I was very apprehensive about having my puppy shipped out to me. I did not know if I was going to be able to find someone that would be reliable and trustworthy. Luckily for me, I found just that on citizenshipper! I posted what time I needed for the transport, and within minutes I received multiple offers! The site shows all the past transports a particular person or company has mad as well as all their credentials. This makes it easier to make a decision on who to choose to make your transport. Will definitely use citizenshipper again when needing a transport!

Used Painted Mermaid to help our needs to get a new puppy to our little girl. Lindsey went above and beyond with many treats and picture updates all along the way! Would reconnect her every time!

They won't refund the $159.99, even though I contacted them right after booking because the shipper isn't available to pick up for the time I need. Even when the cancellation policy says they will refund if that's the case. But now I'm fighting tooth and nail to try to Get a refund. I have never in my life dealt with a company who don't even follow their own policies!

I booked through Citizenshipper to ship a pair of speakers from mid west to east coast via West Coast Sunset Service (Sarah Smith). I consulted with Citizenshipper when Sarah Smith asked for 50% upfront and they said it is okay to do so. When she was late for 2 weeks and finally picked up the speakers, she asked for another 25% which I paid. Since then, she never updated me the delivery date and refused to respond on ETA or her current route. When confronted, she threatened to put my speakers in storage and put a lien on it (really, do you know what a lien is for). I gave her the benefits of doubts that she may deliver eventually. Eventually, is another 4 weeks and no updates. I'll file charges against her mid December. Stay away.

Such a convenient site to use when in need to transport your pet(s). Reliable people, I was able to book, and pay through the website and communicate with the transporter all un 1 spot. Definitely will use again if needed.

I loved how easy CitizenShipper was to use. I was very apprehensive about trusting anyone with our family pets in the first place... let alone to travel halfway across our nation! I received several bids, I was able to visit with the people so I could feel comfortable with the arrangements and know what they offer. It was a wonderful experience! My Dad is in a care facility in Washington. His reunion with his old dog is a memory I will always cherish.

I was able to get a good deal on shipping some furniture in a relatively short time. The transporter showed up in a clean moving box truck, my items were well protected and they were very prompt and professional.

What a great service! I simply post what I need shipped and within moments I have bids! I was able to have durable medical equipment that was cost prohibitive to ship via all the usual: UPS, FEDEX etc, shipped at an affordable price.

My experience was top notch. Chris, my "citizen shipper," was a dream to work with and everything went super smooth. As a retired military family with numerous moves under out belts, we are fully versed in moving household goods. This could not have gone better! I was able to track my shipment real time which was a really nice feature.
