This looks like fake site because the support system is totally disgusting. Nobody want to support you or answer your query.
I had booked a ticket before lockdown I wanted to refund my money because the travel was restricted that time, so when I asked for refund they processed zero refund.
How can you charge for the things or services, which was not even used or not tried to use. Even though your terms and conditions can not bother. Because it was not the consumer decision it was government decision.

Do NOT deal with Cleartrip ever. I regret booking my ticket with them on July 1,2018 for a flight for the 10th of July - 15th of July 2019. The money was deducted from the account but no ticket was issued. I phoned customer support and they said the money will be refunded in 2-3-4-5 days (there was really no uniformity between them). I phoned them and the only thing they can offer is to provide a link to. Guess what! Pay them more money. The amount was 1, 20, 832 rupees. So yes. NEVER book with these frauds.

Didnt show refund amount. When i purchased ticket i paid extra amount so when i cancel the ticket i will get full refund and i should get full refund. What is this it will take 60 days to process the refund r u joking. Really worst policy you guys have 1st and last time i am purchasing from clear trip. You should have customer care person not online. Many things are not clear online if more question need to be asked their is no one and their is no details if you have office in UAE or not and if you have where its located.

I purchased a ticket from them assuming it was a return ticket on emirates. The logo they used was of emirates and the flight number said EK until i competed the booking. It seems i missed a fine print somewhere that said operated by flydubai. The funny part was there are three emirates flights on the same day operated by emirates and at the same price. However, the flight i booked was unluckily the one that is operated by flydubai. After i finished the booking i get my email confirmation with a big flydubai logo on it for the departing flight from dubai. I called them back immediately and said please put me on the flight before or after as they are operated by emirates and the same price and that i am travelling with my family so i want more comfort and they blatantly rejected and asked me to pay amendment or cancellation charges of 400 to 600 dirhams. I wasnt asking for too much but just a change to emirates flight at the same price within minutes of the booking. I seem extremely cheated and this should be an eye opener for whoever is booking thru them. This is not the way to treat customers. Now i am forced to travel thru flydubai. I am not going to pay them a penny extra but this is WRONG!

Is a scammer company they let you pay for their mistakes and even you agree to shoulder the expense of their mistakes and ask for refund they will not give you
The only thing they do is fake refund promise

Clear Trip is doing fraud sales by deducting the unauthorized amount from passenger. I have booked ticket through clear Trip and after cancellation, the airline has transferred the X amount to the clear Trip account and they are transferring the same amount to my account.
So booking anything with them is not recommded if you will cancel anytime there will be huge losses.

On November 25th, I made a round-trip booking from Toronto to Mumbai and back using your services under Trip ID 2311 255 657 10. I received a confirmation email for the booking, only to be shocked when, without any explanation or notice, a subsequent cancellation email arrived approximately five to six hours later.

This sudden cancellation has caused significant inconvenience and uncertainty regarding my travel plans. Of utmost importance is the fact that this trip to India was for a medical emergency, requiring my immediate presence to support my family. The cancellation of my ticket has left me in a helpless situation, unable to fulfill my obligations and be present where I'm critically needed. When I contacted their representative regarding this issue, I was informed of a supposed technical glitch from the airline's end. However, upon immediately contacting ETIHAD Airlines' call center, they clarified that they haven't received any information about my travel request and assured me that there was no technical glitch on their end.

Despite my repeated attempts to connect with your representatives via phone calls to your customer care,
I have not received a satisfactory response or a valid reason for this unexpected cancellation. I implore them to understand the urgency of my situation and requested immediate action to reinstate my original flight booking but no reponse.

Grave mistake to use this service, wastage of rime money along with mental stress, higher price then the original flight booking site, if fault from there side, they will never resolve, even I reached to their higher persons via Linkindin but unfortunately for the flight of 1857, they charged 2800 and no solution so far.
Being a responsible person my humble advise to avoid this looter and cheater site.

Please dont do booking with clear trip... I booked ticket and bcoz of typing mistake i spelled my name wrong for 10 days i was calling them to do the correction every day they were like we are working and then they said emirates is not allowing us and when i called emirates they said we can do it in an hours just ask them to do... But cleartrip was lieing they wanted me to cancel the ticket and when i cancelled they said with in 5 to 7 days you will get refund bt now its been 10 days i dont get my money back please my advice is dont do any bookings with them

I booked a flight through flexifly. It is the first time I am using flexifly to reschedule flight. I had to pay Rs. 4400 additionally. However they promised me 3550 refund after ticket is done which itself is not completely fine (why should I pay 850 extra even when new flight fares are lower than previous one).

Then I received a link from godigit to give them my ifsc code and acc number. No explanation for what purpose (I assume for processing refund). When I call customer care for queries, no one is available and call drops automatically. Why should I provide bank details, it could easily be a fraud.
