BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDULENT TRADERS! Everything went wrong e.g. dozens of emails unanswered, overcharged me, stated in wiring you must pay in (so thats what I organised) then at the last minute stated the only way to pay is in £ (at 1.10 rate not 1.14), seller lied on a few occasions and ignorant call centre staff gave stupid, illogical answers, watch is ten weeks overdue (Christmas long since passsed), sellers website faudently quoting incorrect deleivery times (missing Christmas by 4 weeks)... apparently Christmas came as an unexpected surprise to this German seller! Still await refund, simple questions asked more than six times... but no answer from Chrono24, asked to speak to someone who understands contract law or a Director but REFUSED that simple contact, Im about to start a fraudulent claim with MasterCard. So... AVOID AVOID AVOID
Bought a Watch accepted offer by seller days later get a email from Chrono24 cancelled order revocation seller and chrono24 won't reply or offer any more details still Waiting for my refund
I have purchased a watch through this site in the past and was pleased. No longer. Just had a very bad experience with a seller who, as it turned out, was obviously trying to work a scam trying to convince me to send money to a third party paypal account. While this was going on, I tried to contact the site's customer support several times, over an 8-hour period, by phone and email and got no answer or reply.
I purchased a rolex that I saw on this website and the seller Ad krono time specialist and Andrea Beloussi in Italy took my money and never sent me the watch I had to hire an attorney in Milan/Seriate Italy in order to get my $74,000.00 Usd back and Krono 24 will not do anything to help. They help thieves not Buyers Stay Away from Buying on Krono24
Bought a watch through trusted checkout, from "trusted seller". After money was sent, the watch was not availible the seller told me. Ok money back I guessed since I've used trusted checkout. Well, part of the money back I learned, Chrono24 kept the 3.5% trusted checkout fee and the same watch from the same seller was up for sale again from the same seller. So much for the "trusted seller" concept, just an easy way for chrono24 to get money collected from unfullfilled "trusted checkout" deals.
I bought a pretty expensive watch on Chrono24 and paid for the trusted checkout guarantee on feburary 15th. Few days later I got a tracking of the item from the seller.
The shipping is handled by DHL from germany but the delivery performed by Colissimo, the national carrier in France. Actually, it's just the cheap french post service that we never use to send something expensive. The seller probably didn't pay for any guarantee of the shipment.
Finally, the tracking says that the parcel is delivered but I never received it. I was a big surprise!
I raised a complaint through the Colissimo customer service to get a proof of delivery. I was struggling with them 2 weeks to get from them the confirmation that the parcel is lost.
Even I paid a really high price to Chrono24 for trusted checkout to guarantee my transaction, I have to say that this service is useless.
We are now 2 months after my order, I didn't get my money back because Chrono24 says that the confirmation of lost of the final carrier is not enough, they need that DHL confirms that they will give compensation for the lost to the seller before to refund me!
What the hell?! It's simple, I paid for a trusted transaction. I gave the officiel proof that I didn't receive the item, I should just be reimbursed, that's all... The problem between the seller and his carrier is not my business...
Finally, Trusted checkout is just waste of money for buyer. They protect sellers actually not really the buyer. Even if you receive a stone instead of your watch, if the tracking says it's delivered, there is noway for you to get back your money.
My advice, use paypal! They refound immediately the buyer when there is this kind of issue.
I WAS IGNORED BY THEIR SUPPORT TEAM AFTER A DEALER (Philipp Jäger) RIPPED ME OFF.
THE DEALER SENT ME THE INCORRECT WARRANTY CARD WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER FROM ANOTHER WATCH AND NOW I CANNOT FIX IT UNDER WARRANTY
Looking for an Eberhard watch, I had little luck on eBay but found lots of them on Chrono24. Once I decided on which watch to buy (a 1995 Eberhard Chrono Tazio Nuvolari), I did my homework, investigating the seller (a German jeweler located in Heilbronn). Everything checked out and I began communicating with them through the Chrono24 messaging system. I ultimately made a payment through PayPal and received my watch with accompanying authentication papers. The watch was in mint condition, as advertised. My only ding on Chrono24 was that the PayPal payment was not natural... I had to call the jeweler to complete the transaction through PayPal.
