I had ordered some jeans for an event from them one day and paid extra for express shipping. Didn't even SEND OUT until a week later, I had even emailed the team within that week asking where my package was and got no response. So I will obviously be never shopping there again. P.S. I am not a Karen lol

Just don’t order from this website, instead go onto the clothes’s brand website (Levi, Abrand, AFends, etc.)
