They seemed to work hard to acquire a delivery driver for me. It was over an 800 mile delivery and my delivery arrived in just over 24 hours. I had a motorcycle delivered and I don't know how any other transport service could've done any better.

Found this website by accident looking for a way to ship my dogs for a move. It was an easy process. My first bid the driver backed out after I had already paid the deposit. I contacted CitizenShipper customer service, they apologized profusely and refunded me immediately. After putting out for a second bid, I again had an offer right away and scheduled my three pups for pick up and delivery. It went through flawlessly and the shipper (PJ's) did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend CitizenShipper and would use them again should the need arise.

A reliable service that gives you a number of options when it comes to providers to choose from. The background check and/or way that the company profiles these providers is incredible as it allowed me to feel totally confident in moving forward with their service. I had to ship my dog from the east coast, to the west coast, and she has major separation anxiety. The responsiveness in understanding from each contact was positively overwhelming. The overall process is seamless and I will be using this service again in the future

I hired Brian and Jennifer because of my mobility challenges, and because we caravanned on the trip I got to know them both and how they care for animals. The first thing i want to say is that they are not "hillbillies." Brian is the night manager at a local grocery store, and Jennifer, an experienced rescue volunteer, drives professionally around the KC metropolitan area making various deliveries. They are both lovely and caring people to work with. My shy boy and my bird made right up with them. Jennifer had a sixth sense about animal handling, and Brian was a master at packing in addition to being protective of his charges and thoroughly capable of handling any unexpected problems that arose on our long trip. They were the nicest, most accommodating people on earth. Because of them, the trip was fun and worry free. I recommend
Them unreservedly.

Citizenshipper was very easy to use.
After the posting went live I received a number of transporters bidding on my cargo. I continued to receive notifications until I settled on a transporter.
I was able to review each driver's rating/reviews from previous clients and choose the one that was best suited for my needs.
It was great to see the effort they put into screening their drivers before they are able to transport for them.
My cargo was picked up on time and delivered before the scheduled drop off, the driver kept me up to date on his trip.
I did try and book with other shippers on Facebook but found the vetting process to be more secure on citizenshipper.

First i want to say that Melinda is the nicest person you'll ever meet. I was so nervous about using this service but once I met Melinda, my worries went away. You can tell she is very experienced as soon as she meets your pets. Melinda was very thorough throughout the transportation process. She had a tough job taking my 3 dogs across the US but she was excited for the adventure. She sent many pictures and updates daily. You can call her anytime as well which is nice. She takes her job very seriously and LOVES on your pets so much. My dogs missed her when she left so I knew they had a great time. It was like a mini vacation for them as they traveled with her. If you want a safe, loving, wonderful experience-book with Melinda :).

This company is very professional I was able to find a shipper to be able to bring me my new baby puppy home with. I also love that they do checks on the shippers to make sure they're legit and trustworthy. I will definitely be using citizenshipper again.

I was skeptical at first. I had many bids on my route, and after reviewing them all, I found the most qualified on paper. After speaking with him directly, he took away all my worries, concerns, and doubts with his knowledge, experience, background and empathy towards my pet. I highly recommend Fetch. My driver Sam was wonderful. Very kind and polite. Kept me updated, so I didn't have to worry about my dogs. He even rearranged his schedule to fit my dogs in. I thought I was never going to be able to see my fur-baby since I am located in Florida and my baby was in Pennsylvania. I thought flying was the only option until I came across Citizen shipper. They gave me so many options to chose from. The quotes just kept coming in and all by good pet transporting companies. Their site was so easy to use too. Now I have my fur baby home with me where she belongs.

You can quickly read over their profiles and see their pictures and ratings from other customers adding to the security aspect. I was so pleased with this service after being nervous about my puppy.
