Sad to say no matter how much I love Colourpop products, I will unfortunately not be purchasing from this brand again. The product in itself is amazing and the price as well however when it comes to customer service they have the worst system ever. Third time buying and it is always the same issue, it seems all they care about is that you purchase their products and that's about it whether it gets delivered does not seem to be something they particularly care about. The tracking system is useless and not up to date and when you enquire about the progress with regardless to the shipping of your package you get inconsistent and most of the time unhelpful response. Rephrasing what I emailed you about will not change the fact that you experience enormous delays in your delivery system. Yes I understand customs and posting are not within your control but it is very unprofessional to disregard your clients' concerns altogether. Big no no for the future!
DO NOT buy from colourpop for Christmas gifts... They will NOT refund or exchange items that are damaged. This is ridiculous, and I am honestly embarrassed that I ever recommended colourpop to so many people on social media. I have a large following, and I will be sure to warn them of this issue. Even after submitting photos of the product being all scratched, they said that since the eye shadows are still usable they won't resend me the product... I PAID for a product that is supposed to come in good condition as a Christmas gift... The item was sent damaged.
I can't get over how great Colourpop has been especially with being an international customer! I get my orders in usually less than 2 weeks and i've never had anything broken and all of my items!
As for the product, it's amazing! I can't get over that it's only 8$ and under USD!

I have order Colour Pop twice so far. First order was perfect; the second order, they sent a broken lip stix. I emailed the customer service; I get a standard email stating that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. It's been more like 100 hours and no response. I even sent a reminder, but no one has replied. I understand it's a $5 product, but this is what they represent, they ought to take care of paying customer and have an ownership of their product! It is easy to just ignore the customer for small amount of sales; however, what they don't realize is that they are losing life time customers. I will no longer be using this brand nor recommend to anyone. The way they handle the defected products is unacceptable and really shows the company's culture. Very disappointed with the way they handle the customer service.
The palette I received was used and damaged. Three of the colors were smudged and scratched and the case was scratched up inside and out. When I contacted customer service (and included pictures), they told me that nothing was wrong and they would not do anything.
It's been 2 months since i ordered my lipsticks and shadows and i received nothing. I conracted them and after providing them my order number i got nothing, a week has passed and still no reply. I contacted them again and they told me to check at my local post office and that's it. Thank God i paid using paypal so i will be opening a dispute and asking for my money back. Their customer service was really unhelpful and seemed like a 15 y/o was replying to 2 emails that i've gotten from them. Very unreliable, it was the first and last time i'm ordering from them.
This is the second time I've ordered from ColourPop. The first was over a year ago and I had no complaints at all- fast shipping and super pigmented products- especially the super-shock shadows.
This time, however, the package arrived with the three of the shadows broken and one missing! The shadows looked like they had been chucked into the box with the protective styrofoam carelessly thrown over the top, so I'm surprised that only three were broken during shipping.
That being said, the quality of the shadows is still up to par with the batch that I ordered the first time. If you're buying from ColourPop, I would recommend being careful when you order from them- I feel that their levels of care in shipping drop when it comes to busy Holiday seasons.
Beware if you have a problem with them there is no refund. Also note that there is no telephone either. Customer service does not respond. I never received my items and there is nothing to be done. If you need a refund you have to contact your bank. Once the get your money they don't care if you receive the items or not. Makes me wonder if they just took my money and never sent items out. The items are cheap for a reason.
Horrible service, I bought over 60 dollars worth of makeup, and was missing 6! Of my lipsticks, after emailing them I received the reply after 6 days and the only solution being a discount code, which I was not allowed to use during promos and on top of that I had to pay international shipping out of my own pocket. I had also payed for 6 lipsticks during the promo and I was only allowed 4 lipsticks with the refund.
I absolutely love Colourpop! They always have promos and are always releasing new products. I've ordered at least a dozen times from the website and have never ever had a problem. My order always comes in full, the shipping is pretty quick (depending on if there is a huge launch or not), and my products have never arrived damaged. You cannot beat the prices. I will always remain loyal to Colourpop
Colourpop recently sent out an email for leap year claiming that if you ordered that day they would send a surprise with every order and that it "only happens every 4 years". Turns it was an emailed code for 15% off $20. Something they do all the time. I find it pretty deceitful to purposely word it that way because they knew people would place orders. They send out codes like that all the time.
