Booked a round trip ticket to South Korea without realizing there was no connecting flight from the same airport. Not sure why you guys are even offering flights that are not flying out of the same airport! Please pay attention! Called twice thus far to switch the flights on 6/4 but they said I couldn't and it would cost me another $3000. On the way back I called again to see if I could cancel the flight from JFK to Albany. I ended up renting a car to drive myself back to Albany since it didn't make any sense for me to spend just as much money on transportation from JFK to Newark airport just to wait for another flight for 8 hours! Every time I called there was little to no help was provided and except the ticket is non refundable. Not only I could barely understand what they were saying due to their heavy accent in two different occasions, they didn't even offer any other solution to the problem and the inconvenience this has caused. I will never use this website again

Don't book with them! I would give them zero stars! They cancelled my trip to Europe last minute and are refusing to reimburse my $3,500. Don't do it. Oh and there so called great costumer services is based in India, so good luck speaking to someone that can actually help you if you run into problems!c

It's fairly easy to book things but if I want to confirm a schedule change, I keep getting an error screen or advice to contact customer service which takes forever. Also any other changes require a lengthy wait for customer service also.
Web page seems to have some issues, and seems elusive when trying to find out flight check in directions.I called the help line, and agent said they were experiencing problems with the internet site, and to try again later.

I bought a round trip ticket for my wife, daughter and son( infant on lap). Spent $5383.91 on ticket. My family flew from Kansas City, USA to Baku, Azerbaijan. On their way back they could not get on plane, because cheapoair forgot to issue a ticket for my son (infant on lap). They had to miss a flight. I had to spend close to 3000$ on another ticket. Cheapoair promised me the refund, and it has been a year, and after a whole year they emailed me saying they will only do a partial refund on baby's ticket for the amount of $215.37. So please do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on a decent company. After doing a research i found out that they have been refusing people their refunds because of covid cancellations too.

Scheduled my flights to Denver and it asked me at check out to add a rental car I accepted the price they gave me or 187 to add a car. I arrived in Denver at normal time 9:55 PM. by the time I got off plan had my friends get my checked bags so I can go get rental. I got to the shuttle at around 10:20pm. Waited for about 45 mi. During that time I attempted to all front desk it would not give me a option. Finally, I took an uber to their location. They closed at 10:30 pm. I called Cheap o Air and explained the situation he said it was my fault for booking it and not knowing they close at that time. I was furious to the fact that Cheap O Airs online system would suggest for me to rent the car at that time using my flight times and somehow it is my fault they close 35 min after my plan was intended to land which I was on time. I then asked him to book me a new car as I have to drive to Colorado Springs for a military event next morning. He said he would be unable to do it for another few hours. It would take him hours to book me a new one. I then called a 24 hour car rental and rented another car. Which then cost me $547. I spent so much money that wasn't planned due to cheap O Airs stupidity in their system. I will never use them again or refer them to anyone.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
