hours!

Took much longer than promised to then not received product. Delivery service lied and said they tried but we have cameras and they never even came to property. Then Columbia wouldn't cancel without shipping charges. Credit card company handling and providing full refund. Avoid COLUMBIA
I received an email about a 20% off sale on top of their end of season 50% off sale. I clicked on men's, then shorts. It showed several styles in all colors on sale. I clicked on the short I wanted and tried it purchase 12 pairs. The website wanted to charge me regular price, not the 50% off, not the additional 20% off but full price. I called customer service and the lady told me was only for two colors not all colors as shown on the shorts page. I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor. She said he or she was unavailable, i call the presidents office and left a message with his assistant who never returned my call. This is not the first time I have been deceived by their faulty systems.
I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift, it was too small so I returned it and bought a size larger. They returned the original jacket back to me saying the label was off or worn, but it wasn't. I sent them pictures showing the label is still on the jacket. Oscar from the support team was very helpful in helping me return the item for a second time. Good work Oscar!
I have a Columbia coat that my 4-year-old can't use and the suggestion was that I buy him another new coat so I can send the broken one in... and then I would get credit to replace the broken coat. Why would I need credit if I already bought him a coat? Why would I want to go through this again? I have two kids and I have always bought them Columbia coats because I thought Columbia was a good brand and that they stood by their products, but apparently not anymore. FYI My son used this coat for less than 2 weeks and the zipper keeps splitting apart from the bottom. The warranty does not help at all. I will no longer buy my kids Columbia coats.
Worst customer service experience ever. They shipped three pairs of pants separate from the other items I received three weeks earlier. I already returned several of the other items and generated a return label. When I went to return the pants I am unable to re-generate a return label since I've already returned in the past. They have no way of returning items separately and when you call they tell you you're on your own, create your own label, and did not give me any indication as to how the company would know the items I am returning and who to credit them back to. Will never use their website or their services again. You have to pay for your own returns, and they are very uncooperative.
I purchased a pair of flipflops so I would not slip on my patio. That worked very well, but soon the tops of the flipflops got dry and hard and started rubbing on the tops of my feet. They wore some painful blisters. Columbia refused to admit it was workman ship and said it was fit. They fit fine. I never even went into water with them, but did put wet feet into them from time to time. They should not dry up and cause blisters. I would never buy shoes from Columbia again.
I ordered the wrong color so I called them within 15 minutes to try to fix it and they were not able to change the color or cancel my order and I'm sending it out of state to elderly that can't return it they need to have a better system to modify in these cases like other companies I am disappointed
I made a purchase on 01/01/2024 and it will be the last purchase from there. I plugged in a wrong address and try to call a customer service rep right after it. They just said they cannot do anything once the purchase is placed. They recommended me to wait but then after all just say the same thing that nothing they can do. I called back and forward and talked to the advisor. All just waste time and money! They basically don't care and even don't do anything to help! Why on earth this company still opened?
My friend recently placed an order online. A couple hours later, she decided she wanted to cancel the order. She called to cancel, but was told could not cancel the order, but she could return it when she received it. Now she is trying to return the product, there is a $6 fee to return the product. No where on the website or on the phone when called did they mention this $6 fee. Will never buy from Columbia again. Buyer beware.
Reading these reviews makes me leery of ever receiving my goods. This is a kind of good brand, but I guess only if you go to a brick-mortar store. I got one pkg and did not receive second pkg or feedback of any sort, just ads. (Returned first pkg of clothing because S was too big, M was too small. Am being charged return fee!)
Supposedly shipped 03 Jan 2022, UPS tracking number is not valid per UPS site. Emailed their Columbia customer service. If I don't get answer, will report them to BBB in their state.
I placed an order for Men's cargo pants but what was shipped to me instead was a Woman's Fleece Jacket. I called customer service and spent 6hr 20min going from 270 in line to 170 in lin4. I finally game up. Today I called when the first opened and was 18 in line... after 2 hours, I'm #6. I tried their chat as they recommend while being on hold, and it doesn't work. I will NEVER buy anything from Columbia online! If you do order from them, pray that they get it right or you don't have to return anything!
We have been waiting For a refund for over a month and keep getting the run around. The warehouse has the return but hasn't proceeded it yet. Not my problem. I have called 4X. I will never ordered from them again.
The item was still in the warehouse on the 26/12 and i sent two mails saying i am in Israel and use a forwarder.the next day i phone them on 4am but they refused to change address. Later i chat with them and she told me her boss said it cannot be done for a security reason of stealing fear. You can look at my mails that came with the same purchase email. Very bad experiance
Ordered a jacket for a gift. Sent to recipient Shipping company did not knock, ring bell, call. Or leave pkg at apt office. I received the text and called recipient. The pkg was no longer at their door. The package was stolen. Customer service stated it was my job to call shipping company to report incident. I did not engage them nor was I told which company delivered. Packages have been stolen in many cities so Columbia should have a safer delivery method They have refused to credit my account They state as long as the pkg was delivered it is not their responsibility
Answer: When they open at 4am its easy on the phone but later it can take an hour, maybe because of Christmas.on chat i had to wait 10 min
