Do they trustable? i found a good price for my ticket but can i trust to this site for paying?

Answer:

I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.

How do i know its a real agency and not a scam?

Answer:

Its is a real agency but not a good one. They book unavailable fligjts and then you have to call and go thru several people to make sure they dont charge you. DONT USE THEM. Book thru other sites or airlines themselves.

How do i know that my credit card will not be used for other purposes and also that i will receive the e-ticket since you are the most cheap ticket i found but i am afraid i loose my money

Answer:

Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

Because they are scam, they just want to steal money from our pocket

How much time before i can change my ticket date. is it 24 or 48 hours?

Answer:

It is 24 hrs but I would suggest not to buy ticket on their website. There are many hidden aspects in their tickets and hence they can sell it at lower prices but yu might end up spending more eventually. I suffered myself recently and had to buy a new ticket for my travel as they gave me a bad ticket.

Hi, i would like to know if car rental is refundable in case of cancellation?

Answer:

Don't book with them for a car rental. Did this and the rental agent at Advantage said they don't honor "third-party" bookings and had never heard of them. Our car cost triple what was quoted. Oh, and they charged $15.00 to my credit card to "reserve" the car. I tried to complain but on hold for hours, tried email complaint, etc. I gave up. Great experience booking a flight but horrible on the car. Don't waste your time booking a car with them, it doesn't get honored.

I just booked a flight with cheapoair. conf. no. 27632373. will i get an email confirmation with the itinerary? normally, with other on-line agencies, a confirmation email is sent.

Answer:

I disagree with Catherine F. My confirmation was not sent immediately, it took about 15-20 minutes, but they will send one.
