I have shopped with children's place for years. I have four children and four grandchildren and have shopped in their store as well as online. I've never had an issue with their clothes. They are relatively inexpensive and hold up. I ordered my grandson some clothes for Christmas that never arrived. I went online and followed the proper steps to let them know. It said it would be reviewed. I called a couple weeks later and they told me that since UPS is showing it delivered there is nothing they can do. They would not make it right by resending the items or refunding my money. I have never seen a company do business this way to their clients. They advise me to call UPS to which UPS said they used USPS. Then the tracking number did not match USPS. Another words no one wanted to help me. The customer representative at children's place advised me to file a claim with my bank. I have done this and it is in process. I should not have had to do this. They do not make it right if you order from them and do not receive it. This will be the last time I shop with them. This is what I get for years of doing business with them.
