For a company closing their stores you'd think they'd offer free returns. I'd buy more knowing I can return if I had too, but I'm not taking a chance if I have to spend $19 to ship back shirts that might not fit properly. I ordered three shirts that had the same item number from one I owned, but they were much thinner and smaller, but it cost the amount of one shirt to return them to South River, NJ which is ten minutes from me. But I can't drop them off there in person.
Ordered a jacket. There was no email notification of shipping. After 2 weeks, found out delivery had been the prior week. Nothing was received. Offered to ship another 2 day air. Third day no item. Called to find they issued refund with no notification. This was on Dec 23rd. Will not order from this company again. I gave them one star because negative stars were not available.
I wanted to send 3 shirts back because they all had a hole in the same location due to thread coming undone. I had only worn one of the shirts once, so it appeared to be an issue with manufacturing. I decided to reach out to Nautica chat service and see if I could get a replacement but was told I needed to spend money on the shipping to Nautica for a replacement.
Also, I was not guaranteed a discount such that I had claimed before because I would have to put in a new order once they refunded me. The refund/replacement process Nautica has in place is absolutely terrible! After being on the chat for over 30 minutes to find this out, I was done with everything and decided it's best to just keep the shirt with a hole and never do online shopping with Nautica again. I've replaced so many items with Amazon without an issue at all... they fully refund me and it's very easy to do without a cost to the customer.

Bought 4 polo shirts. Followed the instructions to wash them. 3 of them shrunk so much that they cannot be worn. Customer service could not help. Do not buy the polos even though they look great, obviously the quality is poor.
I ordered 2 sweatshirts that I received, tried on and put away as I live in Florida and it was too warm to wear them. I got them out later and wore one and washed it. It became very misshapen and no longer fit right. I was not about to try the other one. I asked to return and they said I was past 30-day return policy so had no option to send back now. Way to not stand behind your product! Will never buy from them again.
Ordered stuff online for my dad and it didn't fit. I thought I could return it to the outlet store but found this was permanently closed. Called customer service and they told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I complained and they told me this was their new policy and that they would send me a return label with prepaid shipping as a one-time courtesy via email. I never received it. I spent $24.75 on shipping stuff back that I didn't want. I probably won't receive the refund either. It's obvious they're in hot water because of COVID and unfortunately they're taking that out on customers like you and me!
I returned towels on 1/24/23 and as of today 2/13/23 I have no credit. You can't reach anyone else except CS. They won't provide any other names or phone numbers. The names of executives on web site are either false or inaccurate, as I tried writing to 3 officers and my letters were returned not at this location and unable to forward. I have made numerous phone calls and emails and I am very frustrated. If they gave a zero star I would give it that or even a minus. Do not purchase from them, even if you have to pay more at a reputable store, at least you will get sastisfaction. Does anyone have any additional information that might help?
Nautica canada is a complete scam. Ordered in August at the time my amx card was compromised. Luckily amx caught it but they said the sale went through and nautica sent updates on shipping but it was coming from China and still nothing by Christmas. I submitted a complaint with no response. Fool me once but never again. Do not order from Nautica.ca it is a complete SCAM
I've been a Nautica customer for many years. Recently bought items & paid extra for 2 day delivery. Got email giving a dely date 5 days out. Called to request express fee be refunded. Asked to speak to rep in USA & was told only reps are in Mexico. Then she said 2 day express actually means 3 business days! I will not be purchasing anything from Nautica again. Company misrepresents they are American - clearly they are not!
Náutica overcharged me for my purchase. I have followed up with them twice - no response. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. Sad to experience this with a company that I used to trust and respect.
I suggest you call or go to store if you want something from nautica. They will say they have something online and get you all excited, but once the order is send out, half want be available. This has happened to me several times and the need to stop false advertising to the people.
I placed my order on 5/14/2023. Soon after I started receiving emails that items were delayed, basically everything I ordered was delayed and if not shipped by 6/11/2023 the order would be canceled. I just looked up my order 5/21/23 and it shows as canceled with the exemption of my donation (rounding up to the full dollar) which was charged to my credit card. So, they charged my credit card for a small amount, canceled my order and if I look online, all the items show as available... Are they taking orders to charge credit cards small amounts and then the orders are being cancelled? I don't know what to think about them except that it was my first and last order.
Order 4 items. Got confirmation of my order then an email that the items have shipped. Then the items where never picked up from the carrier. Then when I called I received 4 back dated emails the items are on hold. Then I am told the items have been shipped. Then after a 5 minute wait I am told it looks like the items are lost. Then no suggestion to re ship the items. But I am told my credit card has not been charged. But it has and not when the items shipped but on the date of the order. Then I get I will give you a credit. Still waiting for the credit.
Never again will I order from this ratchet a-- company. I placed two orders and went to check my tracking information and found out they use use sorry a-- thieving LASERSHIP! As usual they said they delivered it at 2:38 pm and NO PACKAGES! I sat waiting and never seen a so called Lasership employer come to the door but Amazon is clearly on camera delivering my packages I ordered with absolutely NO problem! I will NEVER do buisness with any company that uses this BUM A-- COMPANY where employees STEAL your stuff!
I bought my partner a bunch of shirts for his birthday. He loved them and I liked them too. The only issue was they sold out of 3 of the shirts I ordered, but they still charged me the $30 for them. This happened in June. I've been trying to get assistance since, without success. The newest message to my recent response after 2 months of no communication, instructed me to contact my bank to get the reimbursement.
I ordered 6 items from Nautica. Excellent price, Perfect service, Fantastic quality! They arrived in time (within two bis days!). I'll buy items from this company again! They are doing great job!
They have the worst customer service ever! Whenever I think about it I get super frustrated. I'm so frustrated right now I had to google "how to give nautica a bad review?" Please don't buy from nautica! I beg you! Boycott them if possible.
Absolute dog$#*! return policy, why is the customer responsible to pay for the return? Never buying anything from here ever again. Additionally, the sizing is one whole size smaller than usual.
Ordered a quilt thinking nautica brand would be good quality. I was wrong the quality of the cotton and fill in the product was insufficient. VERY DISAPPOINTED, would not recommend the brand. Is cheap product mass produced in China
My package was delivered to the WRONG address, and when I contacted customer service, they said I need to make a claim with the company. It's not my job to make the claim, the claim should be made by the company, and I should be re-shipped the items. NEVER ordering from Nautica again.
Answer: Terrible customer service - they are quick to take an order but they provide no service if something goes wrong with your order. I hade a horrible experience and will not order again.
Answer: Very difficult be ready to wait on the phone. Poor training and agents are not there to help but just to explain why they cannot help. They provide terrible service. It's a shame because i like their product and I have been buying Nautica for years but no more.
