Bought a watch in the US, from a US vendor, paid in US$ but what Chrono doesn't tell you is that they are based in Europe and the money transit view Germany. This resulted in additional international transaction fee. Very misleading from their part.
A bit of a unique situation, but I bought a watch from an individual that got it from Chrono24 and was passed off as authentic to him. I had the watch inspected once I purchased it only to learn that it was not authentic. I reached out to Chrono24 to see if they could help me recover some of my money or at the very least, not allow this dealer to sell watches any more and they were of absolutely zero help. These people do not hold themselves accountable or responsible once they've made their dollar as the middleman for shady dealers. I'm sure they're great when you don't have to deal with the dark side of watch trading, but when you do, they're not of any real help.

I bought over 11k USD preowned rolex watch, the seller lied about their product, the watch has never been serviced, Chrono24 is not there to protect customers, they protect slimy scammers, they allow sellers to sell fake products and lie about their ads and products, on top of that they don't enforce sellers to compensate buyers or buyers' protections, I have to go through credit card company to file chargeback dispute to get my money back, BE AWARE, do not buy from this website, I always use EBay, EBay is a excellent website to buy stuff online, they truly protect consumers' interests, I have been doing online shopping on eBay since 2010, I never had problems with EBay or PayPal. Chrono24 is the worse website I ever run into. They set 14 days money back is to protect sellers not buyers, often sellers sell fake defective, faulty products on this website, buyers do not even have enough time to inspect the watch, then 14 days has gone by, you don't get refund, some bad sellers blamed on customers to break the watch, which is lie, Chrono24 doesn't even enforce sellers to provide any sorta warranty. I hope this website should be shut down, or they change their business model, and increase buyers protection as we are the ones who pay for it so Chrono24 can make commission, the items Chrono24 sells are luxury items, not cheap items, Chrono24 should treat customers a lot better.
They have had my money for months and are lying that the return postage cost over £ 250.00 I checked with fedex who returned the watch and they'd paid just over £18.00. I complained to escrow and Chrono24 hadn't even notified them of the 7k transaction? Absolute fraudsters avoid at all costs if you don't want to lose your money!
They may seem professional, but they are not. I asked one simple question about tax and never got a straight answer. After around 3 email exchanges, my emails went totally ignored. When I called them and referred to my case, they HUNG UP! They must have thought I was some cheap dude trying to buy a hundred dollar watch. Too bad, I was so set to buy a 50k one, but decided to go elsewhere because they lack of care for customers. I made the right choice ro move on.

This is not acceptable! For a watch bought in July 2020 and we are mid-October and i did not receive any solution. Book and user manual were missing, the strap is just falling apart every day worst since day. I have spent a considerable amount in a premium watch and I am receiving a very poor service, bad product and even incomplete (missing components in the box). I have requested many times to provide me a solution/ money refund and nothing is being done. I don't wish anyone to suffer this experience. I was not refunded with any compensation, not received the manuals or a new strap and non receiving regular updates feeling always in the shadow. I contacted the brand directly and told me that even with the guarantee card, nothing is covered by them because they only cover watches from their official dealers. Suddenly this store is not taking accountability and my watch keeps with an incomplete set(missing manuals) and a defective strap. I have just contacted Chrono24 directly too and looking for a reply. I would definitely keep spreading in social media such a bad experience, and if any private user has questions im glad to show details. Please be very careful with the vendor

I paid for a watch using Chrono24 escrow system early November 2020 thinking it was the best/safe way to go its now April 2021 and no watch has arrived, 5 months after delivery was estimated at 14-21 days.
Seller and his postal system (Czech) allegedly wont declare the watch is lost, and Chrono24 wont release my money until both seller+ buyer agree,?... seller suggest i pay half the price of the watch so i can get my full refund from Chrono24, saying its fair because he has lost a beautiful watch from his collection.?
This to me is a definition of a scam, i maybe wrong though and will just have to wait it out.
Very disappointed with Chrono24 decision relative to this and will never use again and obviously never recommend it...
