Amazon gave me the worst 20% apr high interest credit card. They don't lower my apr and hit my credit with hard inquiry. I closed the account. I paid account balance in full. The company is charging me high interest. Reps are clueless.
When paying whole balance, there shouldn't be no interest period. I payoff full balance on other credit cards companies and never had any interest. Chase is getting worst by overcharging on interest.
Sent money through zelle as an option that chase offers online banking. Sent money on Oct 28 2021, and here we are Dic 14 2021 and the money is in limbo. The person at the other end has not seen the funds in her bank yet. I called customer service at chase and they said that they can't do much other than confirm that it was sent using the correct phone number... They suggested for me to call directly to zelle, which I did, just so they can tell me that they could not help me either since I sent the money though my bank. They told me that it was my bank that needed to assist me on finding these funds. I called again to Chase, and told them what zelle said... The specialist told me that they could not do anything more than what they said at the beginning. So I'm in the limbo with $465.00
In my opinion, all the financial institues are so underestimated. There is a belief in society that they're created specially for one main purpose. This purpose is to make people poorer and get all their money from them. Nevertheles,, it's not like that and if you have financial literacy then it won't be difficult for you to sort out in every financial instrument which is provided by banks. I have decided to take out a mortgage because I understood that everything would be okay. This company provides me with brilliant conditions, because I have financial literacy.
Today I was blessed with most kindest considerate, genuine, customer service representative I've spoken to in years. Because of this wonderful angel I was reminded that the world is full with genuine joyfulness souls. Yel Gamboa and I couldn't have been on the phone for more than 20 minutes and she made my life so much easier. Yel Gamboa is the reason I will forever bank with Chase and will never forget the peace and great customer service she gave me. So thank you, Yel Gamboa! Chase customer service has not been helpful. I have told them that some other person has been using my hard earned money for checks that I didn't not write, now I am flat broke and I have a child to support I am super P.O.D.
If you have an account with Chase, you will find out what bad customer service means. Chase Bank will provide you with the Worst Customer Experience. They transfer customers at least 7 times from one line to another and each representative says that it is someone else will be assisting with this matter. The supervisors including the Corporate Office assist in the same way. They DONT ASSIST. Having a bank account with Chase is the worst-ever decision.
Chase ain't crap chase charge you if you travel overseas to use your bank card. Region does not charge you just click the button let them know it's you using your card chase is money hungry from their own customers.
I visited a Chase Bank branch recently to pay cash on my credit card balance. I had pulled out my credit card and checked my balance before I left home and forgot my wallet. I arrived at the bank with my credit card and cash to pay on the card. The teller refused my payment because I could not produce my drivers license. I called customer service and no one could tell me why they had this policy but it was a requirement. The guy on the phone was rude and disrespectful- I can see why many people don't like this bank. Very disappointed in my experience and the people I encountered.
Went to chase by Hobby airport to get a cashiers check. I deposited 110,000.00 into my checking on Monday. I have been a customer with chase for years. I asked if I could use the restroom. The teller that helped me said yes. No problem. He told me to go ask a lady that worked there to show me where it was or escort me there. I went to the lady he pointed too and she told me No. Said public people come in an abuse the facilities I told her I was a customer and was just there to do my banking. She told me firmly NO! I can see not letting public come in but customers should be allowing to use the facilities. I'm flabbergasted! Pissed off and still have to use the restroom. I'm about to go pull out my 100 grand and go to another bank. Way to go chase!
Deliberately raise credit requirements so that the disabled can't get home loans. Tried to tell them that the VA would back the loan but still denied me because my credit wasn't just high enough even though my credit is in the low 600's.
I have been trying to get a human in the phone. Called lima rd Fort Wayne, In for days recording. Called a rep, no return phone call. Called toll free number after 6 prompts maybe 45 minute wait. Is this a joke? Can't be covid excuse… NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. They have my money and don't want to chat online. Ridiculous. I'm moving my money.
I have been trying to call a branch…any branch for over a week. I always get the 800#. Today I spoke with someone at said 800#; he could not tell me if the branch has a notary and as far as the phone- Keep trying
If you are running a business I don't recommend Chase! They keep running this crazy checks on every transaction and if they somehow feel that they don't like it, they just cancel the transaction leaving your business agreements unattended. They are a nightmare to deal with!
Chase over the people are rude and not compassionate about helping their customers. I was transferred like 6x's about my issue with my bank account and trying to understand why I had a negative on my account and they keep giving you people that can't speak clear English or sounds frustrated with you because you are trying to make them understand your problem and they trying to make you understand their situation without even being compassionate with you. One person from the fraudulent person was really nice his name was Jet. The sad thing I still need help to understand what happened end to my account. So sad their customer service and they don't even follow protocol with your account if it was hacked or identity theft.
So i signed up a week ago with the quick accept for my business which is a weekend thing thinking if i cut off a 3rd party and go direct with my bank would be better, now its thursday and i am getting a run around for my deposit from last saturday and sunday my first time using this which is not Chump change its been almost a whole week and i havent even gotten a straight answer or my money, stay away from this system its a rip off, i hope i get my money soon and i would never recommend this to anyone
I had a Chase Prime credit card for 4 years. Always made my payments on time I was foolish enough to purchase a mobility scooter from an ad on Facebook, it was a scam. I never received the scooter. I got in touch with Chase and told them I had never received the scooter, they chose to believe the scammer and paid them. I was labeled a liar. I paid my card off and cancelled it. I will never deal with Chase again!
I am moving to another state from the state I currently live in and told them at Chase bank that I needed to leave my account open until all of my direct deposits were going to my new account in my new bank. The minute that one of my direct deposits came through to Chase bank they closed my bank account out and denied my direct deposit. Now I've got to go through all kinds of stuff to try to find out how to get my direct deposit either to my new bank account or to me because that money is what I need to live on for the month. I've had nothing but problems with this bank since I started banking there. I would not recommend them.
Don't bank with chase they are the worst bank in the world. They make you look like a fool when you are trying to purchase things by always stoping your transaction saying it could be fraud. You have to find the email or call them because they don't send alert. Then when you do have fraud charges they pay them and don't help you get them back. It's crazy to me. Then out of no where they close your account. I had $******* in my account and they froze my money and said the only way I can get it is when the account fully closes and all claims on my account is closed out. They are taking people money. I will not advise no one to use them. Also if this has happen to anyone, I'm taken a lawsuit out on them please join us in the fight to make the stop doing whatever they want.
I have been with chase bank for 30 years. They have now blocked my trust account after being given multiple trust documents. Checks have been blocked for both incoming and outgoing. I am so discussed with them. I'm leaving chase as soon as possible. I will NEVER bank with them again!
My husband deposited a large sum of money in a Chase ATM. He deposited cash and the ATM gave him an error message and did not reflect the deposit. He called the Chase claims department and they told us would get our deposit in 12 hours. After 12 hours we saw no deposit. So I called back. I was told that we would have to wait up to 2 business days. I called back again, and I was told we have to wait 10 business days... My family can't wait that long. We have bills, we have rent, we need food. 10 days is ridiculous! I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting in hold for an hour the manager, coldly, told me there was nothing she could do for us, and we have to wait. I asked to speak to someone higher. She refused to escalate my call. We have 4 accounts with Chase. We make regular deposits. After this error we will be switching to another bank. My family has to suffer because of Chases mistake. I used to recommend Chase to friends, family, and anyone who would listen. NEVER AGAIN!

Answer: Because they can and they don't care. The customer service outside of the branch is non-existent. They truly don't care about anything other than the amount of money they can collect from the interest they can collect from our money.
