Chime cashed my check on Monday and then sent me a email stating my check was fraud. I showed the cashed check from them

For 2 days I have told them it is looping me back to password reset password sent. IT WILL NOT WORK! IT IS A LOOP THAT WILL NOT END. I NEED A TEMPORARY PASSWORD. Horrible bank.

They accepted my check then they said they would return it and then they held it I had to waits a long time. They do anything with your money

I had an account with Chime, and had direct deposit from my employer, going to my account. I was working alot of OT at the time. I got my paycheck DD one day, and hours later my account was drained. It's almost like they KNEW I got paid that day bc they were keeping track of my account. Anyhow, my entire check was taken out at an ATM in Illinois while I was at work. I made a claim and was promised it would b taken care of with no issues, bc it was obviously fraud. The day after I made the claim, I received a denial of my claim. I never even had a chance to send in my forms or paperwork! They automatically denied it. I fought it, fought it, fought it. So, what did Chime do? They closed out my account and savings for no reason! I still have not received a penny from them, and they do not care AT ALL that they screwed me over. This is a horrid bank and company, and I highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM CHIME AT ALL COSTS! After all of this, I did some research online, and it turns out they've pulled this kind of crap on ALOT of other people as well. Numerous others have had almost an identical situation to mine. And NONE were covered. All were denied their claims, and many also had their accounts closed when they tried to have the situation dealt with. BEWARE OF CHIME! STAY AWAY FROM CHIME!

Well they say they will give you money for referral and direct deposit but the say that you didn't do it in time false advertising

Someone stole my paycheck through chime bank. How do I refund the money that was stolen. Who do I contact?

My husband and I called for help for getting our $100 reward. They took everything out of our accounts! $2,600.

I've been using Chime for a couple of months now and I gotta say, I really like Chime a lot!
Very easy to use, very convenient.

They claim to give you $100 but the referral needs to create direct deposits but won't mention this.

Wiuld like to get up about my case situation concern my money being toik out my account against my own free will.

Chime says they help rebuild credit. I was rejected with decent credit. So chime is a scam. They lie about acceptance.

I was spouse to got paid the 5th and did not get my money I kept checking my account and my pay was not there and chime didn't help.

Oct 29,2022 I ordered a scooter from BUCKMASO"M" not BUCKMASO"N" only to find our it's a fake website. Nov 4,2022 I filed a dispute with Chime, I checked account fir correspondence, nothing until I contacted CHIME CHAT, I was told it was still under investigation and a decision would be made Feb 2,2023. I called back 2 hours later and chatted with a different live agent she told me my case was closed Nov 14 or so and that she would reopen my case with the documentation I provided. Jan 6 I received a notice to ck my Chime for a document, It was a denial to issue a refund of my 76.00. I will be closing this account with CHIME due to dishonesty of the company. I also mistakenly transferred money to the 2nd card sent to me, and not knowing a credit check was pulled for this it showed on my credit so this card was an actual credit cared pre pay type the consumer puts money on and is tracked by CHIME. I have canceled my direct deposit and will never do business with this DISHONEST company ever!

These fools only partially gave me back the money that was stolen from me by the merchant Arcani Coil Care. I waited well over a month for these fools to file a dispute only to get an email from Chime telling me that they are not going to give me all of my money back. Customer service at this bank is as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. It is appalling how incompetent these people are. First, they act like they weren't even going to file the dispute by telling me that they had to work something out with the merchant before they can file a dispute even after I sent them loads of photo evidence that the merchant was a thief. Chime told me on August 30th, 2022 that I would have to wait even as long until November 2022 before they arrive at a conclusion on what they would do about the dispute. I made the order I never received with this merchant on July 28th, 2022, and a few mornings ago I received an email from Chime "support" (they shouldn't even be called Chime "support" because they do the exact and total opposite of support) with them telling me they won't give me all of my money back. They said I don't deserve to have the rest of my money back despite my sending evidence to support my case. DON'T BANK WITH CHIME!

Religiously every two weeks I get paid 2 days early having time and anytime I've ever had a problem they are on point with resolving it quickly