I have been a Colourpop customer since January 2016 and have placed around 20 orders that were delivered to Hawaii, North Carolina, Maryland, and Texas (I'm in the military and moved around a bit last year). I've never had an issue with them. I always get what I paid for and have never had to contact customer service for a replacement or refund. They're a great makeup company that makes fantastic products, are cruelty free, and all made in America, all things that are very important to me. :) I recommend Colourpop to all my friends and even strangers when they compliment my lipstick.
This company is a scam! I placed a decent sized order and they stole my money sent ONE item out of 30 and when I asked for my money back they said they don't give refunds even though I never received the other products! Three months of waiting, emailing, calling them and NOTHING! I contacted the BBB and my bank to go after them for my money finally got it back just this week… Beware! I'm like 99% their products they have posted don't even exist. What company has the time and money to make this much product and collabs but can't do simple customer service or do refunds or exchanges. Think about it….
As one of international customer since last year, my orders keep missing during the transit and i really don't know what actually happened. Its not only one or two orders, its more than seven orders! Even the replacement also!
Every time i emailed the customer service team, they keep saying, i need to check with local post office, i have done it thousand times before emailing them yet my orders are nowhere to be found. The tracking their gave to me its kind a useless since the orders keep "mis-scan".
Worse case scenario, i ordered some discontinued shade lippie sticks during BOGO promotion in May 2018, but i havent received my order till now (July 2018). I asked for replacement because i waited till 21 working days for shipping (as their promise!) and by the time they want to sent the replacement, they said, their are unable to provide the discontinued shades because its no longer available. Ffs!
Colourpop have alot of great stuff. Its a pity since lately ive had to pay customs and taxes since i live in europe which makes me wonder how worth it they still are. European customers beware they might take quite long to arrive (usually around a month), but other than that im a huge fan!
I love colourpop so much! Their makeup is great and they get their stuff to you pretty fast. I've ordered a lot from them and been happy with everything so far. Just a little warning though, their super shock shadows do dry out if you leave them open, and their palettes are a little smaller than you think, but everything else is fabulous.
As much as I love colourpop products their shipping really is bad. Its not the holiday anymore and that cannot be the excuse.
When you buy their products, order at least two weeks ahead. Youll be disappointed otherwise! I think they really use the 5 day max limit to ship items. But they quickly took out my money right. Im definitely avoiding their site for a while.
Colourpops misleading "free global shipping over $50" had me stretch my order to reap the benefits. Instead, i was charged with an extra £15.43. Which means that if i went under the $50 and paid for shipping i would still pay for the extra UK customs fee. This is nothing but modern day robbery.
I used to sing their praises as i used to order from them whilst i lived in the US and had no problems... their products were affordable with reasonable quality. After going back and forth with their poor excuse of customer service, i decided that it was best not to incur a bigger loss as the items would be sent back to them and they would resell them for a bigger profit. So i put my pride aside and paid for items that will go in the bin just so they don't gain any more profit from their unethical ways of doing business.
Karma doesn't care how "big" co-operations are nor how profitable they may be and i cannot wait for Colourpop to learn this for themselves.
I purchased the rainbow PR kit for $300. It came with jelly much eyeshadows. When originally opened they were ok. In going to use it post purchase, I noticed it had dried out. ALL OF THEM. I have jelly shadows bought earlier that are still in perfect condition. I emailed Colourpop and they refuse to fix it. They are happy to steal $300. They hide behind their two week policy and say that's it. A real company rectifies the situation. I've purchased several thousand dollars of product from Colourpop and it's ridiculous that they won't fix the problem. What happened to customer service,? Honesty and integrity?
The eyeshadows are so beautiful and easy to blend. I own three pallets and each one of them had delivered the same great results. There really is no reason to stray. The price is amazing for the quality. I absolutely recommend them to anyone.