Sent emails intrested in some watches no response from 4 sellers. Hopeless. Tryed before same respond 6 months ago. Forget it
Look esle where.

Jasmin G. [Chrono24 Rep] Dear Mr. Lasusky,
You sold me on never doing business with your reply to Mr. Lasusky. The guy gets ripped off and you hope he has pleasure with the repaired time piece, that he had to pay out of pocket to fix.
Is this how you do business?
I have bought three Rolex watches through the Chrono24 website and have been impressed with their thoroughness and with the rating system they have set up to rate sellers and, at the same time, to provide their buyers with some security about a major purchase. All three of my purchases, through "Trusted Sellers" have worked out great! I also like the followup used by Chrono24 to make sure the buyer has a chance to rate the seller.
Clearly the worst site to do business with. Not really a site worth even going near. They are just a listing service for any company or person what to claim they have product to sell but in the end will take your money and not send anything. A clear fraud. Chrono24 claim that the company was in business since 2006 with them and has not problems. Well that is BS. Can't get a response about where my damn watch is from the "Jeweler" or Chrono24. Am currentlyHave filed a claim with both Amex and Paypal to get my money back and will file lawsuit if need be. Avoid at any cost.
Dont trust the trusted reseller concept of Chrono24. In reality it means nothing. I bought a Chopard Tonneau watch from the so called trusted reseller Chronometrie Pietzner in Munich. The watch which was advertised as automatic turned out to be manual. I naturally wanted to return the watch and get my money back. Not so. Pietzner first wanted me to return the watch and sell it for me. Unclear when and at what price. Next answer was that I should return the watch and he should send it to Chopard for inspection it would take four weeks. Again no clear commitment as to how and when I should get my money back. A lot of ifs and buts! I have now had the watch inspected by a leading watchmaker in Stockholm Nymans Ur. The watch is in such a bad shape that they have to send it for service with Chopard at a cost of some 700 Euro. And again the watch was sold as 1 MINT same as factory new with very little use! This is criminal! I contacted Mr Mischa Breidinger Buying Agent of Chrono24 but also presented as Head of Business Development. At first he seemed helpful, but nothing came out of that contact. He turned out he is a friend of Mr. Pietzner, so maybe I shouldnt be surprised. And dont try to email Chrono24s support. At best go get a non-sense reply after several weeks.

Answer: Dear Justin, Thank you for your question. With the article price being $10,000 and the shipping cost is $100, the total that you would pay would be $10,100. There are not any additional fees for the buyer in a transaction. Please feel free to contact us directly via email at Support@Chrono24.com or by phone at 646-887-3560. We are happy to answer any additional questions that you have and look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Your Chronno24 Team
Answer: Thank you for your question. Once a buyer makes an offer on the watch and the seller accepts, the buyer will make payment into the escrow account we offer for private sellers. The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue. As long as no issues are reported, Chrono24 will automatically payout the seller after the 7 days (it typically takes a few business days for the bank to recognize the payout). Please feel free to contact us directly via email at Support@Chrono24.com or by phone at 646-887-3560. We are happy to answer any additional questions that you have and look forward to hearing from you.
Answer: Thank you for bringing up your concern. All private seller accounts are required to include bank account information when posting an advertisement. The bank account information included is where payment is directed once the watch sells. Your information is secure with Chrono24 is only used for a final payout once the watch is sold. Please feel free to contact us directly via email at Support@Chrono24.com or by phone at 646-887-3560. We are happy to answer any additional questions that you have and look forward to hearing from you.
Answer: This company should be closed down, I have been scammed selling a brand new watch, the buyer has my watch and I have nothing.
Answer: Yes I have used them and got a Genuine watch at a very good price.
Answer: Depends on the dealer and where the dealer is located.
