Trying to call help line number every hour twice but don't able to reach for amendment date.
I have travelling date 24.3.2020 for 3 passengers of my family members from DXB to AMD. Kindly advise us how to amend existing ticket.
Cancellation refund not recieved even after two months. Notelephone numbers provided on website are working. cant log issue online due to tech issue
