I would give zero stars if it was an option. I placed an order on 4/15/2020z on 4/26 I got an email stating my order was going to ship with a tracking number. It has been over 3 weeks since the tracking number was given, and it still states:

I have contacted children's place multiple times with zero response other than automated messages and no resolve. They have charged my account but failed to genuinely ship my items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP!
If I could give a ZERO rating, I would! Received notice that package would be delivered on 11/16/21 - didn't come. Tracked through text, then showed delivery on 11/18/21 - didn't come. Then showed delivery 11/19/21 - didn't come. Tracking app showed no estimated delivery date through the weekend, then morning of 11/22/21, showed delivery to be that day - didn't come. Tracking app now again shows no estimated delivery date. Called customer service and representative only kept repeating that deliveries take 10 - 13 days, excluding weekends. So why keep presenting estimated dates of anything earlier?!
Also received a message on the 19th, hoping that I was enjoying my items! I NEVER received them! (Order was over $130 of merchandise)
This purchase was for my Grandson's birthday... Should have arrived in time, but didn't. I am beyond frustrated and upset - very angry! And now, wondering if my order will ever come since no tracking information listed anymore and customer service didn't seem to be any help at all!
No matter how much I like their products, I will never order again, or recommend Children's Place to anyone!
I picked some cute clothes out for my daughter, when it was time to check out I put my shipping address and card info in and I was INSTANTLY charged but instead of taking me to order it took me to my bag of 17 items that is still showing that I have to check out again. I get text alerts when a payment has been processed and as soon as I submitted my payment it was charged I am highly upset and will be call customer service at 6 am NEVER AGAIN
I placed an order they said it was delivered on Sunday no item was found then I called up the delivery service that they use and they said it was delivered to the front of the building and I don't live at the front of the building so where is my items and then they make it so hard for you to get your money back or to get a replacement I will never ever order from that place again as soon as I pay the bill off I'm getting rid of it it's not worth it.
I order clothes for children. Not received yet, ordered since 10 days ago. I called customer service regarding delivering an order, but they didn't respond yet.
Don't get a card with this company I was almost done paying my bil I had $29 left they added a late fee to my bill for $29 said I was 1minute late paying my bill on the due date it was due on the 20 and I paid it on the 20 they never gave a time never said you have until 6pm on the date it's due where is the grace period don't do it there monthly payments are high

