I love Chipotle. I love their burrtios. And I love their [expensive] guacamole. - Chipotle is in essence fast food burritos and tacos. It costs $6 for a burrito, and you can get in and out with your food in under 5 minutes. But this is not Taco Bell or even Baja Fresh. Chipotle uses high quality ingredients that are natural (no preservatives) and fresh. So the taste is awesome. My personal favorite is the barbecued pork burrito bowl (it's a burrito without the tortilla and more of the good stuff) with guacamole. Their guacamole is amazing. Fresh, a little kick. It's $1.60 so it's not cheap, but I think it's worth it.
The other thing I love about Chipotle is their service. In general, they hire really friendly good people. But today, I was waiting in a long line for a burrito and the guy in front of me decided he didn't want the burrito bowl they made for him (he didn't want so many peppers). The line was really long so I was like, "hey i'll take that one." The manager smiles at me and is like, "come with me to the register." I think he's going to give me like a free drink, but he just hands me my burrito, and is like, "Thanks, this one's on me." How awesome is that?! I got a free burrito!
Anyway, I love Chipotle. Just thought I'd share
This has become my families go to when we want something simple and delicious. We go for the burrito bowls which have never disappointed. Yum...
I love Chipotle and I really admire the employees, they have to deal with hungry monsters everyday. The Enployees at Eagan Promenade Chipotle in Minnesota are soo great, they're are always busy. Earlier this month March 2017 I was there and I saw this grown woman arguing to the cashier, the cashier was so nice to her that I hope she felt bad for her, I heard she was granted a free burrito. I don't think that's right because it's like you're rewarding them for being $#*! holes to them, Chipotle as the employer should reward their employees because I as a customer I go there like 2-3 times a week and I see that they work hard, none the last Please chipotle don't reward rude people because they always do that and it's better to loose a customer that is if they don't choose to go to one chipotle they're are gonna choose a another one which means your not loosing one but your employees go through a lot. Ask your selves, while you're are sitting on your computer reading this Your employees are dealing with all sort of things. Thank you Hopefully Chipotle at Promenade in Eagan Gets this review.
I think $3.00 for drinks sounds outrageous so I wouldn't eat there again unless they lower the price.
Ordered a beef burrito bowl and a Mexican salad with beef. Look at pictures of what was received on a delivery order. Was shocked.
I have always loved Chipotle. I find their food healthy and delicious. I love ordering online and then picking it up. It saves me so much time.
Went here on a friend's treat. Great ambiance. Food was 9/10 too in taste. Crispy Corn Tacos i think it was, great in taste.
Nice workers and I like spicy food. It was fast and it was cool and clean. If I go, there again I go there for the chips and food.
Chipotle is so good it tastes so good it so yummy you need chipotle everyday it is so good! Eat only chipotle
I go here all the time, food is consistently good quality. Friendly service, well trained staff. Big fan!
I love this food, man I go there every day (not Really) but yes enjoyable food. Those burritos are very addictive.
Absolutely love Chipolte. Fanatastic burritos and quality ingredients. My favorite is the bowl. I also really like the tacos.
I am writing this letter in regard to bring your attention to a serious issue I had with your establishment about a month ago. I ordered a chicken burrito, and halfway through my meal, I bit into what turned out to be a little clump of hair.
I am not the type of customer that wants to make a big deal over things that I understand can happen in the workplace, especially in the food industry, which I have been a part of for many years. I mentioned there was hair in my burrito and the workers offered to make me another one. I declined because at that point I was not really in the mood for a burrito anymore.
I can say that I am I particularly regular customer at your restaurant, and I have never had any problems with your food, other than this incident. While I am relatively certain that this was possibly a fluke, I am still concerned how this clump of hair got into one of the items I had asked to be put into my burrito. I am curious of how this could have happened.
I am also concerned with the lack of concern I received from the staff. I believe that just offering the same replacement menu item after something like this happens is not very acceptable. At that point, I would like to have been given a gift card or voucher so that the next time I came into our restaurant, I would have a free meal and better experience. Most customers, including myself are not interested in eating something that was just impaired.
I did not make any more fuss about the burrito, and just said that I did not want something else instead. I have other friends that are also regular customers at your establishment have the same issues every once in a while. I thought I would make it known that we enjoy your food, and would like to bring our business back, knowing that this issue will hopefully be addressed.
