Cellular Outfitter is not only a great website to buy things for your phone but they also have great customer service. I didn't get the discount I was supposed to for one of my purchases and they handled it immediately and made sure I got my money back. When I email them they get right back to me where other places usually take a few days. I will definitely order from them again in the future!
When I placed an order by mobile phone, there is a lot that is hidden from the consumer. Ex: shipping information and chat availability. I thought I was "tricked" into placing an order what seemed to be free shipping, then the charges appeared on the amount charged to my credit card. I filled out the requested contact form, tried to call the toll-free number (which all is done digital), and even tried to replied back to the automated generated email that is sent to confirm the order. Within hours of placing my order I decided to use my computer to find another solution. I was able to view the chat assistant and notified of the shipping charges via link. Which is visible in small print at the bottom of the web page under orders & returns, shipping and store policy. There is a flat fee for the first item, then additional shipping fees for each additional item. The customer service "assistant" was able to inform me of the shipping charges, accommodate me and help me with my shipping dilemma. They went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. I am now a well-informed and happy customer.
Order review does not show shipping charges until after ordering. No phone number to call and cancel easily and email is the only communication. Was told some credit would be given but suddenly all communication was stopped. Not buying from these guys again.
The person helped find out that one item out of stock caused my order to not ship. Got a replacement item and the rest is one the way.

I received my ordered item on date as promised. However, the item (ornament) was not assembled & arrived in pieces. I contacted them right away to report my dissatisfaction. I immediately received a reply apologizing for the condition of the ornament with a promise to send the item in good condition. In 10 days, I received another ornament in perfect condition. The customer service responded immediately & I received the new item as promised. Great attention & ensured that it would arrive before Christmas. 5 stars!
The lady had did a good job helping me out. About my stuff I did not receive and it said that it was in my mailbox and it was not but she fix it for me
I have ordered from them before and that first order was delayed four years ago. I ordered from them three times recently. Once for my husband on the 10th once for myself on the 10th and another order for myself on the 12th. I received the first order from the 10th and my order that I placed on the 12th. I waited and emailed and talked to live agents to find our where my second order for the 10th was. Well after 9 days and one reply to the email today after speaking to the second live agent I finally got somewhere with what the hold up was. They say that my order finally shipped off tonight and I should receive an email with my tracking number soon. However I'm still skeptical because this is information that the first live agent stated. I would vote their customer service skills average and the live rep OK. I honestly don't think they should get a great review from me however they have been pretty decent except when you email them. That could take a while. The live rep was ok. I just hope I can finally get my order from the 10th since I have gotten both the other ones already.
I emailed the customer service and someone respond two times. After that I responded and nothing. It's another day and I dont know what's going on. I have asked them to please cancel my order and don't charge my card. No response.
Therefore this is the worst customer service.
Phone calling is a joke. No one answers. Live chat was put there just to make your company look efficient. You really don't have live chat. This is saddest place I have ever dealt with. I will not recommend this place to no one.

The company was amazing how they helped me correct my order, it's been a pleasure doing business with such as great company, I've ordered from them before and have always been pleased,
My phone company sent me the wrong phone so I had to get new equipment for it and they didn't have the one thing I wanted for the new phone so the exchange wasn't exactly what I wanted but the person communicating via email was patient and tried to get things in order. I ended up getting the case I wanted but it was difficult to communicate through e-mails. Live chat would make things a lot easier for people on both sides I think.
