I ordered a dress weeks ago and let alone receiving it I haven't even gotten a proper delivery update or a response from the team. I've reached out to their contact email and filled out several forms but they never responded. I never got my order. It's unacceptable how they carry out their business. I'm never shopping from them ever again and I'd advise you to seriously reconsider if you're looking to buy anything from them. You can easily find something else with much better service.

Second time writing this review because I don't know what happened the first time. This business is a scam… I ordered a dress over almost 2 months ago and when I called it led to some person who was in a room with music that was blasting and could barely hear me. Apparently they sent The original dress to a wrong address which I think is a lie because I'm seeing that excuse on a lot of other people's experiences. They done said that they would send it to me and I haven't received any update and now they are no longer answering any phone calls. This is this is a scam and it should get shut down ASAP

I ordered a top for my bachelorette and it never came. I told them that it never shipped and showed them proof of purchase, and they said that they were notified that the shipment got lost. After that, I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. Not only did I not receive the top, but they took $70 with no intention to return it. I will never shop here again.

They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have reached out multiple times via email and via phone. They don't even pick up their phone lines, they just go straight to voicemail. I have threatened legal action and got one response that said "we are on vacation." My $300 order of clothing was never received by me and I am now at a loss of this money. I had to file a police report and still I have heard NOTHING from Peppermayo. I am about to get lawyers involved because this is absolutely ridiculous.

I really wanted to like this company, but the shipping and return experience has been awful. The items I had shipped multiple times did not show up, and when I tried to return items the packages were lost. I would pay more for assurance that my items would get to me and be able to be returned safely. Don't waste your time or money.

Unprofessional and glitchy - sizing chart is off and not letting me return or exchange for a new size because it keeps throwing an error - not replying to messages during US business hours

I ordered a very expensive dress which was delivered to the wrong house. I emailed proof of the dress being sent to the wrong home, 45 minutes away from mine. Peppermayo refuses to give me a refund or send a replacement. I have emailed a countless amount of times.

When trying to get in touch with customer service the hours on the website we're incorrect and the person I did get in touch with was not very helpful. Additionally, I only purchased some items in multiple sizes knowing I could return the size that didn't fit, but when attempting to return them the website didn't allow it.

Overall policies are vague and customer service isn't good.

When I went on the site I thought they were really cute pieces. Definitely overpriced but cute nonetheless. I ended up ordering three separate orders withing one week. Two on April the 20th and one on april the 25th. All orders were above 200 Australian dollars. The one I ordered on the 25th literally came in less than one week whereas my other two earlier orders are no where to be found and the shipping hasnt updated for days now. Right not theres a worldwide pandemic so I'm trying to be understandable. The quality is great anyway. For the price it better be. But girl, the duties and taxes i had to pay on the order when it got to me was incredibly insane. I paid 139 Canadian dollars to receive the package. It was already $315 CA for my order. I found that manic. How do they not offer free shipping and then hit you with a huge bill like that because theyre using the scum of the earth DHL. I scared that my other two orders will also hit me with a huge bill like that. Anyway if you havent guessed already, im in Canada.

Moreoever, the sizing is great. No complaints here. Bought a bikini and some really cute tops. I also bought jeans and the size chart saved my life. Im usually a size 3 in jeans (US sizing) so for these baggy jeans I got a size AUS9/W27. Which was a size up from what I would regularly go for.

Between the hefty duties and taxes and the shipping time for my other 2 packages I cant rate pepper mayo very high. But once you have the clothes youll be very happy with your order. I do not recommend purchasing from here because of shipping and duties but if you really want to, its not a scam website. You'll get your clothes.

Peppermayo is an online clothing website mainly selling fashionable basic pieces and targeted towards the teenage/young adult female population. Their clothes are very stylish, and often place a twist on classic "basic" styles to spice up the outfit design. Although their prices are generally higher compared to fast fashion websites, their clothes have great quality and fit really well on me.
