I am thrilled that I found CitizenShipper for my dog's transport from the Washington D. C. area to New York City. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed the service to be completed relatively quickly and filling out the necessary information to get a quote took just a few minutes. From there, I began receiving quotes almost immediately and was able to choose from 6 or 7 bidders within half an hour. The platform made it easy to learn more about the bidders and read helpful reviews, then once I'd chosen the transport provider we were able to keep in contact via CitizenShipper direct messaging. It was my first time using a platform for a service like this, and I can't recommend this site enough. It was incredibly efficient and convenient.
I needed to ship my dog from Maine to Los Angeles and someone recommended this web site to me. I entered the details for the shipment and within two days I received nearly 20 bids. After communicating with several I picked one and booked the trip. Once you book, you pay a fee to Citizen Shipper and you get the phone number of the shipper. The shipper wanted full payment up front via Venmo without providing an itinerary or any other details. I asked for pictures of their driver licenses, a W-9 tax form and evidence of insurance and the shipper went dark. I repeated this experience twice more before giving up on the web site and blocking the credit card charges to CitizenShipper.com. This web site is full of scammers. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Citizenshipper is convenient if you need to ship something-everything, especially a purchase online out of states or cross country and you like to save a trip!

Because of website issue or user error. I did not see a $150 extra fee on top of the transport. Immediately contacted the company and asked for a refund. 3 days later finally someone emailed me and told me to bad. The dog is aggressive and now we can't ship. They will not refund the booking fee even though I stopped and emailed immediately after finding out what happened. Instead of helping a rescue they think it's ok to charge something that wasn't meant to be.

On-time and safe delivery of a puppy 1200 miles apart. Definitely going to use this site again. My shipper picked up our puppy at the stated time and delivered as stated while keeping us updated throughout the trip.
15 hour transport of puppy -- from breeder to new owners house. Safest way to transport her during cold temperatures. Driver stopped for bathroom breaks and feedings. Updated us on status at times during trip -- phone calls and pictures.

I had to transport a boat from Florida to Texas. I had never shipped an item larger than a standard box. I did a Google search of shipping companies. I ran across citizenshipper in the search as one of the top web sites. I looked at U Ship also and did not feel it had the verification and background check as citizenshipper. I receive several bids immediately on Citizenshipper and none for 4 days on U Ship. I like having the ability to read all the reviews and how many times the person has transported items. The posting was easy to set up and the bids came in immediately- as I was notified someone bid on my boat to transport. It was a very easy process.
