It's been very good in helping me find the lowest and best fares. Being a college student especially I can't afford to do anything too expensive. Also in a time of family emergency, I was able to change my ticket date to a time period where I was able to be with my sick family member before they passed away. A heart felt review and a heart felt thank you, will be sure to use Cheapoair in the future.
A friend told me about this website and that's I'll I have been using for 6 years now! Always find the cheapest and comfortable flight in hear from Cancun to Costa Rica! Love it and helpful service when needed too. 110% recommend it.
I chose CheapOair for a particular flight due to the day, time, & price. I took a picture of my input so I had it to send to my friend who was meeting me. She is landing at same airport a little later. I also verified with my spouse everything before I purchased the tickets as I asked him about the baggage charges that were listed. We went over days, times, flight, ect. I relooked over what I had typed in before I submitted my purchase. When I got my confirmation back, a few minutes later, it was for a different flight! I immediately called customer service and explained what happened. All the rep, who was hard to understand, said was, "You made a human error. It is only $50 per person to change it." I stated my case 3 more times and emphasized that I did not put in that particular flight nor would have even looked at it since it was early morning flight. I kept stressing that I had triple checked everything. It didn't matter. He said, "You could cancel but then that would be $99 a person. I am trying to help you and only charge you to change for $50 a person." I said, "It isn't right that it isn't my mistake and I am calling for assistance and being charged. I also see that my promo code wasn't applied either. I would like to make sure that is covered." He told me to hold on the line and he would be right back after he made the changes. I was on hold for a half hour! He came back and told me the price. The promo wasn't attached again. It would be another charge against me to put it on. I was very angry with the deceit and will not recommend this website to any clients that ask me for recommendations. I do a lot of traveling. They lost a good client.

I have been booking my ticket from cheapo air for 2 years now and completely satisfied with their price and discounts. Cannot find anything cheaper.
Aware that i will be leaving 3 weeks for my vacation. So they can make the change before i leave. I was ensure that the change will be made closer to my brother trip. They never made any change he had to buy new ticket. They give me the run around the whole time. I was so sad, so heart broken i lost $1800 from my pocket. I was on maternity. All my money i save to go see my family lost. I hope Cheapoair feel the lost like i did. I will never use there service ever again. I had recommended so many people over the last 9 years i was a customer with CheapOair. Such a wast of my money.

After 2hrs on the phone they tried to make me pay $400 for each person because i booked the wrong day. Theyre trying to charge to refund the money. DO NOT BUY TICKETS HERE