I hope to hear back from you about this incident soon. I would really appreciate some feedback on how to address situations like mine in the future to make customer experience better at your establishment! Please contact me at your earliest convenience at *******305 or email me at *******@gmail.com.
With Kind Regards,
Alecia Folino
Had a veggie bowl quality was high as expected, but was disappointed the food was bailey room temperature!
When my gift card did not work a VERY kind employee gave me the meal free of charge, this act gives me hope for the world
Chipotle is offering a plant-based meal with chorizo... It just seems counterintuitive and tastes horrible.
The best mexican fastfood in the world. Try the burritos, they are amazing! I strongly recommend you to try this place. Just order and enjoy!
After many times of this same thing happening i finally voiced my irritation to the cashier. Got to chipotle and of course there was a line of about 10 customers waiting in line to get service. There were also about 2 to 3 people waiting to pick up their online order. While waiting about 4 min with no movement of the line i decided to start my stopwatch. It seems the chipotle in Newport News Va services online orders before any people already waiting in line. I must have watched the workers make about 30 online orders before i actually got up there to be serviced which happend at the 14 and 1/2 min mark. The online station is always closed and never being used when i go there. Therefore all online orders takes precedence over any people that visit the store to place an order. When i spoke up about my annoyance the employee stated yes everybody wants to eat chipotle. What kind of answer is that. Then he proceeded to argue with me and tell me i can order online if i dont like it or not go there at all. The reason i refuse to order online is because i see the way they make those online orders so NO THANK YOU. I dont want my food to be half assed so i go there to order to see what and how much they put into what i am ordering. Chipotle why have an online station dedicated for online orders if it is NEVER being used. The food isnt worth the time you have to wait. The service sucks and there is never any management present running nothing. I hate this Chipotle and they way they service their in house customers. It takes entirely too long to get your order and i should not have to wait for 50 online orders to be made before i recieve acknowledgement of even being there.
I drove to this location thinking it's conyers and not expecting this experience for the first time. The girl put a sigh on the door that said you all were out of lettuce cheese and vinegarette, which was false because when i ordered my bowl, the ingredients were there. It was asked if you all were supposed out of cheese then at least queso should have even offered for free or reduced amount. I've never been to a chipotle where ingredients were supposed absent with nothing in place of it. We get to the counter to pay and Simone is the cashier. I asked if you all had handle bags or were you all out of that too Simone smirked and said no. I asked for s handle bag and she said i could not have one. She then goes into s explanation under her mask that i couldn't hear and i told her that's the bag i prefer it's easier to carry i told her if it's that serious I'll pay for the bag. Simone moaned and frowned and had a tantrum going to a woman who was not the manager My sister then asked to speak to the manager. I then said to Simone that if she is this rude and upset that she probably doesn't need to be working the counter. Simone then ran up to the counter as if she was ready to fight, about bag and a woman proceeded to hold her back from jumping the counter all while my 7 year old daughter is standing there. The real manager came and cashed me out i told her i don't understand the attitude asking for a bag and i told her I'm probably old enough to be that young woman's mother and she was very disrespectful. I avoided this type of service in Lithonia and drove here only to get the same ghetto service from this staff. The threat the jump from behind the counter to fight and my daughter upset i should have called the police on Simone for her behavior. I go to chipotle all of the time and never once in my life have i been treated that way or told no. About a bag? I think Simone has lost her mind. I will be taking this all the way to the owner of this location if need be. I paid $9 for a bowl with a side of attitude and almost assaulted over a bag that she could have just handed to me. She said because i only had one bowl but the other bags are not sturdy at all.
I love ordering online and picking it up. Not having to wait online is the best!
Answer: Chipotle is a legit business and they are on Doordash.com
Answer: Customer Service is horrible, and they do nothing, but give you the run around. They are overseas. It's a big waste of time.
Answer: Moe's southwest grill and they have become better than Chipotle
The company's reputation is significantly marred by consistent complaints regarding food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Customers frequently report receiving subpar food, including issues with portion sizes and unappetizing ingredients, alongside dissatisfaction with the overall dining environment. Many express frustration with long wait times and inadequate staffing, leading to poor service experiences. Furthermore, the customer service approach appears to be lacking, with reports of unhelpful and rude interactions, especially concerning order issues and refunds. While some customers have positive experiences, the prevailing sentiment highlights a need for substantial improvements in service and product consistency.
