White Glove could not have done a better job, they picked up on day promised, they called a few times each day to let me know their location and delivered my golfcart from Az to Kentucky in two days which is over seventeen hundred miles. Great job and supper great price, that is why I said "fantastic".

It is a great service! You have all the information to make a right decision about your pet delivery. I believe in bidding, you can find quality for the best rate! We used it to transport our new puppy from Tennessee to Massachusetts. I placed a request and got two dozen bids. The driver I chose had excellent reviews and their bid was the least expensive of all. And I was not disappointed, even they were beyond expectations. They informed me about every little detail and treated my dog the best. I highly recommend this service.

Hello. Ive been transporting pets by way of air travel via CitizenShipper for a little while now and Ive had excellent experiences. The negative reviews on this site has nothing to do with the actual website but more with some shippers. I think CitizenShipper does the best they can to make sure their shippers are the best suited to do the job but as you know some bad apples fall through the cracks occasionally. CitizenShipper gets a complete 5 stars from me.

I was working with a breeder about 700 miles from my home, and was not able to drive down myself to pick up my puppies. I looked around at different pet transport options, and found the reviews for the citizen shippers to be satisfactory. I was impressed with the speed that I received estimates for transporting my puppies. The driver that I selected was professional, punctual, and kind. CitizenShipper connects you with a nice group of trustworthy drivers.

I'm so glad this exists. It opens up the possibility of getting a best in a different location, thus a lot more options. The shippers I've used have all been wonderful!

Basically, you detail your shipping locations and pet, and you'll receive quotes and messages from potential shippers. You can vet them via their reviews, and discuss the quotes/timing with them in the messages. If you're flexible, they can and often do adjust the quote.

After you book someone, you can discuss how their payment will work. Some shippers will take PayPal, Venmo, etc, while some may want alternative means. You can discuss this with them before booking too, of course. I chose to pay 1/2 up front, and the other half once delivered.

There's a fee to use the service - just a heads up, so maybe use that as leverage to get a better quote? Haha.

I'll definitely use CitizenShipper again in the future, and would recommend it to anyone needing transport for their doggo.

I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC.
Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!

Professional! Outstanding! Incredible! Kind! Compassionate! As a professor at Howard University and the District of Columbia I am a quick judge of character. Gabriel was beyond great. I HIGHLY recommend him for any pet transport. I really enjoyed how he communicated during the trip from Washington, DC to Redlands California (outside of Palm Springs). I selected him blindly because he was the only driver with all 5 stars. Gave lived up to and beyond my selection. As I stated I am a quick judge of character because I have spent so much time with different personalities. I will recommend Gabriel to any family, friend or reader that requires the transport of a pet. Not to mention I had a 70 pound pittbull and a cat. He told me that my pets were so well behaved and gave him no problems. I could carry on more but hopefully this review has made him top of the list for selection.

If your looking for trusted people than this site is the best for your delivery option for shipping your pet. We had looked at prices through Uship & American Airlines but we found our best match with the driver of Pet Transportation on CitizenShipper.

Citizenshipper is easy to use and convenient. I was able to post and find a wonderful, peer reviewed and background checked transporter to assist me with bringing my new puppy home. I was given a coupon code to use to make the booking fee more affordable. Posting was easy with drop down menus that specified what breed of dog I was having shipped and her weight, I was able to communicate with more than one transporter before making a decision and was presented with a multitude of price ranges and service types.

We used CitizenShipper to transport our new puppy 655 miles from Indiana to Alabama. We were skeptical at first because we had no experience with a service like this. I'll use their service again.