Where I live there are zero Children's Place physical stores so I order online. It's pretty easy to navigate through and they almost always have a sale. Today, as I'm writing they have 60% off their entire site (minus clearance). That's what I love. Their clothes are cheap, good quality and stylish. Before actually buying from them I was gifted some pajamas for my newborn. They were small enough that when she was in between sizes she could fit them without them falling off like other brands. So I placed my first order when they had a 75% of sale for end of summer items. (This is where the missing star goes) I messed up my address but couldn't change it online. I tried emailing them and the wait time for a response was too long so I called. It took over half an hour to connect with someone and they were rude. I *almost* wanted to cancel the order but I did get 11 items for $30 so I didn't. I had Children's Place cash afterwards and when it came time for my next order (two weeks later) it was gone. So while I absolutely love their clothes I am not a fan of the cash OR their customer service.
I am so upset. After reading all these reviews, i think i also have been robbed. Bull$#*!! I don't know what to do. Tracking shows its been delivered but I didn't receive anything.
You earn place cash for buying $20 or more. You can't use these for another month after you get them. When you finally can, it's 50% off the site with a code so you can't use place cash with the other offer making it expensive. They then say you can use up to 6 at a time. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! You can use 2 at a time! They say on $20 or more. Another lie. I was at $29 and It would only let me use one coupon with the total being that amount after the coupon. I also sent them 2 emails regarding other issues with no response. I was getting emails saying $20 place cash for every $20 you spend. I go to the site and it's $10 for $20. It also said everything was 75% off when nothing was on sale. Again no response. I am now on hold for the 2nd time today trying to figure out their scam with the place cash. I am done with this store. There are plenty of other great kids clothing stores out there who don't jerk around their customers. I have made sure my friends who shop here as well know about this and they too have agreed to go elsewhere.
It was nice experience with The Children's Place I love there service as well as product they serve what they show... please go and check once I bet u people love it.
I never have this problem before i did two orders online and has been almost 20 days and still not receive my orders and I call customer service and can't get in touch with them.
I have shopped with children's place for years. I have four children and four grandchildren and have shopped in their store as well as online. I've never had an issue with their clothes. They are relatively inexpensive and hold up. I ordered my grandson some clothes for Christmas that never arrived. I went online and followed the proper steps to let them know. It said it would be reviewed. I called a couple weeks later and they told me that since UPS is showing it delivered there is nothing they can do. They would not make it right by resending the items or refunding my money. I have never seen a company do business this way to their clients. They advise me to call UPS to which UPS said they used USPS. Then the tracking number did not match USPS. Another words no one wanted to help me. The customer representative at children's place advised me to file a claim with my bank. I have done this and it is in process. I should not have had to do this. They do not make it right if you order from them and do not receive it. This will be the last time I shop with them. This is what I get for years of doing business with them.
Our local store put up a sign saying, " Restroom is for Customers. Children from Mall Can Use Other Restrooms" The other restroom is clear on the other side, and we can shop if we have to stop! It is ridiculous for a Children's store to have such a lack of consideration for small kids and such a failing grasp of suggestive selling. If they only care for our money and NOT OUR CHILDREN, then I think we should all boycott! One child who frequently uses their restroom has Spina Bifida and will now have to hold it and walk a much farther distance! Unconsciousable!
This is the worst experience I ever had ordering online …. COMPLETELY INACCURATE shipping arrival date I ordered 2 items and the shipping said arrival April 15th it never said this was only for rush shipping … all shipping dates said April 15th for free and rush ect… Come to find out the store I choose to get my cloths from don't have it in stock they didn't even notify me … company took it upon themselves to order from Illinois and have it sent on the 21st. If it's not in stock ur supposed to cancel the order not send it from a entirely different place out of state without notifying the customer! Worst experience ever

There free shipping takes like a week... Any other company you receive in 2-3 days. Also 98% of their dresses are above knee length now what's up with that?
I had received an email saying i placed an order a few weeks ago (i had not). My card was not used nor my address or anything so i contacted them to inform them i did not place the order and did not want to receive emails about it. I made it clear it was not an issue with my card being used but i got a generic bot reply saying "contact your bank and inform them of the charge"... that was not the issue but whatever i deleted the emails and ignored it. Then i started receiving their update emails about sales and such so i went to the bottom looking to unsubscribe. I found the button easy enough clicked it and thought that would be in. The next day i received 3 emails. Tried unsubscribing again. This went on for over a week and yet i was still subscribed. I sent another email to customer service saying i was not able to unsubscribe and to take me off the list. I still have not heard back from them and i am STILL getting emails! I am so incredibly frustrated. They could have the best products ever but i would recommend staying far away from giving them any of your information because it is impossible to stop them from contacting you insistently. I have never and will never shop here because of this experience.
I am truly disappointed with the children's place For I have confidently placed an order online (order number **) Only for my order to get canceled. And then when I called customer service. Customer service tells me that my order didn't meet the company's criteria and they have to contact my bank and verify my address information so therefore I provided the customer service rep my bank number. The children place customer service rep kept me on the phone for about an hour and 10 minutes to complete their verification process. Only for customer service rep to tell me that my order still remains canceled. And that the required company procedures was only for verification purposes for future purchases.
I am truly upset with this company titius form of operation. You guys wasted an hour and 10 minutes of my time with no resolution whatsoever. The rep only offered me $15 in reward points. I can't believe you guys cancelled my order and when I complied by allowing my bank to share my personal information for your verification purposes only to maintain my order cancelled due to your company rules why disappoint me multiple times. One by cancelling my order and two by not refunding me and three by wasting an hour of my time. How dare you put me through such distress.
