Chewy has made our lives so much easier. Before we belonged to another site where we could only get the food because the litter would cost us a lot of money. If we were to get the food/litter at the store, it would fill an entire cart. We also had to go to 2 pet stores for their food. With chewy everything can be delivered right to our door, saving us time and muscle strength (64yrs. Old) and (46 yrs old with disabilities). Because we do spend 50.00 a month we dont have to pay shipping and handling.We have been members for 5 months now and with all the boxes we received there have been 2 mishaps- 1- cat litter bucket cracked and 2- bag of food ripped. I called customer service and they sent out replacements right away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I have had some problems I've voiced to CHEWY.COM for a year but primarily DUE to the MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OF KAYTEE bags birdseed but I give for the most part KUDOS to this company they have time after time send me replacement bags for the spilling/breakage of this product that is one kind my birds take to. I have had issues that I had to call or write numerous times with a suggestion that the bags Doubled BAGGED to prevent seed falling all THROUGHOUT my home. You don't want to see the seed. Under chairs steps hallways. Etc etc. i frankly don't know how they ANY SITE (we had petsmart deliver broken bags also) sold this product with seed splitting the bags at top or bottom! But again they are very helpful. They listen and on one occasion and I've read elsewhere. U might get someone who will do something of out left field WONDERFUL. Send u a drawing of your pet. Or as I read donated food to a shelter for a pet u lost. This is one of few companies that run by HEART as well as by their pocketbook. I have negative review on KAYTEE on keeping that product out for almost a year with DEFECTIVE BAGS. Knowing it.

I live in a small ocean side community in the San Francisco Bay Area. It generally takes a while for companies to send us stuff we order because there's only a 2-way highway getting over to us from the greater SF Bay Area. Not a problem with Chewy, though. My most recent order was yesterday on Wednesday. It involved 4 different products. The CS rep said it would arrive on Fri or Sat at latest. (Only group I know that will deliver on a Sat.) But it arrived today! Here on the coast we are not used to that kind of fast delivery. And this is not just recently. I've been ordering from Chewy now for at least 9 months. Arrivals of merchandise is always fantastic.
I used to order just about everything from Amazon. In fact, I was ordering books from them when they first started in Silicon Valley. Back then, they had an unparalleled customer service for what they supplied (chiefly hi-tech "bibles" back in the day). They talked to you on the phone, and they delivered. Sadly, that's no more. You cannot talk to a CS rep there anymore, & I've waited up to 3 months for so-call Amazon Prime.
Chewy, however, is the best thing for pets in every category: price, customer service, etc. And their reps love where they work! They are paid well & can bring their pets to work! How about that. 10 stars for Chewy!
My dog likes them but they are unhealthy for animals. Again the dog loves the toys and treats. The toys are amazing and durable last a while but not to long.
We have been customers of chewy for some months now and they have exceeded our expectations. They were helpful every step of the way with our prescription orders & did everything they could to make our orders as easy as possible. We had a hiccup in our first autoship food order & they handled it immediately with no hassle. They sent us the wrong bag of food & insisted we donate it and that ours would be delivered next day, and it was! Tonight we received an unexpected delivery from them and it was a gift, a commissioned painting of a picture of our dog we sent them awhile ago! We definitely now are part of the Chewy Family for life

Everything ships quickly and arrives in two days. Rarely, something will be out of stock, but they seem to restock quickly. You do have to buy in bulk on some items, but that's sort of the point in online shopping for certain things.

I love this company. Their customer services has been amazing and their prices are usually better than the local pet store. I use their autoship feature so I never run out of food and supplies. I bought some clippers one time and posted a poor review of the item. They wrote me an email 2 days later to say they are sorry I had a bad experience with my purchase and refunded me - even though it was 4 months later! They suggested I donate the clippers rather than sending them back. They always send a Christmas card too which is just a really nice touch.
I used to love Chewy but since Petsmart I am hesitant. Some of the selection from smaller less known food companies was eliminated or they chose not to work with Chewy.
Dr. Tim's grain free dog food's price was significantly increased. After research with Dr. Tim directly, who seemed surprised about the huge price increase on the largest bag, he later told me that since Chewy/Petsmart has no competition for the product, they will keep the price high. I ordered some cat food on here last year and the deals weren't particularly great or anything. It was either the same price at Walmart or a little higher on Chewy. I can't say anything bad about them though. My mom orders from them frequently for her dog. And the shipping is free!
Makes carrying food for 5 animals so much easier! Instead of lifting bags from 10-50 pounds 6 times to get them home- they are delivered to my home and I have to move them once to storage bins- love the service and love that they do not require a subscription that cannot be cancelled!

This company has the fastest delivery I have ever seen. They have the widest selection of pet food and products, they are cheaper than petco and on a par with the chain supermarkets. I have been using them since I got my rescue Siamese cat 3 yrs. Ago and have never had a single problem with them. I have no problem meeting the minimum requirement for free shipping. I but canned food by the case and dry food by the 12 lb bag and store it in a Vittals Vault. The Pioneer pet products ceramic feeding dish and the Easyology feeding tray have been heaven sent products in slowing my cats eating habits down, which keeps her from vomiting. I would not have known about these products if I had not gone to the chewy.com site. And I think the best litter is Okocat-it has no odor, it contains odor, it really is biodegradable and can be flushed down the toilet.

My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
