They failed to protect my money and did absolutely nothing when I was scammed no dispute no nothing. I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company.
Since January 1st I've been in contact with time everyday concerning my account and the dispute team and The resolution teams it's me that bunch of clowns because they never get nothing resolved and they're always denying something every dispute I've ever filed with him they denied except for one the disputes I have pending with them right now stride back had to tell him that something's wrong with my account because they didn't investigation into my account and I'm going to keep on refiling each dispute they deny as I told them they're going to give me all my money back
Chime I don't really know where to begin it with them because they're dispute team and their other teams that are behind the closed doors are garbage you can have all the proof in the world when you follow dispute with them and they still are going to deny it I've had an open battle with these people and actually I'm probably going to end up soon to get my just to get my money back because they stressed me out I had them denied at dispute at the very same day that I filled it
Once again on May 31st I'll talk to me about 3:30 in the afternoon I gave chime banking a phone call to reset my password now nobody called me I called China and in the process of the guy resetting my password he was still in my money and for some reason this whale protected banking company that they claim to be is not that protected at all because they let this happen and they don't want to refund my money so let the public know what's going on with chime banking have a nice day
I needed a replacement debit card mailed to me. I called over 2 weeks ago. They said it would be here on the 10th. This morning I woke up to check my balance and the balance note said my new card would not be arriving till the 19th. This is a huge issue as I need cash to get out of the gas station to put in my car to get to and from work and they're crappy. Paper card that they give you online doesn't work. Don't fall for this Hocus pocus card company. They will leave you high and dry. They will not assist you. They will hold your checks longer than they legally need to and they are absolutely horrible. If I could give them zero stars I would stick with local credit unions and banks do not use this company. They are absolutely horrible. They do not care about their customers and they do not care about service.
I just got hacked last week chime said they will do a whole 90 day investigation i get a letter yesterday stating i will not be getting my money refunded back to me AFTER GIVING PROOF THAT I DIDNT MAKE ANY PURCHASES DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING

I had 3 refunds I caught the last one when it was pending the next day it was no longer pending I never got credit for that transaction so when I called chime oh boy did they have a lie for everything they told me three different stories witch none made a liq of sense i have Uber charges for rides I never took everytime I spend a penny I get a notification so if this wasn't a fee just placed on my account I'd see a charge from my card for Uber ride right? They are stealing ppls money!

I chime is constantly moving their gold post on almost everything they do one of the major thing is they offer $100 or $150 for you to refer friends over to them definitely not the case I had a friend who referred me she didn't get the money I didn't get the money. I referred another friend I referred one and I didn't get the money and she didn't get the money. They're got 100 excuses why they can't do it, like I say, they're constantly moving the goalposts around him I've asked for deposits where are my deposits my place of business has sent a deposit in they hold those deposits for a couple of days and who's using my money during those days and all of a sudden magically it shows up. Yeah, I can't trust him, they give you the yes attitude everything. Oh yeah so I'm sorry you know I'll let's look into that. Their support team is probably just stupid. I've asked for things they don't read the email and then they answer it back with some question that has nothing to do with what I report ask them to do And I would really be careful with these people. There's no place that you can go in and talk to anybody they're out in California somewhere and half of their agents are from another country. I usually don't have a problem with that but when you're hard when they're hard to understand sorry it's all American here Anyway be very careful with these people.
Someone paid me through Chime and was told even though I did not have a Chime account I would still get the money, not true. But I did download the Chime app and did see he sent me the money. That is where it ends, I hooked up my bank account to have it transferred, they said it would take 5 days, NOT. When I did a chat with them, they kept saying I would need the card they sent me to get my money quicker ( never asked for money quicker just within the 5 business days it was promised), and it would not arrive for another 2 weeks. The person I was chatting with said I could use some fantasy card (their fantasy) as a temporary card that was attached to my account and of course there was no card attached to my account temporary or otherwise. I could go on with the amount of misinformation I was given during this chat but you get the gist. Of course it would help if the person spoke English, at one point I was so unclear at what they said that I had to rephrase it and confirm that was what they meant to say. I was finally able to pay back the person using the Chime app, since it never left that account and was able to cancel my account. My favorite part of this story is that I later received that said "we regret to inform you that we have made the decision to end our relationship with you at this time. Your Checking Account will be closed' Yes everyone they "decided" to end the already cancelled account.
I waste my time with this credit card,to build my credit score.not only hasn't good effects,it decreased my score several times that finally I closed the account.

I received a text message from the bank asking me if I had attempted a 903.00 purchase from Walmart. I responded, "NO". They advised me that my card had been restricted and that a representative would be contacting me shortly. I then received a phone call from the bank advising me that my account had been hacked and they would be moving all of my money to a new account. They put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I hung up the phone and called the bank back. They advised me that this was not them calling me and wasn't sure how the person who called me had gotten access to my account, but they had "tricked" me. I provided proof of the transaction being initiated by the other party as well as the multiple calls that I received from Chime and filed a dispute. My dispute has been denied three times. I am starting to believe that maybe Chime has something to do with it because I don't understand why they wouldn't approve a dispute that I have shown proof of it not being an authorized transaction. I am fighting to get my money back and they are not trying to assist me at all. I have been with this bank for 8 years and they treat their loyal customers like scum.
My check deposit should be 28th. It's always a guessing game between 28th through 31st. If the PO wasn't do screwed up, I would go to postal checks. At least it was timely!
Answer: Yep! Same here. My entire paycheck was drained, then I filed a dispute and they closed it within hours, denying me of course. Next they decided to close my account out of nowhere, I'm sure bc I wouldn't stop trying to get my money back. I'll be taking this to a lawyer.
