Bought a watch in the US, from a US vendor, paid in US$ but what Chrono doesn't tell you is that they are based in Europe and the money transit view Germany. This resulted in additional international transaction fee. Very misleading from their part.

My heat pump stopped working and I called them. They charged me $500 to do a diagnostic and put coolant when they should not have. Then they tried to sell me a new system for $13,000 or change a coil for $6,000. Apparently others people have experienced the same. I called someone else who did the repair for $900. After I complained to Morevent and asked for my money back they assured me that they were right. The sale pitch was very pushy and as soon as I accused them of up selling they became very aggressive and defensive. Stay away from them at all costs. I had 2 other companies come and none told us to replace the coil or buy a new system. BTW my heat pump is only 14 months old.

Awful customer service. I order online and pay through PayPal and had the wrong shipping address. I called right away the next day to have my address changed, the customer service person on the phone was so rude I could not believe it. She was very antagonist and said she could not change the shipping address even though my rug didn't ship yet. I cancelled the order but never got a confirmation of cancellation.
