It's fine until they steal money off of your account. Try filing a dispute or calling and getting someone that speaks english. Your just SOL.

Yep! Same here. My entire paycheck was drained, then I filed a dispute and they closed it within hours, denying me of course. Next they decided to close my account out of nowhere, I'm sure bc I wouldn't stop trying to get my money back. I'll be taking this to a lawyer.

Yes same here they deactivated both my cards knowing I am over the road truck driver now I have no food or something to drink because I can't access my money It's bad enough i catch them in a lie And then they can't explain why it happened
