Had just booked a flight to London for next May, saw that the price was cited in USD. Called to cancel, as their site states that you can cancel within 24 hours... They charged me 50.00 US to cancel, whereon I said keep the reservation, but I will complain about this underhanded way of making money off the disabled,. They are effing thieves!
Will book again to revisit inspiration without delay! Glasgow and Inverness and beautiful castles, here I come! Nessie, see you soon!

Airlines are the only ones that must follow the faa policy of allowing "free cancellations" within 24 hours. 3rd party booking sites are exempt from that, but most do allow cancellations within 24 hours for a full refund.
