I placed and order on 02/12/21 and haven't heard anything no tracking number or text or email this is awful when they have taken the money out of your account but you haven't received nothing please advise about this order#******* thanks.
I am so disappointed in this site i ordered some products from the 18 May i was told delivery is 10-15 days and up until now i havent gotten them and its now 1 month. The tracking number is not even valid and no one is available to speak with about my issue.
I ordered clothing from this place. I received my items in two different shipments which was fine. However, when I received the bulk of my order. Two items that I purchased was missing. I sent several emails. I only received one email back stating they would be intouch with me in 48 hours. That Was Saturday and today is Wednesday and I still not heard anything. They took my money and kept their products. "Thieves".
Please I repeat please don't ever order from this site. They a scam and you would never receive your order they would give you fake tracking numbers that don't work you can't contact them but I have not lawyer on it I'm getting my money back horrible website
I'm so much disappointed with this Cloudmall. I ordered a pair of shoes wealth $79 about 2months ago, l have never received the order. It feels so bad and frustrating after spending upto that amount and with several emails sent to them yet no solution. I'm so hurt.
I just wanted everyone to know that yes this site is a scam. After my first review they finally sent must of my items with a discount code to use for my next time I order ( I won't ever be ordering from them again period. I'm still waiting on the 3 purses I've been waiting for still. I go in the app and the orders are gone now not even pending so you send what you want and think I'm going to forget what I received and didn't. My money was spent I don't have money to waste. Your playing with peoples money I hope someone get you guys for scamming all that order from you. If starts a class action suit against the company I'm all in. Now send me my $#*!ing refund for the three purses I still have yet to receive. And don't try to send me an apology don't want it. Just give me my damn money back period. I bought three shirts from them for $40 each and what I received was $5 worth of shirts and baby sizes that never fit me. I normally wear size small USA but even the so called large I ordered won'tfit my 8 year old. I also bought a lace party gown and the zipper didn't even work. Now they want be to ship the $#*! back before they refund
I ordered a pair of slip on running shoes and used their sizing chart as recommended and the shoes were much too small when they arrived! When I contacted them for either a replacement pair in a larger size or a refund they offered me an approximately 33% coupon and when I got back to them saying that wasn't acceptable I've gotten no reply! Not at all happy and will never order from them again or recommended them to anyone either!
Never use this company fraud they take your money and don't send you your order. Been over a month now and no goods yet they taken my money. You cannot track the order and nor do they know where it is.
I did an order in April about nine items and only received one, and they sent me email telling me they are out of stock and will refund my money since then they haven't replied me and email I sent to them. I just got tired and left them, they are not good at all, taking people's money and not delivering their goods is a bad idea
After waiting a month for the merchandise they sent the wrong one the cuatomer service is horrible I decided better to lose the money than to buy again
My purchase is the shoes pink for girl and receive a shoes red for women late month ago.
I ordered a pair of denim flatform trainers back in April/May and I am still waiting for them to arrive. It's now July and they are no where to be seen and with no way to find out where they are, I feel that I have wasted my money and probably won't receive this item. I definitely won't be shopping with cloud mall ever again.

Last week I've received my package, it was pairs of shoes and couples clothes for the Christmas. I was literally surprised by them. With these lovely price and excellent goods? Shoes are high quality and clothes is pretty. Definitely will shop again. By the way, they usually offer so much coupon and deals. Don't miss it!

Hello to whom this may concern. I am writing about my order number *******. The order was place on the 11th f May, you took the funds from my paypal account on the 12th of may. You then proceed to provide me with a fake/bogus tracking number on the 18th of may. Today is now June 20th I have yet to receive my shipment or my refund.
Please be honest, truthfully and have some respect to your customer/client and provide me with my full refund. Please and thank you.
Its over 2 months since I placed an order with them, I haven't seen the items nor my money. I emailed them several times but I keep receiving the same pre'saved messages as response. Because it presaved it doesn't address your specific issues. And they don't have a contact number. So once you pay your money is gone, no way to track it. From reviews some people are lucky to have their order delivered after months but I'm still hoping I get lucky someday.

Nasty scammers no return label. A shame size is not right and wig does not fit. I email them over and over and they keep promising that they will get back to me and i am still waiting over 2 weeks.

I placed my order two weeks ago, it passed 1 week and I haven't received any news about it so I decided to email them saying the order number they gave me was impossible to track with it they told me that my products were out of stock and asked me if I wanted to exchange for a baby carriage and I was like:" Is this a joke?" then I said no I don't I just wanted a refund and they said they would issue me a refund. Then I asked me why they didn't tell me it was out of stock without me have to email them ask for informations about my order they said they were really sorry and even gave me a discount code for my next order. Now, one week later they emailed me saying to ignore the last emails because they were a error and that my order is now in stock and they would proceed with the shipment. I mean why wasn't my refund process already running and why playing like that with people money? I'm going to take legal actions!
