just to fix a minor problem they can't seem to fix. Chime bites I'd love to see a class action suit against this neobank. Hundreds of people have lost money or there money is tied up for months while disputes drag on only to never see their money again. Sign me up for a lawsuit. They claim you can link an outside bank and transfer money between the accounts but then it doesn't work. I got out of traditional banking for a similar reason. I just pulled my money out of chime. I honestly don't know who can be trusted in the banking industrial complex anymore.
Don't do business with chime bank. They lock your money up and won't allow money transfers, or money gram or western union transaction. But the claim they do.

I don't know where they get this chime is the best mobile bank account that is such a crock first of all I've been banking with them for five years I have been thinking they have my back they'll protect me and make sure nobody takes out of my account blah blah blah that's a joke for the last 6 months I've been with chime now every month they are allowing somebody to take my money out of my account I'm a single mother and all I do is clean houses I don't make a whole lot of money well when they allow these people to take the money out of my account you have to file a dispute and a dispute takes a long time to investigate well when they file the dispute that means I'm waiting at least at least two weeks unless for some reason they decide to reimburse me right then which doesn't happen very often but the last 6 months somebody's been using my account and routing number to be able to make charges on my account and the last 2 months they were supposed to put a block on Disney Plus Hulu and some Ware Shelbie account whatever that is they did not put a block on it therefore the next month these people were able to use my routing and account number and when you use routing and account number with chime the money comes out of your checking account when you use a card it comes out of whatever account that card is associated with well they use my account and routing number so it came out of my checking account and I asked him if I could get a new account and routing number they will not give me a new account in routing number because if they do that then they have to close my account for 3 months well at this point I don't give a damn if I ever ever deal with Chime again in my life because I thought they had my back but I've been dealing with the same person taking money out of my account now for 6 months and every month I make the money and bust my $#*! to pay my bills and it gets taken out of my account before I get the opportunity to use it and spend it on my bills and then I am waiting for them to do the investigation well while I'm waiting for the investigation to pay my bills the bills r due n have to be paid so I have to go to a church and ask for money to pay my bills rather embarrassing whenever I busted my $#*! to make my own damn money to pay my own damn bills they don't care and neither does PSO N ONG n my water company when they're due they're due they're not waiting they don't give a damn they want their money on time when due chime don't care. Also they approved the dispute last month from Disney plus but this month they didn't they denied it and the crazy thing is it was supposed to have been blocked so they could no longer make these charges last month but that representative lied to me on top of that they've hung up on me two different supervisors in the dispute center hung up on me and that's what they are getting paid to do is take these inbound calls from people who are pissed off because it's a dispute and they want their money they're getting paid to get listened to these people be mad and they hang up on me that's not very professional number one number two they did not put a block on the charge or the place that they are making the charges with and they were supposed to number three I'm still waiting it is June 19th and the first time I filed the dispute was back in May I'm still waiting on my money back and I had to reopen the dispute because they denied the first one chime is the worst bank I have ever dealt with do not bank with chime they're terrible I think they're borrowing my money and they're giving it back whenever they're supposedly done with the dispute nobody does their job to, they hang up on you they're not very professional it's a crock of s*** excuse my language don't bank with chime!

I did not use any of those I did not make any of the charges I don't even know what the hell the place is called or or what they're getting but most of all I'm not the one who set up the account so I don't have the email address so I cannot close it out that is Chimes job to do in the dispute center that is what they're supposed to be doing that's their job not mine I did my job made my money and mine was taken from me
They are a bunch of crooks at Chile they stole 930.00 from. Me. I was scammed I filed a dispute explaining the issue even filed a police report they still denied my dispute. The same thing happened to 2 others 864.00 and 1300.00 dollars. They refused to refund the money back. I filed a freaking police report their so called dispute team does not care. I'm left without any money. Think twice about getting an account with them. I'm going with a new bank. I hope alot of people read this. I'm going to put it to chime. They want to screw people well see how they like it when I post a review in every website I can. They are a $#*!jng joke. I hope someone high up from Chime see s what I'm posting. Not stopping I'm given my back thar Chime Stole from. Me. Yall are a bunch of theives. I still have not had my money returned back to my account. They continue to stall. A person used there Chime logo and provided a number for people to call with an 888 number on a website called Down Detector. People were having issues with their direct deposits. Said his name was James from Chime Support. Naturally I thought he was trying to help me but that's not the case. I sent all this information to their so called Investigation team with Chime along with a police report number. You would think that would have some red flags go off. They confirmed it was there logo but no one would like this on a website like that. This person committed a crimeof fraud. Why is there anything else to wait for? Still here without 930.00 back in my account. Instead I get punished by Chime saying I allowed them in my account. Well yes i thought he was from Chime Support I continue trying to explain this. Still getting the run around. I even sent them a screen shot. So until they do the right thing and return my money I will be posting this wherever I can. Chime is committing a crime by holding my money. Especially if it'd someone that used their logo. Nothing back from their Investigation team at all. It's like they went quite. Then I'm getting this BS information that they until 3/30 to decide if they want to issues temporary funds back to my account until resolved This has not happened either.
I would rather think about it hard. Why would anyone want to join a bank with no Integrity. They have no concern what so ever for their customers. Any other bank like Chase, Capital One, Bank of America if this situation arises with a customer they would have returned the money back to that customers account. Conduct a full investigation on their end to find out who this person is thar used their logo. Chime is bunch of thieves I can't pay any of my bills 930 is alot of money. Turn the other way go with another bank that had Integrity when it comes to their customers. Chime sure as hell doesn't. I will continue posting this every where customers can see it until your so called Investigation team returns my money. I really hope someone at Chime gets in touch with a higher up to get this resolved until then Chime is screwing themselves

I used this chine card for a online international merchant it was a damaged item by ashinmary I sent this item back to the merchant on November 30th 22 the merchant received it on December 6th 22 this merchant will not give me back my refund after they made verbal agreement that as soon as they received it back I'd get my full refund its now Jan 29th 2023 still don't have it because chine finacial card keeps denying my disputes and rebuttals Ober 300
