What is the problem with you company - I they can't handle the volume explain to the customers - I do not want these shoes - stopped payment and got them and now have to pay $23.00 to send back I am not paying that amount of money since I wrote the President and complained and told him and your customer service about not sending the shoes and I received them - send me an envelope to send them back in I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN

OVERSEAS SCAMMERS!

These scammers don't even deserve one star. I ordered shoes 4 months ago and still nothing but a $#*!ty envelope sent to me from the Phillipines saying my order is on its way and that was 3 weeks ago, I email them and get the same generic response that they have had a huge response and that is all I get. Oh, and they don't like the disrespect when I same words like "damn", etc. How do I get m money back and how can they be sued? DON'T ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!

Shocking!

I ordered two pairs of sandals at the beginning of June, and despite regular e-mails where I was told the delay was due to huge demand, I still received nothing. As I needed the sandals for my holiday at the end of July, I gave them a deadline and requested that the order be cancelled if they could not meet that deadline. However, I was advised that the goods had already been despatched so I couldn't cancel. Like most other people, I eventually received what I thought was an empty grey envelope, but found it did contain a tiny cheap metal charm. I realised then that I had been scammed, and just put it down to experience, I had learnt my lesson the hard way, never buy anything through Facebook.
I thought nothing more of it until today, when I received a package. Inside were the black sandals I'd ordered, correct size (41), The second white pair is size 35! Both pairs are really poor quality, and smell disgusting, as though whoever made them smoked heavily. They will both be going in the bin.
Like I said, I will never buy anything through Facebook again. I am so disillusioned, I now report every shoe ad as a Scammer to Facebook. There are so many advertising nowadays, most of which have only been in business a couple of months, so I guess very few are genuine.

I placed an order for sales on June 9 My credit card was charged for the amount on June 28 I receive notice that the product was being shipped on July 6 It is now late August and I have yet to receive shipment
Each email correspondence with the company is replied to with a link to the tracking which has not been updated since July 21st
I have asked numerous times for the order just to be canceled and the amount refunded on my credit card those requests have been ignored and no information on the status of my purchase...

Thiefs, total scam

Ordered shoes from their FaceBook ad in June. It is now September, no shoes and no refund that I keep demanding. The web site (T-REXECOM, INC) where my money was charged to my bank has now closed due to being scammed. THIEFS FOR SURE

This is a totally fraudulent company. Never received product and now they post that THEY were scammed, and have gone out of business. No way to reach them... Have filed with Better Business Bureau - but no result. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR their parent companyTrending Ecom.

Update. I received a check today, 8/16/19, from TREXecom. Inc for the total amount of my undelivered order. I filed a complaint online with the Attorney General of California and I received a refund.

On 9th June I made a purchase from Cici threads for a pair of sandals costing USD23.99. On 5th July I received a tracking number which, when checked advised invalid tracking no or package not received. When I contacted Cici threads they advised that they were too busy to send them, but they'd already advised a fake tracking number. I've contacted PayPal but have had no joy there either. The replies are computer generated even though I've sent many files showing the history. DON'T BUY FROM CICI THREADS, IT'S A SCAM.
