After waiting almost two weeks, still no response to return an item. They shipped the same items twice and charged me twice. Trying to return. No phone, no way to speak with anyone. The quality of the items they promote is inferior. Nothing really fits; the description of items they provide is false. Save money, buy from a reputable dealer.

Slow return email
August 30, 2017

I called several times and after 15min. I was hung up on. I tried it again and got onto the call back list. I would keep my place in line. After a couple of days still no call back. You are very hard to get in contact with.

I've ordered phone cases a few months ago and learned of the $5.99 shipping and handling on first item & $1.99 on each other items. I wasn't to happy about that because you don't find out until afterwards, but for the price of some of these items plus my discount code it wasn't that bad. I placed another order the other day for an extra battery and a external battery charger, they did not ship the next day as the website claims, but I did get them today and the charger was broken. I Googled a phone number for them and spoke with Rachel who was very pleasant and helpful. She is shipping me another one and didn't ask me to return the broken one on my dime. If I'd of had to do that then we'd of had some issues there and I'd have sent my entire order back and bought my items elsewhere that offered free shipping! I'd have given a 5 except for the broken item! I hope that the new one arrives soon and intact!

I have. Loved all 10 of the phone cases I have bought. I am going to use them as Stocking Stuffers for family and gifts for friends. They look expensive but they are reasonably priced. I had an issue and they stand behind their products. Best customer service

Had a problem because of imperfect communication. (Of course it could not have been my fault, but maybe it was mutual) Anyhow, at the expense of a couple of emails things were straightened out with no added cost to me. It would have been better if face to face since the emails I received were very pleasant but I have no complaints.

Not Impressed!

Great price on cell phone case drew me to your website only to find misrepresentation. Looking over shipping and handling there was a price listed ONLY for over night service. So I chose the 2-4 day only to be stuck with a $9.99 fee with credit card approval! How snickey. Then my email flooded with advertisements for your website. So I went back on only to tracked with additional emails. Not Impressed!

They do not listen

I had asked to cancel an order immediately after learning of their high shipping. They replied with a lower shipping and I replied again that it was too late since I had bought elsewhere. Next thing I know, they went ahead and shipped it anyway!

My first case was lost in the mail, when I rang to tell them they despatched another one at no cost. The next day the One that was lost turned up. So I may or may not get another one free, But the salesman " Tony" was very helpful. So thank you.

Missing item

The representative sent me a email within 1 day stating that the item would be shipped separate and should be here within 5 days. Why didn't they explain that on the packing slip? Item was not included in the shipment and no explanation was given.

Too many emails following my purchase

I purchased 2 identical iphone 7 cases without realizing until i got shipping notifications. The cases looked great on the website, however they were poorly made. I will be returning them. I also thought 8 dollars shipping was excessive. I will not use them again

Cellular outfitter responded quickly to my emails and gave me probably the best customer service I've ever had to resolve an issue that was actually my own fault. I ordered the wrong case for my phone and not only did they replace and give me the correct case for my phone but didn't require that I returned the other item. I gave it to my sister and she loves it!

Need immediate contact

I needed to change the mailing address 30 seconds after the order. By the time the email contact got back to me, it had already been sent to the wrong address. Due to the cost of postage, it will not be worth sending it back for a refund when I reach that address in 2 months

Trouble returning!

Product didnt fit my phone. Trying yo get 'needed' return code to send it back for refund. Website freezes when information page is loading. Have tried 5 times. Even the link customer service sends to me doesnt load. Really? I have 'explained' issue in three contacts with them... no response AND no phone number to call them for help!

I bought a few phone cases and screen protectors recently from Cellular Outfitter. The cases are nice quality and exactly as described online. Unfortunately, I did need to return one case and an item due to my choosing the wrong size, and I asked for an exchange for a different case. Anette at Cellular Outfitter promptly replied my new order is on its way, and did not require I return the original items. WOW I'm impressed with this company. I will shop here again and I think holiday shopping will be a breeze at Cellular Outfitter!

Absolute worst.

Do not waste your time trying to order anything from these people. Ordered May 9th and still no shipment or tracking. Numerous emails go unanswered except for 1. Trying to blame Covid19 now, saying they are short handed and it will take another 2-3 business days after waiting 11 already. I call bull$#*!.
Filed a PayPal dispute and will update to a claim if I don't see my refund.
This is why I don't buy anything unless it's through eBay, Amazon or they accept PayPal.
Can't believe these $#*!s are still able to sell online.
