Good seller! I have bought at least 16 items by now and I don't have any complaints. I love this app. My dresses are comfortable. And the shoes which are very light and soft and comfortable to wear. Recommend to all.

My name is Djakaridja Ouattara.
I usually don't have time for reviews, but this time, I decided to share my experience. I was online and saw an add. I clicked on it and it took me to cloudmall page. I saw some nice article with low prices. I purchased some in the total of $87.2 days later, I regretted what I have done because none told me about cloudmall before. I was really stupid. I acted without thinking first. That day, I searched online to see that all the reviews were negatives. None has confirmed that he/she received his/her packets. I considered that purchase as a loss and moved forward. Surprisingly, a month later, a delivery driver left a packet by my door with my name on it. I opened the packet and it was my orders from cloudmall. Unbelievable. I went back and ordered some shoes again. About a month later, I received them. Now, I am not afraid to buy with them. As I am writing now, I placed my 5th order 2 days ago. The only problem I can tell is that you need to be very patient if you are buying from cloudmall. I received all my packages so far. I hope my experience will help other people.

This online shopping site has the worst customer and I would not recommend anyone to use it. I have been contavting them non stop about the shipping status of my order and I have been blatantly ignored. I did not hesitate to pay for my order so they should not be hesitant to give me an update.

This is your typical bull$#*! Chinese scam! They take a month to process your order another month to two months to send out your order and then most likely you will get a product that looks absolutely nothing like the product you ordered and you will only get a automated email response saying the same thing that it is in transit will not be able to speak to anybody and they will just basically screw you! Read the reviews it is utterly horrible they have scammed thousands and thousands of people but still Facebook allows them to advertise but God for bid you say anything against the politics of Facebook and they will ban you but they have no problem with their customers being scammed constantly and they wonder why thousands and thousands of people have left Facebook can't wait to that whole site is wiped off the Internet... should be soon!' You have been forewarned do not order or give your email to this Chinese scam company! Absolutely horrible horrific scammers! And Facebook and Instagram allowing them to scam their customers knowingly?

Very bad
August 19, 2019

I bought dress and didn't get any confirmation email. They took money from my account but not replying on emails and on fb as well. So i am without dress and without money. Never again
